Someone ran into the side of my car, their insurance suggested Caliber Collision. Kara gave me the estimate of the work required and time required. She did an absolutely awesome job managing the the job and keeping me informed. Also, she arranged for a new windshield as there were chips and cracks made by bouncing rocks from a gravel truck, unrelated to collision damage on the side of my car. Kara made sure everything was done correctly, and caught an error made by the window replacement company. I am so grateful for her atttention to detail and efficient pleasant demeanor. read more

Arrived at the store and was promptly acknowledged by the office assistant. She immediately called the Service Advisor, Marcos Ledezma. Marcos was prompt and greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He went out to my vehicle and conducted an in inspection of the damage to my vehicle. I was expecting to have to schedule Antonio appointment to get the vehicle repaired but Marcos told me it was a minor repair and he could do the repair now if I had time to wait. He performed the repair within 15 minutes and handed me the keys. This shop shows attentiveness to its customers and I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles in for future repairs. read more

These people don't know what they are doing. My insurance company recommended them on their website after a minor collision. After the estimate we were told it should go right on in. Nope! They told us that the insurance hadn't released the funds and wouldn't do the work until then. Now the insurance was paying WAY less than what my deductible is so WE were paying the larger amount. After telling the insurance company about this they immediately released the funds and said we were go to go. We called to get it scheduled and they said the insurance company still hadn't authorized payment. What?!! I have the email saying everything was good! Well, they just lost business since they are unable to communicate with our insurance. I was told by my adjuster that their agreement would be reviewed for this. Find a more organized group. read more

My essentially brand new VW (6,500 miles) was ran into a wall on the highway. Needless to say it had A LOT of damage to the drivers side. Starting with customer service, Kara was an absolute a pleasure to talk to and I consistently received updates via text message. Dealing with someone so competent and pleasurable on the front in is really a great touch, especially when your baby has been destroyed! My car was a showroom model and did have some dealer option. One of these options were fingernail scratch guards under the door handles with a VW logo. A third party was hired by the dealer for these options, and they are extremely difficult to find. Kara did go out of her way to track them down and have them come install them without me even asking. It's a very small touch that took a lot of effort, and I quirkily love those things and really appreciate her taking the time to do that. When I received the car back, there were a few small things that I didn't quite like (keep in mind I'm probably a very annoying customer with high expectations as this is my first brand new car..) so I took it back, and without any hesitation they put me in a rental and corrected everything. At the end of the day, I got my car back and it looks great, it was done in a timely manner, and the customer service cannot be paralleled. Thank you guys, it's nice to have baby back looking all fresh! You have a 5 star recommendation from me. read more

I previously posted a 1 star review after a refusal to look at my truck, while given an unrealistic and costly number of steps to get an simple estimate because I have State Farm. I gave four star review this time to offset my rebuttal so as not too unfairly lower their star rating due to my reply. I do appreciate the response from whoever regarding my first review but I already went to Joe Hudson's in Arlington. They were kind and so helpful and agreed to give me an estimate; it was all about the attitude. I'm old school, have a muscle car I restored so I know what a good feeling is when you go to a body shop. It's a service industry, the customer doesn't owe anyone thier business, they must earn it. It's unfortunate I couldn't get anyone interested in my vehicle when I was right there. Things happen, I get that, and I've never given a review. But when you've messed up your brand new 50k truck you want help and a bit of "what can I do to help since you chose us"type attitude. You want to feel like someone cares so you can trust them with your investment. You don't want to have a ton of rules thrown at you. It would have been nice for someone to just come out and look. I'm loyal and I would have used you for life. Remember, we have and there are other choices. Knock down the stiff upper lip attitude. You guys obviously do good work or State Farm wouldn't recommend. You just seem full of yourself culturally, probably due to plenty of work but it can go away...trust me. This is not about their work it's about their culture. I hear they do good work. My final rant and JMO based on my recent visit. read more

Brought the car in for minor damage repair from a rear end collision. Also asked them to replace the headlights at my cost due to fogged lenses. The work was done is a timely manner and you couldn't tell the repair from the original finish. There was one unfortunate event however. Several weeks later I hit an object on the highway and got a flat so I pulled off the road to change it. That's when I discovered that my jack was missing and the spare had been replaced with a totally unserviceable tire. I called the emergency number which was answered in Houston or there about and complained about being stuck and related the story and was promised a call back and of course never heard from them or the local dealer again. Morale of the story don't leave anything in the car not even your spare. read more

We brought our car to this Caliber location per our insurance company's recommendation. In order to get an estimate on our rear-end collision, the car was mostly disassembled. The car was deemed "totaled" by the insurance company (because of age and mileage) and we believe that Caliber assumed that we would surrender the car for salvage. We did not. We asked that the car be reassembled (for which we were charged $180) so that we could take the payout and have the car repaired as it was otherwise in good working condition. When Caliber took our car apart, they broke many body clips, as well as the rear latch and motor - which were both WORKING prior to delivery to Caliber. Caliber has refused to take any positive action to fix this issue. This location is not trustworthy!!! read more
