I said I have an appointment for an eyebrow wax. The lady rudely asked "Did you call or make an appointment online" I said I made an appointment online. She says "Next time call because we don't do online appointments". Why have the website up and available to book appointments? I also got two text messages confirming my appointment. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting, then ended up walking out and going to Fashion's Ahead.

I had to wait about thirty minutes on one occasion, but minimal common sense is required to realize waiting might be necessary as it is a small location with only 4 nail stations. If you walk in when all of the stations are full and there are two people in line ahead of you, it's not too hard to figure out it'll be about an hour wait. To me, any wait is worth quality service!

I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous. She basically soaked my feet in water and put nail polish on. She does not know how to cut curling hair or maybe hair at all. I told her I part my hair on one side but cut it as though I part it in the middle so I ended up with a shelf of short hair on one side and the length in the back was cut into a "V". It was a big waste of money.
