My tattoo artist was Phat and he made the process super easy and really took the effort to design and find the best placements for the piece. Before I made my appointment with Ahn , I had been watching his work on instagram for several months. Right off the bat I saw how talented he was, i finally reached out when he posted about being interested in doing an arm sleeve with some ideas. Booking with him was smooth, he was responsive and told me to meet him at eleven15. When I walked into the building I had to take a step back and see if I was in the right place. The area was very welcoming, and I was greeted upon entering. There were other artists tattooing that day and they all looked very focused , I met up with Ahn and we went over my idea. He came back with an image and it looked incredible , I gave him the green light. At my first session, he told me that he was going to free hand and I was confident that he was going to do a great job. He has a steady hand and is an artist that is Incredibly talented, like It's unbelievable the amount of skill he has. He turns a blank canvas into literal art. I love the way my arm sleeve is coming out , the color on it is phenomenal, I get so many compliments on it. Truly blessed to have him in California. This is a person who takes his craft seriously and it is a pleasure to be tattooed here. I will continue to come here , get some beautiful ink and afterwards get a delicious meal nearby. Oh I have so much to say about this place... First of all, I wasn't even the one getting a tattoo. I went to accompany my sister for their Friday the 13th flash deal and we got in line at 10 AM. Right when we arrived there was already a red flag -- people were lining up on the curb of a busy street while cars were passing by. It didn't seem safe or organized at all. The first 1-2 hours weren't too bad because the line actually moved and we made it about halfway up, so we thought it was going to move quickly. Unfortunately, it didn't. We ended up waiting from 10 AM to about 4:30 PM -- six hours standing in the same spot. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication from the staff. There were no updates given to the people waiting outside. Customers constantly had to go out of their way to ask what was going on. At one point a staff member came outside and had people "join the waitlist" by typing their information into an iPad. However, they stopped doing this just a couple of people behind us and never came back out to let the rest of the line sign in. It made absolutely no sense why they wouldn't continue down the line or give any explanation. Overall, it felt like there was zero communication between the business and the customers who were outside waiting for hours. I felt really bad for my sister and everyone else who took time out of their day -- from morning until evening -- only to end up not getting a tattoo at all. read more

I came in for a small set of stars behind my ear and, unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. I provided a clear reference photo at the start, but throughout the process I had to repeatedly ask the artist to adjust the design specifically to make the lines longer to actually match what I had shown. It felt like I had to micromanage something that should have been straightforward. What's more frustrating is that after just one week, the tattoo has already faded significantly to the point where it's barely visible. I even followed the aftercare instructions carefully. Overall, I'm really unhappy with both the process and the final result. I had such a great experience getting tattooed by Anh Tran. This piece was really personal for me, and I'd been stressing about it for a while but Anh got me in within a week of reaching out to him. Before I even came in, he had already sketched out a few designs based on what I told him before we finally decided on one. The shop itself is super clean and has a really chill vibe. They even handed me a bao bun while Anh set up, which honestly won me over immediately. Throughout the whole session he was patient, gentle, and kept checking in to make sure I was good. I want to start by saying that I wasn't the one getting tattooed,my friend was, or at least she was supposed to. She asked me to tag along because the shop was doing a Friday the 13th promotion for certain tattoo styles and she wanted to get one done. According to Yelp, the shop opens at 10:00 AM. We arrived at around 9:58 AM, and it looked like they had already opened a bit earlier, which was fine. We already assumed that the line for it would be long, but today, it was VERY VERY long, going all the way out to the streets. Since we got there pretty early, we assumed we'd probably be done by around 1 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, the line moved extremely slowly and only kept getting longer. Around noon, I ended up going home since I wasn't the one getting tattooed, while my friend stayed in line. At around 3 PM she texted me saying she was still waiting, although the line was moving little by little. By 5 PM she was finally close to the door with only about five people ahead of her, so we thought she would finally be able to get her tattoo. But no, that didn't happen. At 7 PM she texted me again, now very frustrated, because apparently everyone waiting in line was supposed to fill out an online form. My friend didn't know about it (to be fair is partly on us), but considering how many people were waiting for hours, it would've helped if someone from the shop came out periodically to remind people about the form or make sure everyone in line knew about it. A lot of people in line didn't seem aware of it either. In the end, my friend never got her tattoo done, and from what we saw, many others who waited for hours didn't get theirs either. I don't want this review to discourage anyone from visiting. It's clear the artists were working hard and doing their best, and I'm sure on regular days the service here is great. However, this particular promotion felt very poorly organized. With events like Friday the 13th, communication and crowd management are really important, and I hope the shop improves how they handle promotions like this in the future. No hate -- just honest feedback. I hope they can take this as a learning experience and do better next time. read more

This is the right time to speak up if something doesn't feel right or if changes are needed. Clients also have full agency to pause or decline before proceeding. Once the stencil is approved, it represents agreement on the design and placement. From my experience, the best results come from open communication and honesty between both the artist and the client throughout the process. Honestly, a lot of issues people complain about afterward could easily be avoided if they were more honest during the process instead of agreeing to everything up front and changing their minds later. the absolute worst customer service ever. if i could do negative ratings i would. i came in for their friday the 13th flash and as expected it was packed. i did plan on waiting but not for 7-8 hrs?! they posted saying they accept walk ins and there would be a waitlist, i was the first person for the 6-7 time slot, left my information, and never got a call or msg. i called them and didn't get an answer. so i went back to the studio and asked for my position in line and told them i came by earlier in the afternoon to put my name down, i waited 15 mins for them trying to sort out papers and find my name just for them to tell me to wait another hour bc they put someone ahead of me when i was first on the waitlist??? i even saw people after my name get crossed out? they said they'll call me, an hr passed and nothing. worst experience ive had at a studio smh read more

Got a tattoo on my inner bicep with Quoc. Quoc is an amazing artist and takes great pride in his work! He also has the ability to bang out huge pieces really quickly and with great quality. He's a really friendly guy and his shop has good vibes to it. Quoc also helped me fix up another one of my other tattoos from another artist and was able to make it blend in with the piece he did for me. I will be coming back to Quoc for more pieces and I would recommend him + his shop to anybody looking for amazing tattoos!
