    This review is not about a specific location, it is about the entire company…read more Seriously, there needs to be a negative star option. I called about the information I received regarding the removal of my device, the text message said there's a $45 return fee, the representative I spoke to said $70. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes with another representative in the Credit/Collections department to verify the increased costs, she came online and pretended not to be able to hear me, so I had to call back. Rebecca, another representative in Credit/Collections, had the worst attitude and spoke to me as if I'm an elementary school student trying to figure out 2+2. Very rude, extremely condescending. I have left multiple messages with management regarding payment issues, requesting documentation, and have yet to receive a call back regarding my immediate concerns. For a company that holds it's clients lives in their hands, they have little to no regard for the people they serve, it's all about the money. Seriously, if you are able to go with another service provider I highly recommend doing so, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Now I have to resort to sending a certified letter in an attempt to get my long standing concerns addressed. This company is horrible. The people who work here are poorly trained. It seems Management doesn't exist.

I don't think you realize how a system error like this can mess up someone's life. I was also told it would be $389 for the first three months yet I am being charged $488 for three months.

I called just for a quote and the telemarketer who clearly needed the sale made me giver all my info before g8ving me the quote she just kept telling me she has to " go through the process for the quote" which was signing me uo for an install appointment without my permission then told me it would be $55 if i missed the install appointment. She never told me how much it would cost.then told me it would be $40 righ now for booking the installl...i almost hung up on them tight there...i wish i did.but tshe used care salsedmen'd me by saying "let me ask my manajer to get that down"..then she came right back it "i can do it for $20. So i said ok.then the appointment was for a week away.ithey asked for my cell and i sad no.(i know what happens when you give a company that has contracts with the state gov happens ..you get amillion adverts to your text messages) so she lied and said they would only send 1 text...bullshit i got 4 texts a day for 6 days till the appointment...now the fucking install nightmare....i went there 1 hour early found out its first come first serve not appointment so i actually got lucky on that because they never said anything about that from the initial call.first sign in the window says " SEND ALL COMPLAINANTS TO THIS EMAIL....."....good start.then they refuse to tell hou how much saying they dont know untill its on the car how much it will cost..another pile of bullshit because i said then stop im leaving...then all of the sudden they were able to come uo with $260 .proving they can get the price before putting it on...see 99% of people getting this are on probation so once its on they feel like they own you( ill get to that later)so now they take 3 hours to put it on and it doesnt work so they tell me to pull in the bay and theyll swap out the head.i sat in the bay for 30 mins with my car running and 4 people now behind me on their lunch breaks to get this done.they couldnt figure it out so i said how much to take it off and with a shit eating smug look on his face he said" we have contracts witht he states so yiu cant take it off" and i said im not on probation prick this is for atotally diffrent deal .now youre going to take it off for free and they did....also they dont tell you about the $25 fee every 2 weeks to have them " download and recalibrate" your box...its fake and just a fake reason to charge you more.also if you miss or ness uo 5 times its $75 to fix.and if for anyreson it gets locked uo you have to tow it to a smartstart at your own expense....just another greedy product of retired judged im sure creepy shady scumbag business practices yiu can see a mile away.but they're counting on people on probation who dont know anybetter and dont know they can say go f yiurself when yiu get padded charges thrown at you just to see what Extra they can sucker yiu out of...its feels like playing 3 card monty with theses scumbags the courts made....go somewhere else and ask 100 questions dont put it on till you know all the prices and add ons because if you are on probation they know they can say it costs 4000$ after its cause u cant take it off without getting in trouble with your PO so the6 got you by the balls but like i sa8d im not on probation so fuckem and the greedy State of Texas!

    This is an EXTREMELY SHADY company. If you look up their reviews/complaints on Reddit and look at…read morethe L O N G list of customers that have been scammed, charged $$-$$$ on 'policies' of theirs you will NOT GO NEAR THEM!!! You can NEVER speak to someone, only prompts and if you do get thru (not likely) they will tell you they DON'T have any supervisors available and put you on hold and after frustration begins they claim you are not being courteous and hang up. One add'l note: They have been sued before in a class action lawsuit and in my opinion should be fined to the hilt and put out of business!!!
