I am beyond disappointed with this place. My boyfriend was at Elevation 3333 tonight, and what he saw was seriously disturbing. Like, actual disgusting racism happening right in front of everyone, and the staff couldn't care less. He saw this Latino guy just trying to grab a drink at the bar, and this group of white women just absolutely went off on him. They were screaming slurs and calling him the most terrible names. It wasn't a joke or a misunderstanding; it was blatant, sickening, targeted hate speech. This is Boone, right? It's supposed to be chill, but apparently, not at this place. My boyfriend immediately went to the bouncer--the guy who's supposed to keep things safe--and told him exactly what was happening. And the bouncer's official response? He said he couldn't do anything. Seriously?! A grown man is being harassed with racial slurs, and your security just shrugs and walks away? That's not just unprofessional; that's actively letting racism happen on your property. It's like they're totally cool with it. I am livid. My friends and I are DONE with Elevation 3333. No way are we giving business to a place that allows blatant disrespect and racism to run wild and then won't lift a finger to stop it. This is beyond gross. Spread the word--if they let this kind of stuff happen, they don't deserve our money. read more

In town to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. We brought her dog with us so we needed to choose a pet-friendly restaurant. There are several in the area so it really was a blind choice tk end up here. I like the atmosphere here. Reminds me of the bars up north. Rustic bar with a dining area of tables and chairs. And of course patio seating for those who enjoy eating outside or bring their dog with them. Our server was the bartender. She said early Saturdays weren't always busy and that's why she was alone. She was very friendly and efficient. Typical bar food but some with extra flair. A salmon sandwich. Burgers and chicken sandwiches kicked up a bit. A good variety and interesting choices. NOTE: They DO have allergy protocols in place. Make sure you tell your server if you have any allergies. Nice to see restaurants doing this. I ordered the cheesesteak all the way with max n cheese. There are several sides to choose from. Wife got the VooDoo chicken sandwich and fries. She said it was excellent. Mae got the Mountain of Nachos with chicken. All the food was excellent. The nachos could sleazily feed 3 hungry adults. Just be aware if you order it. It's massive. Love the atmosphere, food and service. Will definitely go back when we visit Boone. $41 + tip for three good lunches. I don't mind paying for good food and service. Give them a try. read more

Admittedly, I have only come here for drinks and to play pool, so I cannot speak to food quality or price. I remember when Elevation 3333 first opened, and I am happy it has stayed. From what I've seen, this place has quickly turned into a local's hotspot. Beer on deck, food on deck, darts and pool on deck. There are plenty of TVs and relevant sports games playing in the background. It is always a good time here. There is even an electronic jukebox where you can play music. Note: do NOT turn on the music when there is a game on as I learned the hard way (Final Four, omg) that it shuts off the TV sounds (oops). One time I was hanging out with my friend here, had just one beer (read: not drunk), was playing darts, peered out the window and saw the mountains outside and App State paraphernalia everywhere, and I started ugly crying *because I was so happy*. Lol. That is not me. But I was so comfortable, so content, so pleased. So there you go. I suspect many know this already, but 3333 comes from the elevation of the town of Boone, which is located at 3,333 feet. read more

If it wasn't for this place having all the NFL games on tv's this place deserves a zero star rating. It needs a good cleaning everywhere. So dirty. The mens room has a pot of water in the middle of the floor from what I hesitate to want to know what for. The facilities make me question what the kitchen is like. read more

My fam of 4, including my kiddos ages 8 and 4, had dinner this evening after a day of hiking. Holly was our server and she was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and polite. We sat on the patio and our pup was welcomed. Holly even brought her a water bowl, much appreciated. Kids ordered: chicken fingers with fries and cheeseburger with fries. They both enjoyed their food. No complaints from our boys! My husband and I split wings. We had hot and teriyaki. They were great. He said the Hot was not terribly hot, so if you want HOT order up. We also split the southwest wrap, but,got chicken instead of steak. No complaints. The rosemary fries were awesome! The rosemary was not overbearing. Excellent. Perfect pub style food. Easy going atmosphere. Kid friendly during dinner hours. They are super affordable. Not 2 $$ We most definitely will be back! read more

