I've also had pancakes here, but ask them to bring you the butter early so it can come to room temperature because it's usually cold fresh from the fridge and doesn't melt very fast on the pancakes otherwise. Chilaquiles (pictured here) are delicious and just the right amount of spicy. I usually ask for them crispy so the cooks don't let them soak in the sauce long before serving. They're never going to be totally crispy, but that's just the nature of this dish. You can add 2 eggs any style to your chilaquiles served on the side. I've also ordered 1 nopal and egg taco on corn tortilla with a side of charro beans when I need to eat healthy. The servers here are very nice and always keep your coffee cup topped off with hot coffee.

We were greeted by our servers, ordered the regular (huge) limonadas, and were given a basket of chips and salsa to keep us while we waited for our order. I ordered the carnitas plate with corn tortillas and charro beans. I got enough food to make almost 5 tacos from the plate. It came with rice, beans, and salad. Scrumptious! The staff checked on us, and everybody, pretty regularly to make sure everything was great. Plenty of parking in addition to their drive thru. They make it easy to fill up on tacos in house or on the go.
