Do not schedule an appointment here. First time guest, Was not working to schedule online so called in and she hand scheduled me and took down my phone number. I went in 10 min before my scheduled time and they couldn't find me on their schedule. I live 30 min away so this was extremely awful customer service. They offered to reschedule me another day, but I will find a different place that values their new clients. read more

I was visiting in Highlands Ranch when I hurt my back. I went to Premier Chiropractic that is next door to Elements massage and between the two great companies, my back, and sciatica got better. Nitin was very kind and concerned about my condition and worked very hard to get the knots out of my back, buttocks and leg. Nitin was extremely professional during the massage and worked tirelessly to make me feel better. When I come back to Highlands Ranch, I will definitely stop by and get a massage from Nitin. Not only was Nitin was great, but the ladies in the front were exceptional as well. They made me feel important and gave me free epson salt to help me. If you are in the area of Highlands Ranch, please stop by and give them a chance to make you feel better. read more

Nitin is excellent-especially if you like deep tissue and getting embedded knots out! He will adjust pressure to your comfort level and employs techniques which are extremely effective in absolving tension, stress, and nagging knot and trouble spots! Highly recommend!! read more

Nitin is the best! I have had both deep tissue massage and cupping with him. He is very skilled in his practice and knows how to locate the issues and release the knots. He is very professional and does such amazing work! read more

Nitin was my massage therapist and was so kind and knowledgeable! It was an amazing full body massage and he did an excellent job of finding and working on the areas that held stress. Wonderful job and will be coming back! read more

Nitin will find & fix your aches & pains. After traveling & medical procedures, I had a lot of pain & stiffness. Nitin found the problems & made the pain disappear. He's great! read more

The actual massage by Elijah was great! He was very communicative and did a wonderful job. However, the payment process was not so good. I had received a gift card for a one hour massage, but when I was checking out it would not work. The lady said their gift cards often don't work, but they charged me full price anyway for a massage that had already been paid for. That's $119. read more

AMAZING PRENATAL MESSAGE BUT NOT VERY ACCOMMODATING!!! My hubby pampered me with the message session before the baby shower. Due to the construction going on around the complex, I arrived little late but I still have to fill out the forms wasting more time from the message itself. The masseuse was good and the table was setup with side body pillow to allow me lie comfortably on the side. The message was great and I was very comfortable but the message ended 5 mins before scheduled making it 15 min total loss time. I would be more than happy to go there if I wasn't cheated out of 1/4 of message time. read more

Great neighborhood spa if you live in Highlands Ranch. I got their monthly plan as a gift for my wife.

Elements massage is great priced and fairly good treatment. I went there for a prenatal massage due to back pain.

I belong to massage envy for 2 months. I have been unable to get a massage when I need. They keep pushing facials... I tried Elements... got an appointment within a few hours, therapist was great. Only negative was the therapist was leaving and so I could not book again with her. Elements is priced nicely if you do the monthly package. Otherwise $140 is too much for 90 min. But I would go back. I'm looking to cancel my massage envy as it's way to restricted to get appointments. read more

Had some time to kill after a flight so I stopped in to get a 90 minute massage while waiting for my hotel. Working in the health and wellness industry, I know flying takes a toll on the body! The facility looks brand new and is very clean. I saw Mallory and she was great. I had a very relaxing experience and she was even able to identify an imbalance in my left vs. right hip that I know I've had for a while, but have been admittedly putting on the back-burner. I'll definitely be back to do more work! read more

I bought a groupon (it was a smokin' deal let me tell you!) I scheduled my appointment with Katrina. She listened to where my problem areas were and did a great job! I love Elements. I am from AZ and went to Elements there, so when I found an Elements here in Colorado I was very excited! I am looking forward to going back. I will say it is next to a BBQ restaurant and I could smell the BBQ from next door- I was extremely hungry during my massage so that was a little distracting, other than that I was very relaxed. read more

The massage I had was fabulous. I am not comfortable with massages normally, because the only one I had before was super awkward. I am glad I tried elements, I was comfortable, relaxed, and the massage pressure was great! Customer service has always been so friendly, both on the phone, and in person. I might have to look into membership! read more

This place is always great if you want to get in and out for a massage. I work at an upscale spa in South Denver so I'm used to a little more high tech massage or ayurvedic techniques but they get the job done when I have arthritis pain or bad cramps. Robert has just the right amount of strength but is gentle as well if you don't like deep tissue. Would recommend over Massage Envy or anything like that. read more

Highly recommend! I set up a session for my best friend- and I live in California. The office manager Maddie was BEYOND helpful in making the day work perfectly for my best friend. And she said it was the best, most relaxing massage ever. Thanks again!! read more

If you have sciatic pain go see Trevor! I had an injury that caused sciatic pain daily for the past 10 years. I went in for a massage on a whim and was introduced to Trevor. We got to talking about my acute pain and he told me he could do some work specifically for that. He recommended I come in for three 90mn sessions every four weeks and after only two sessions I can say I have not felt sciatic pain in weeks. He really does great, personalized massages! read more

Although my wife and I enjoyed the massages - not bad for $59, we decided to cancel our membership. Upon receipt of our cancellation form on 6/30/14 we were told we would still be charged on 7/1/14. We were charged on 7/1/14. To our surprise, we were charged again on 8/1/14. After phone calls, emails and calling our bank, we finally got the charge reversed. Nice people but beware of the contract. read more

I gave this Elements Massage place 5 stars due to Friendliness. Value. Cleanliness. Qualifying, caring consultants. Owner and masseuse went out of their way to send pertinent info to me. Very knowledgeable and trained masseuse gave great massage. read more

