I scheduled an appointment at 10 am on 2/29/24. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready by 3 pm. I contacted the shop 1115am because I received information that my car wouldn't pass inspection unless I got my brakes done. Which the quote for my brakes on 2/28/24 was $580.00. On 2/29/24 after inspection the new total was $980.00. She stated if I didn't do it they wouldn't pass my inspection. The price is now $450.00 more than what I was quoted. If you look at the photos the new cost is coming from labor, mind you it's 1115am and no one person has touched my brakes yet. I asked what time they would be done she said 230 pm to 3 pm. So I show back up to this shop at 245 pm only to be told they haven't even started my car at all. They stated they were behind and to come back by 530pm it would be ready. So now it's a rush job to get done before they close. I get a call about 455 pm saying my car is ready for pickup. So I asked how many hours for labor was I charge he said he gave me credit so roughly an hr and a half. As you can see in the photos the hours are showing 9 am to 11 am, nowhere showing the true times my car was worked on. On top of that I drive and hear a loud squeaking noise when I go to brake. So I call and let them know about the sound, she stated we're not doing brakes on the weekend. I asked to come back on my off day on Wednesday, she scheduled me for 8 am. I am here now 3/6/24 and she come and tells me they don't hear anything squeaking. So the man comes back after the second drive, she says he still doesn't hear anything but my transmission is messed. So now I'm like what in the heck is going on. She tells me to wait for it to cool down and the he can drive with me. I was like it's my off day now I'm about to be here all day again. I asked could I take it to another Midas she said no the 3 year warranty is with us. So I was over it, I go to leave she was like give it 2 or 3 weeks are if you still hear it come back. I'm like it doesn't matter if I hear it you guys don't so I'm the crazy person that hears squeaking. So I could only post this because I won't get any help there. Listen to my driving videos. Do you hear squeaking or am I crazy? My videos are on google review on their page, listen to the squeaking. Hopefully you don't get scammed like I did.

The reason I didn't go to Firestone as usual was because their pricing was not as reasonable when I checked. When requesting an appointment online, I got exactly the day and time slot I needed to fit my schedule, and the shop got me in and out in under 45 minutes. The best thing about the service however, is that the owner is Lisa and the front desk staff member was Lexie. Lisa assured me her lead tech had been with her for five years. The shop was clean, orderly and nicely maintained, further inspiring confidence. The service personnel in the bay were efficient, considerate and polite. An exceptional experience in every respect. Needless to say, I will be back.

    This is our second appointment. They said they couldn't do it the first time because they needed 4…read morehours to work around my fiancé's hand controls (he's in a wheelchair and controls gas with his hands). Been here for an hour and a half already and they JUST NOW finished getting his profile together. Lots of short answers and brushing us off. They just took him back to let him watch the "how to" video and wouldn't let me watch it because I'm not the client. My fiancé is in a wheelchair and I drive 80% of the time, so it would be great if I knew how to properly use it too! Not friendly to disabled clients. They said our appointment was going to take 4 hours because they had to work around his hand controls. So, our plan was to drop off the van and Lyft home. After he finished watching the video, they were supposed to show him how to use the system. The video finished and no one was in the office so he came out. We sat... I heard laughing in the garage so I went out. Everyone was standing at the end of the garage talking and smoking. I asked them if someone could show him how to use the system so we could leave. He said we had to stay. I said we have to stay for the whole 4 hours? He responded, no, we're done. We'll show him in a minute. YOU NEED TO GO SIT DOWN AND BE PATIENT! I asked if I could watch the demonstration and he said no, only clients. At which point I grabbed my purse and started walking. HORRIBLE experience! WORST customer service EVER!

    as a independent shop we rely on outside parts people to give us factual information when we're…read morebuying parts. this is where IP dropped the ball big time specifically Ryan. we had a Isuzu box truck come in needing an engine after talking to Ryan and being reassured on 3 different phone calls that this engine we were purchasing was complete "drop in and go" we received a long block. keep in mind that this is after the original engine was already out. the customer was not willing to invest the amount of money it would take to finish out this engine to be complete as it was advertised. after talking to multiple "managers" i am being told that i have to pay a 25% restocking fee on a $13,000 engine and that they are "willing to help with shipping". poor business practices here. i will never spend another single dime at this business. 4 grand out of our pocket because of their uneducated parts people! i will be leaving this review on every platform i can find to warn any potential customers of their shady business practices. i feel as if i had 4 grand stolen from me and fail to see why any of the cost should land on my shoulders. absolutely no compromise on IP side to help with the financial aspect of their mistake.

Came in to have a device installed, was assured he "does these all the time, it'll be no problem." 2 failed installations and 3 weeks later here we are. I would recommend calling before noon, if you don't the owner will tell you, in a shrill 5'5 voice, he is too busy to make an appointment for you and you'll have to call back in the morning. I guess he had enough time to explain why he doesn't have time while he's standing over the computer he uses for scheduling. He doesn't know what he's doing. Don't ask questions, you'll get a lecture. Just don't go here. I won't be back!

Upon arrival the balding angry old man was extremely rude, did not honor my set appointment. he asked me if this was really the closest location for me to get this serviced at. (Clearly did not want the business) I was patient, gave him the benefit of the doubt in hopes of at least getting the job done today. After waiting an hour , conveniently for him the power goes out so his smart start system is down so he cant service me and recommends the frisco location. I confront him on these points and about his rudeness before I leave and he proceeds to insult me on my way out, calling me an idiot.. Terrible costumer service and unfortunately cant even get the job done. I would never recommend this location. Huge waste of time.
