Before I made my appointment with Ahn , I had been watching his work on instagram for several months. Right off the bat I saw how talented he was, i finally reached out when he posted about being interested in doing an arm sleeve with some ideas. Booking with him was smooth, he was responsive and told me to meet him at eleven15. When I walked into the building I had to take a step back and see if I was in the right place. The area was very welcoming, and I was greeted upon entering. There were other artists tattooing that day and they all looked very focused , I met up with Ahn and we went over my idea. He came back with an image and it looked incredible , I gave him the green light. At my first session, he told me that he was going to free hand and I was confident that he was going to do a great job. He has a steady hand and is an artist that is Incredibly talented, like It's unbelievable the amount of skill he has. He turns a blank canvas into literal art. I love the way my arm sleeve is coming out , the color on it is phenomenal, I get so many compliments on it. Truly blessed to have him in California. This is a person who takes his craft seriously and it is a pleasure to be tattooed here. I will continue to come here , get some beautiful ink and afterwards get a delicious meal nearby. I love this shop! read more

I got a tattoo here to cover up an old one, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From the moment I walked in, the shop felt clean, welcoming, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable about getting work done here. My artist, Quinngy, was amazing throughout the entire process. They were very friendly, patient, and took the time to really understand what I wanted for the cover-up. Since cover-ups can be tricky, I appreciated how honest and knowledgeable they were when explaining what designs would work best and what wouldn't. That guidance made a huge difference in the final result. The design process felt collaborative, and I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. During the session, everything was handled very professionally, and the attention to detail really showed in the final piece. The tattoo came out clean, balanced, and completely transformed what was there before. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend Quinngy, especially if you're looking for someone skilled in cover-ups and detailed work. read more

I had such a great experience getting tattooed by Anh Tran. This piece was really personal for me, and I'd been stressing about it for a while but Anh got me in within a week of reaching out to him. Before I even came in, he had already sketched out a few designs based on what I told him before we finally decided on one. The shop itself is super clean and has a really chill vibe. They even handed me a bao bun while Anh set up, which honestly won me over immediately. Throughout the whole session he was patient, gentle, and kept checking in to make sure I was good. The tattoo turned out better than I could've hoped for, and the whole experience felt really meaningful in the best way. Definitely recommend him if you want someone who actually listens and cares. read more

My partner and I LOVE this shop! The artists are so sweet and nice. They definitely care about your comfortability and how you feel during the session and are extremely accommodating with what you need best (Shoutout Honhi ). My go to guy is Phat and he ALWAYS delivers without fail every single time. Proud to say that I've been tatted by two artists from this shop and I could never go elsewhere. read more

Oh I have so much to say about this place... First of all, I wasn't even the one getting a tattoo. I went to accompany my sister for their Friday the 13th flash deal and we got in line at 10 AM. Right when we arrived there was already a red flag -- people were lining up on the curb of a busy street while cars were passing by. It didn't seem safe or organized at all. The first 1-2 hours weren't too bad because the line actually moved and we made it about halfway up, so we thought it was going to move quickly. Unfortunately, it didn't. We ended up waiting from 10 AM to about 4:30 PM -- six hours standing in the same spot. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication from the staff. There were no updates given to the people waiting outside. Customers constantly had to go out of their way to ask what was going on. At one point a staff member came outside and had people "join the waitlist" by typing their information into an iPad. However, they stopped doing this just a couple of people behind us and never came back out to let the rest of the line sign in. It made absolutely no sense why they wouldn't continue down the line or give any explanation. Overall, it felt like there was zero communication between the business and the customers who were outside waiting for hours. I felt really bad for my sister and everyone else who took time out of their day -- from morning until evening -- only to end up not getting a tattoo at all. read more

I had a pretty good experience here for my first tattoo. I walked in sometime last summer and got a tattoo for the first time. My tattoo artist was Phat and he made the process super easy and really took the effort to design and find the best placements for the piece. He also made a follow up design but I kinda ghosted him for a year (Sorry Phat ) but I hit him up again and made an appointment to get it done. But the whole place is pretty good vibes and the other tattoo artists are also very friendly. Would definitely recommend and shutout to Phat read more

I've been searching for the right tattoo artist for over two years. The moment I saw his style, I knew it was exactly what I wanted for my sleeve. So far, I've completed five sessions, and it's almost finished--I'm already planning my next sleeve with him. I drive three hours each way to get there, and I usually spend the whole day at the shop. He takes great care of me every time and has been incredibly easy and enjoyable to work with. The shop itself is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and cool, and the overall vibe is really positive. He has helped shape the final design and best placement given it's a freehand . What stands out most is how driven he is to create great work. He's extremely methodical, pays close attention to every detail, and it shows in the final result. Highly recommend! Can't wait to finish up this sleeve and work on the next . read more