I recently watched a couple of football games here with the boyfriend. The awesome bartender Adrienne (not sure on spelling?) made sure both of the games we wanted to watch were on the TVs nearest to us. She asked as soon as we got seated, we really appreciated such great service! The cheap tall boys, pulled pork tacos, and the Old Faithful burger definitely satisfied our game day cravings. I subbed NC vinegar sauce on the tacos and ended up asking for extra hot sauce on the side. Glad I asked because together both sauces made a great combo. His classic style burger was huge and tasty. The boyfriend devoured it in flash! While this place is close to campus, it is not overrun with crazy amounts of ASU students. Cool dive bar, sports bar to watch a game in Boone. Every NFL game was on across the nearly two dozen TVs. Friendly wait staff and cold beer. We met the owner. Very friendly guy who offered us his seat for the game we wanted to watch. I had the fried egg cheeseburger and my girl had the chicken tenders. Both were outstanding! We'll definitely be back next time we're in town. Hopefully next time it'll be a Saturday pregame spot. read more

We didn't have a good experience. Our group of seven arrived at 2p. The patio and furniture were in really rough shape. Our server was very nice, but it quickly became apparent that the kitchen has problems. It took 20-30 minutes for our (simple) order to come out, and when it did, it came out sporadically over several trips from the kitchen. My wife and I had basically finished our meal by the time others were just receiving their meals. I went into the bathroom and was a bit horrified at the lack of sanitation inside. The food was standard bar fare, not "best burger I've had" as stated in other (probably biased) reviews. The bill was on the lines of what you'd get at Applebee's or somewhere similar, which was expensive compared to the dingy gas station atmosphere and experience that we had. If these has been $5 meals (like the nasty Burger King where we ate several days ago) you kinda shrug your shoulders and let it go. At $15+ each, clean and on time shouldn't be a wild expectation. I didn't make a big deal out of it, and I tipped our server, but I felt like it was important for this bar to not have a 4.0 rating based on prior reviews. It's misleading. This is at best a dirty sports bar where you drink light beers until you don't care about the sanitation and order fried food that makes it to you when it does, on its own schedule. read more

We tried this place. We walked in and the place had 4 people inside. First clue. We ordered drinks and my girlfriend got a watermelon cider that was warm, she had to put ice in it. Second clue. I ordered 5 teriyaki wings and 5 medium wings and my girlfriend got the panther burger. My 5 medium wings had absolutely no sauce on them. The burger was spoiled and tasted horrible. Fries good too - home-made, cut in-house, I was told. Delivery dinner was mediocre. Fried pickles were painfully salty Salmon was dry, but I confess heated it up in oven. Yet it had a taste I recognized - institutional. The perfectly sized piece, always a bit dry - in fact much of the menu, I'm guessing consists of food that comes off of a big truck - easy pre-portioned food. Mainly not too healthy or fresh - certainly not local or organic. Nice location when shopping. Service has been good. I'm hoping Boone restauranteurs will aim higher. At least when our economy is better and we can go out more. For now I am thankful for the servers and dishwashers and cooks and chefs and managers that provide a meal and a break from quarantine. Thank you Yelp for this awesome find! Tucked away just off ASU campus with easy parking lot, seriously the BEST bar food we've had in Boone. Service was friendly and fast, they treated our dog like royalty and the patio was very comfortable. All this at the best prices you'll find in this college/tourist town. Another stop on our Eating Our Way Through the High Country Tour...and another one we were glad we went to! Wifey absolutely loves her wings! So...since Tuesday is wing day in Atlanta...we had to have wings on Tuesday (I made her miss one Tuesday...oops!). I searched for her favorite type, Lemon Pepper...and Elevation 3333 was the only place that I found them...so...off we went! She was VERY pleased...said that the wings were even better than her favorites in Atlanta! And, since she eats those in Atlanta at least once a week, saying these are better is REALLY saying something! Then...something unexpected happened! I ordered their burger as a wrap...with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Mayo and Pickle (my new favorite way of eating a burger)...and...while I expected it to be decent...it was MUCH better! It is possible to argue that they have the best burger in the High Country! Come Back Shack and Cardinal are in the running as well...but...this one was unexpected...and really, really good. And...for some reason, I really like burgers in a wrap! With my burger, we got their Pub Chips...very high marks for those as well...they were hot and crisp! This was our first and last time here. When we went in there were only about 3 tables of 4 people there. We had to ask for the tables to be clean, and to my surprise the table did not look or feel much clean than before it had been wiped down. After finally getting our order placed, we waited about 45 minutes for our food before we notified the hostess that we were canceling our order and going elsewhere.
