They keep you informed by email. The work is absolutely perfect. I recommend this collision center to anybody in Arlington. That needs bodywork done. Overcharges and provides the bare minimum in customer service. My car had very minor damage, essentially only affecting one door panel, and all they really had to do was paint, but they still managed to charge $1835 for labor, $487 for paint, and $21 for replacement parts. (According to their invoice, they charged $50/hour for 36.7 hours of labor. They only had my car for four days, so I guess they were working on my car nonstop.) I also had to initiate every contact, including when it was finally time to pick my car up. I had inquired about an additional minor repair because one of my friends currently has her vehicle being repaired at this location and she said they offered her those services for some pre-existing dents she had. I left a message with their receptionist but never received a call back. My car was also returned with a strong mothball-like stench that I tried to air out overnight but is still there. I do not recommend this place. I hope to never be in an accident again, but if I am, I will shop around and get estimates first. read more

If I could give zero stars or negative stars to this place of business, I would. They have had my Fiat since June 2022; it is currently mid-November 2022. They were doing body repair to my car, and I understand, it's a Fiat, it's going to take longer to get parts. But this is beyond ridiculous. A month ago, they broke the windshield, so now they are also repairing the windshield they broke. From my experience over the past 5 months, this place of business is lazy, incompetent, and taking advantage of me. Picked up my aunts car yesterday 2/22/22. Thousands of dollars were spent for repairs. This is just terrible, fit and finish is shoddy work and how it was able to pass and be released from the powers above is beyond me. The point for collision repair is to put back to its original condition. Lots of after market and used parts used for repairs. It clearly shows the car was in an accident after repairs. Took my son's 2020 Mustang GT in for repairs due to accident. Worse mistake I ever made! They took for "test drive" after making repairs and I think gunned it, hit curb, slashed tire and damaged front spoiler. They denied this, but we know they are not being honest. Repairs were made for this damage at their cost, go figure. But, that wasn't all the damage they did when they had in their possession. The body man scrapped the rear glass, the roof and side window with sander. They replaced the rear window, painted the roof, to our satisfaction. We had to take in twice because the first body work that was done was not acceptable. It had a dent they did not remove before painting the car. After the second painting, the color doesn't match the rest of the car, but we will just have to deal with it. Would not recommend this company to paint a wheelbarrow. Charged insurance company for 4 wheel alignment and when I took to dealership for oil change 2 days later, had them rotate tires and check alignment, well guess what, it was off. In other words, I think they charged for not doing it. I will be complaining to my insurance company about this. Also, cannot say they stole anything, but there were several things missing when we picked up the car the first time, the second time, we cleaned everything out of the car before dropping off. WORSE NIGHTMARE EVER! Next time I will use AutoNation Collision, have used before and been happy. read more

I needed my headlight repaired and scratches painted. Fabian was very helpful. Was estimated that my car would be ready for pickup Monday (dropped it off the Thursday before). Hadn't heard anything so I called on Tuesday so check in and turns out they were having to order a third headlight because the other two weren't working properly. Ended up picking my car up today (Thursday- a week after I dropped it off). The outside looks great, car functions. I was told they had to jump my car because it was sitting over the weekend which didn't make sense because I don't drive my car everyday and I've never had to do that. On top of that, the inside of my car is disgusting. There's what looks like paint overspray all over the INSIDE of my windshield!! White chalky stuff all over the inside of my car also. Glad my car is fixed but I cant say picking up a filthy car is a good feeling when the mess isn't your own. read more

I was very happy with Caliber Collision at 3410 S. Cooper St. Kara handled everything efficiently and pleasantly. Someone else ran into my car and their insurance paid for the repairs, so I did not get estimates and can't make a judgment on their pricing. The service and the quality of the repairs Caliber made were excellent. Since the car was in the shop I had my windshield replaced due to damage from rocks bouncing off a gravel truck. Another company came to their shop and did the work. Luckily, Kara double-checked their job and found they did not calibrate the windshield correctly, so none of the safety features were functioning. She handled getting the job done right and I was extremely impressed with her from start to finish. read more

Brought my car in to fix a bumper that I messed up. So this is a self pay type of situation. I was quoted $680 dollars to fix the 3 spots in my bumper. Well its done today and they tell me after its painted that one spot could not be covered up with the valence I am having put on. So basically I am getting 66% of the work I thought I would get. The excuse is, well its a piece you cut out of the bumper( like 1/4 inch spot ).. We dont have a way to replace that piece. So I asked you can not melt and attach a piece of plastic to this( im not a body guy ). He says we dont have that. So i asked, well with the price to repair the spots, how much would a new numper cover have been. His answer is he would have to check. But I asked for repair.. ugh.. When Chad ran this store, I never had issues. He always took care of me. Guess we will see what happens when I have to pay cash for the repair and not paying the full amount for not a 100% job? read more

The head desk lady Deborah, is rude and disrespectful. This company has had the car for 8 months so far returning it once saying it was complete. It was brought back the very next day due to a gap in the hood and it was pulling to the right a lot. Having the steering wheel turned almost a full right turn to go straight is ridiculous and quite frankly dangerous. Made a mistake by choosing Caliber Collison as my repair shop for my BMW. I had some front end damage to my car in a accident. I chose Caliber only because it was a company listed under State Farms Select service guarantee program. Caliber repaired my car (so I thought)in 5 days. 2 weeks after the initial repair my coolant light come on. I then take my car to BMW to have fluid added. 2 weeks after that, the light comes on again. I take it to caliber at 8:00 the following morning because I know something MUST be wrong. I was advised that the mechanic was not in yet & he would need to do a diagnostic check. In the mean time....a technician adds water to my coolant to increase the levels. I am then advised that they are. It sure when the mechanic will arrive, but my coolant light has gone off & it must be on to run the test. I was then sent on my way. 1.5 weeks later my light comes on again. I take it back up to Caliber AGAIN!!. The keep my car & provide a rental. They let me know there is a Crack in my radiator that was missed during the initial diagnosis. They replace my radiator within 4 days & I pick up my car. I spoke to the Manager (Chad) to make him aware of my frustration. He fed me the exact same line the service advisor did."I apologize & understand your frustration." I simply let him know apologies are no longer needed as I have already been inconvenienced many times due to Calibers misdiagnosis. He offers a gas card. I let him know I'm not looking for anything, I just wanted to make him aware that I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them. He replies with, " I'm sorry to hear that. Though we have millions of customers who feel differently, I hate you feel that way." Seriously??? Needless to say, that conversation ended shortly after. 2 days later, guess what...... my coolant light is on again & fluid is flowing from under my car. The following morning I add water & attempt to drive it to Caliber. The coolant light & Thermostat light come on & turn from yellow to Red. I pull over, call Caliber & demand a tow. They pick me up & feed me the classic line,"I apologize & understand your frustration." & provide another rental. 2 days later without a phone call or an update in between, they let me know my car is ready Today. I picked up my car & am greeted by my service advisor Walter(who has been great)with an apology advising the old hoses could not handle the new radiator. I advised him I will NEVER use them again & walked away. We will see how my car holds up as this is still the same day. I don't have much faith in Caliber. I have already advised Satefarm that I will take my car elsewhere if something else happens related to this initial claim. read more
