We had been dealing with the recovery of an abandoned car after a mental health crisis, and it took nearly 10 hours for the family to even get to the point of retrieving it. By the time we arrived at the impound, we had already faced rudeness and obstacles from Dave's Hi Way Towing, and we were exhausted. On top of everything, the car battery had died, and we thought we'd be stuck even longer especially when the employee at Dave's Hi Way said he would not jump the car after he watched the family sit for over 8 hours just to get a duplicate key made. Ana was a godsend. She stepped in with such compassion and made sure we got the help we needed. After spending 90 minutes creating and programming a new key, she stayed longer to help us jump the car. She refused to accept a tip for what truly felt like a life-saving act of kindness as the family had waited over an entire full day at the towing company to get assistance. Her prices were very reasonable. Ana had no idea that a mother had flown in from across country the night before to help her daughter through a mental health crisis, that friends had been pulled into this long ordeal, and that we had already spent hours upon hours trying to bring resolution to a very painful incident. By the grace of God, with Ana's help, we were finally able to get the car out and drive it home. I am forever grateful for her patience, her heart, and her professionalism. In a world where so many people treat others with indifference, Ana showed compassion and grace when it mattered most. This recently happened to me and in the end what I forgot was my house key. Considering I am one of those people who keeps it separated from my car key I guess it was bound to happen at some point which is why I usually have a spare key hidden. As fate would have it, that key is currently in another state thanks a recent visitor who mistakenly took it with them. Thankfully, Dallas Safecracker exists for such an occasion. It was after hours and I was unsure who to call so I opened my Yelp app to search. In a matter minutes I had requested a quote from 3 companies and to my surprise two responded promptly with a cost estimate. One requested my info and said they would call shortly. The other one, Dallas Safecracker provided their info along with a contact (Darryl) and requested I call them which I did. Within moments of that call Darryl provided me an estimated arrival time and the deal was sealed. To my surprise, Darryl arrived prior to the ETA he provided (Jimmy John's could not have arrived any faster than Darryl did). After checking identification and completing a form, Darryl proceeded to work on the lock and in a little of no time he completed the task. Needless to say, I am very appreciative of the service provided by Darryl. The fact it was after-hours and he did not have to respond says a lot about he and Dallas Safecracker. In addition to the wide array of lock services offered, they also do security systems, rekeying, etc. While I hope to never be in this situation again it is reassuring to know that Dallas Safecracker is available and will immediately respond to my needs.

I was informed no service technicians were available, but they could do it Sunday. They were to call me back with a time. I never received a called, but had stopped looking for alternatives since I found someone that could do it. I called them back at 11am on Sunday to ask when the appointment would be. I was informed that they would not be performing the service since they could not find anybody to do the job. I never received a call and would have never been notified if I had not called them back. Matt the dispatcher said he apologized for not communicating, but an apology leaves me still with a locked case and scrambling on a Sunday. They suggested another company which did not answer when I called and never called me back from my voicemail. I highly recommend if you need work done try to find someone else. They only thing this company has going for them is they answer the phone, but zero service after that. The cost was going to be high roughly 350 to pick a lock, but I told them cost was not an issue and needed it opened at any cost. Now I can see why only 7 people have left reviews prior to this. It's because they never serviced anyone else.

Job done: program new auto key fob and cut emergency key…read more I made sure I purchase the correct fob from Amazon. I then sent out a late-night quote request to program and cut the emergency key. In the morning I found they had responded and the price was $125 plus tax. I requested when they could do it and they offered a Time of the same day. Once accepted they sent me a text with a link that sent me to a photo of driver and job details. Driver arrived and was done within 10 minutes. Everything seems to work properly including the emergency key. Very professional. I had someone else quote $50 another person $95 but they were for the most part unresponsive when scheduling. An actual locksmith brick-and-mortar wanted $200 and I think the dealer wanted about 175 to 200. For me not having to deal with the dealership or the other clowns I find the value for the cost acceptable.

The service I got on March 3 was ok in person, I was quoted $200 for 2 key fobs. Upon arrival, he…read moresaid it would be $50 extra dollars for him to actually cut the key-he claimed he only quoted to do the key programming. The key fob he gave me for my Nissan Pathfinder didn't match and just looked like a default key fob. I asked why doesn't it look like my Nissan key fob and he said that's what he has and it would be EXTRA to get the Nissan one. I was really unhappy about that. The key fob for the Ford Focus worked for a while, then April 8 the key fob STOPPED WORKING and I contacted him and his response was "does the key still open the door and start the car?" I was back and forth with him for a while...he said he would come and fix it and never came! He then blamed me for not coming to the house...NOW it's been over a month that he said he would come fix it and NOTHING has been done. He did mention about a refund and I said yes I'll take the refund since he wasn't coming to fix....BUT GOTTEN NO COMMUNICATION AND NO REFUND!!