EXPIRED......I purchased (2) 2 for 1 massages on a special in 2012. I have use 2 of the 4 total massages. When trying to book them over the last year I had a hard time getting a female massage therapist and didn't book. When I booked a massage for today I was told that my massages expired 6 months ago. I was never told they would expire or given a receipt (was a phone purchase) or given gift cards that said they expired. Ana Marie the NEW owner was very nice and professional but I'm not happy that she purchased the business in June obviously didn't get the original money for the massages I purchased and now will not honor them. read more

Terrible experience with this place. Billing problems, poor customer service. Terrible management. I was a member for awhile, while I can't speak for other Elements locations, I will never return to this one! read more

Wow! I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage today, and it was one of the very best I've ever had (including other states and over seas). This was my first visit at Elements Massage, and I'll be back. Great experience all around! Victor was very professional and so skilled, and he worked hard for 90 minutes to work out all of my tension points. I feel terrific! Great place! And fabulous massage therapist... thank you Victor! read more

Found this place because of a Groupon deal. Was looking to get a massage the day after my marathon and got a great price for a 90-minute massage. Friendly front desk remembered why I had scheduled the appt (the day after Colfax) and asked about how the marathon went. Peaceful environment in the lobby with fresh citrus water to sip on while you wait, which doesn't end up being very long One of the best massages I've ever had! Jamie did an excellent job and even showed me a few stretches to help prevent tension from building back up in my muscles. read more

I am very disappointed that Elements refused to give my husband a massage because he works in he Emergency Room. He has worked tirelessly to take care of patients and to be turned away felt very discriminatory. I even called ahead to see if it was ok and they said yes. When my husband arrived they turned him away. This is very bad business. read more

Elements Massage in Highlands Ranch, CO is amazing! The massages and service don't get much better than this place!!

I haven't been to Elements in a while and my back was killing me. I called before hours and didn't leave a message. A few minutes before opening they called me back based on caller ID. This was a wonderful surprise and saved me the aggravation of calling them back. The therapist I had seen in the past no longer worked there so the receptionist asked me a bunch of questions regarding my preferences with massages. She matched me with a FANTASTIC therapist who was experienced and could react to what my muscles were doing instead of just going through a routine. When paying for the service the receptionist was not pushy about their monthly membership and provided me information about the program to take home. This is a classy establishment and I love the walk-in service. I'm definitely going back! read more

When we signed up for a membership at the Highlands Ranch, Colorado location we were told we could easily use our membership at any of the locations nationally. We had numerous issues trying to schedule massages at various locations so we made the decision to terminate our membership. First, they wouldn't accept my termination request over the phone so I had to physically drive to the location. Then, I spoke with this location's sales team member "Mattie" about terminating (she wouldn't give me her last name as she deemed that "intrusive"). She was less than helpful as she could not provide proof of termination to me and said she would email it to me. That's why I asked for her full name in case I didn't receive the email - so she said I was rude for asking for her full name. Wow! Run from this place! read more

I have been coming to Elements for several years now. The front desk staff is always very welcoming, and acknowledges you immediately upon arrival. I love that you can request a therapist (not be assigned to the next available therapist/time slot). If you are living with any kind of pain, you know how debilitating and frustrating it is on your day to day activities and life in general. I have had numerous surgeries on my neck and TMJ with a lot of residual scar tissue, spasms, and pain, I also sit at a desk 8+ hours a day. Chris does a phenomenal job in deep tissue massage. He is able to target these areas to help ease the pain and improve my mobility issues. There have even been times it has been so relaxing I have fallen asleep. Kudos to Elements Massage and their staff! read more

Very therapeutic deep tissue massage, can't tell you my favorite masseuse because she's already always booked. Madi is always very accommodating with appointment times as are the other receptionists read more

I visited this studio on 8/9/13. It was nice and clean. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and professional. The therapist was great (and I consider myself an expert in receiving massages). She really listened to my needs, and delivered pretty well, considering it was her first time working with me. I'm sure the better she gets to know me, the massages will be awesome, without me telling her specifically what my needs are. I've got a pretty hectic schedule and they really worked with me to try to accommodate my needs. The membership will work well for me because it will make it easy for me to get regular work without having to remember to schedule it in. I can just make my next appointment before I leave, and know I'll already have it paid for. The new owner followed up with me a few days after the service, to make sure I was happy, and I also received a survey via email. I'll be going back frequently, and referring my friends in the area if they're looking for a good place to get a massage. read more

Recently, I had a massage at The Elements Massage at Highlands Ranch and it was great. The masseuse, Tori, did a very well job- I highly recommend requesting her. The new owner, AnnMarie, was very professional and helpful by guiding me to pick which massage would be the best for me. I am pleased she took over the venue, knowing that the business will thrive even more. I am very happy overall from the experience. The massage was amazing and I cannot wait to go back for more. The venue was extremely easy to find and the environment of the Elements was very peaceful and relaxing. Regarding the previous review about the (Heather T's) unfortunate experience, the experience I had was the complete opposite and was great. OVERALL, I highly recommend getting a massage here. Great place, good people, and amazing service!! 5 stars all the way. read more

I have been going to this location for years and the experience has always been exceptional. I highly recommend it.

I love Elements and have been a member for years. I love my therapist Stephanie who can do a clinical deep tissue massage for my sciatica issues. Staff is friendly and competent. Since it has been under new management, there has been consistency, upgrades and professionalism. I also love how I can share my banked massages with a family member or a friend. Hot stone and aromatherapy are great additions to the massage. If you have an HSA, it's a great way to use your pretax benefit. I highly recommend the Red Cedar location. read more