I came in for a small set of stars behind my ear and, unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. I provided a clear reference photo at the start, but throughout the process I had to repeatedly ask the artist to adjust the design specifically to make the lines longer to actually match what I had shown. It felt like I had to micromanage something that should have been straightforward. What's more frustrating is that after just one week, the tattoo has already faded significantly to the point where it's barely visible. I even followed the aftercare instructions carefully. Overall, I'm really unhappy with both the process and the final result. I was expecting a simple, clean tattoo and instead ended up with something that doesn't resemble the reference and hasn't held up at all. read more

I had an amazing experience at this tattoo studio! I got my tattoo done by Kenzy, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional--they really made me feel comfortable the whole time. One thing that stood out right away was how clean and sterile everything was. You can tell they take hygiene seriously, which made me feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Kenzy did such a great job--super attentive, talented, and made sure I was happy with every detail. I went for their Friday the 13th flash sale and the line was so long that I didn't end up getting tattooed that day, but they were super nice and got me in the next morning instead. I really appreciated how nice and accommodating everyone was, and I ended up loving my tattoo so much. Such a good experience overall -- definitely want to come back again one day :) read more

I want to start by saying that I wasn't the one getting tattooed,my friend was, or at least she was supposed to. She asked me to tag along because the shop was doing a Friday the 13th promotion for certain tattoo styles and she wanted to get one done. According to Yelp, the shop opens at 10:00 AM. We arrived at around 9:58 AM, and it looked like they had already opened a bit earlier, which was fine. We already assumed that the line for it would be long, but today, it was VERY VERY long, going all the way out to the streets. Since we got there pretty early, we assumed we'd probably be done by around 1 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, the line moved extremely slowly and only kept getting longer. Around noon, I ended up going home since I wasn't the one getting tattooed, while my friend stayed in line. At around 3 PM she texted me saying she was still waiting, although the line was moving little by little. By 5 PM she was finally close to the door with only about five people ahead of her, so we thought she would finally be able to get her tattoo. But no, that didn't happen. At 7 PM she texted me again, now very frustrated, because apparently everyone waiting in line was supposed to fill out an online form. My friend didn't know about it (to be fair is partly on us), but considering how many people were waiting for hours, it would've helped if someone from the shop came out periodically to remind people about the form or make sure everyone in line knew about it. A lot of people in line didn't seem aware of it either. In the end, my friend never got her tattoo done, and from what we saw, many others who waited for hours didn't get theirs either. I don't want this review to discourage anyone from visiting. It's clear the artists were working hard and doing their best, and I'm sure on regular days the service here is great. However, this particular promotion felt very poorly organized. With events like Friday the 13th, communication and crowd management are really important, and I hope the shop improves how they handle promotions like this in the future. No hate -- just honest feedback. I hope they can take this as a learning experience and do better next time. read more

I had a great experience at this tattoo shop. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What stood out most to me was how friendly and approachable everyone is. The artists are easy to talk to, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout the process. The tattoo artists are highly skilled and take their time to make sure clients feel comfortable during the session. They consistently check in to ensure everything is going well, which I really appreciate. It never felt transactional; there was a clear sense of care and professionalism. I've already been tattooed by artists Quinngy, Melvious, and Duckle, and I hope to get work done by every artist in this shop in the future. During my session, I also noticed Phat and Kenzy. They both seemed very friendly, and their work is really impressive. I'm considering booking a session with them for my next tattoo. Clear communication is very important when getting a tattoo. During the consultation and stencil process, you are able to see exactly how the design looks on your body, how the placement fits, and whether any adjustments are needed. This is the right time to speak up if something doesn't feel right or if changes are needed. Clients also have full agency to pause or decline before proceeding. Once the stencil is approved, it represents agreement on the design and placement. From my experience, the best results come from open communication and honesty between both the artist and the client throughout the process. Honestly, a lot of issues people complain about afterward could easily be avoided if they were more honest during the process instead of agreeing to everything up front and changing their minds later. Good tattoos are a shared responsibility. If you're looking for a tattoo shop that is both professional and welcoming, I would highly recommend this place. read more

I got my first tattoo here a few days ago! I walked in for a fine line tattoo on the inside of my arm, provided the design, and it came out exactly how I hoped! Healing up great and looking forward to coming back for more tattoos in the future! read more

the absolute worst customer service ever. if i could do negative ratings i would. i came in for their friday the 13th flash and as expected it was packed. i did plan on waiting but not for 7-8 hrs?! they posted saying they accept walk ins and there would be a waitlist, i was the first person for the 6-7 time slot, left my information, and never got a call or msg. i called them and didn't get an answer. so i went back to the studio and asked for my position in line and told them i came by earlier in the afternoon to put my name down, i waited 15 mins for them trying to sort out papers and find my name just for them to tell me to wait another hour bc they put someone ahead of me when i was first on the waitlist??? i even saw people after my name get crossed out? they said they'll call me, an hr passed and nothing. worst experience ive had at a studio smh read more
