Jade certainly did a great job giving my poorly shaped aching body a great amount of relief today. If you are looking for a good massage therapist, waste no time and call Jade. She is a very established therapist being licensed for 18 years. Her office in Castle Pines is new so in her very open feeling, clean office can have 4 more therapists is what she told me during my 90-min session. I enjoyed her calm demeanor. It's not to say that she never carried a friendly conversation with me; she was personable to a point where she asked me questions about my cultural background while she was sharing hers at the same time. It was nice to find out that she and I have so much in common! She told me that she sensed a good energy/vibe coming from me. She truly liked me as a client! 90-min flew by so quickly. I'm glad that I didn't book for a 60-min. Having that extra 30-min, she could focus on some of my troubled areas very thoroughly. And she gradually increased the pressure so that the tightness (especially around my neck) got slowly loosened (otherwise it would have caused some muscle damage as I was super overdue for a massage.) I have been here three times and won't be going back. The first time was very good, soothing and relaxing. The second time they were cooking something in the back and the stench was so awful I almost vomited. I thought it would go away, but it just got worse and worse. I didn't want to go back, but my wife booked a couples session as a surprise so I agreed to give them another chance. Hers was apparently fine, mine was awful. I get a massage to relax, I want it calming and soothing. Not the case on my third try, my massuse was rubbing so fast I thought she was trying to start a fire. It was obvious she was just trying to get through it. It was really annoying, not enjoyable at all and perhaps the worst massage I have ever had. Plus they don't have staff to answer the phone or greet people at the door, so throughout every massage there is a chime that goes off and the have to interrupt and stop to answer the phone or see who is at the door. Highly unprofessional, happened multiple times through each massage. I pay for uninterrupted service, they need to hire an additional person, an answering service or have the phone go to voice mail. Constant interruptions are not soothing or relaxing. I will not go back. read more

Came in for a very painful knot in my shoulder. My massage therapist got all the right spots and reduced my pain significantly! Just the right pressure. Last night, my pain was about 8/10 and after leaving today, my pain levels are more like 2/10. Everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive and it was a clean, relaxing environment. I got a 60min pain relief massage for $80 before tip, and it was well worth it. I did request Jade when making my appointment as I'm more comfortable with a female massage therapist, and was massaged by a male massage therapist. He was respectful and great, but if you are looking to receive a massage from a specific person, it may help if you specify upon arrival. This is an overdue review that happened months ago. I was treated rudely by an old lady, who claimed not the boss, who I talked to and booked an appointment with on the phone. I was expecting an lady with 18 years experience to work my my neck and shoulders, which i clearly stated over the phone. I was brought into a room by an old lady, who didnt look like the lady in the picture. She spent quite a long while on my lower back, just sliding her forearmback and forth. Especially on one butt cheek, eventually she used her elbow to went down on it. It felt unpleasant (felt bruised for day!) so mentioned a couple times to her nicely that I needed her to focus on my shoulders instead. She spoke in Chinese to me, " People come here just want to get a relax massage. I need to massage your whole body, not just one place. YOU HAVE ISSUES, YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR!" I had my head down in the hole and let her work on my back and this whole 10 min I just wanna get up and leave because it became annoying how she "massaged" me with the side of her forearms, not using thumb kneading techniques while all my tight knots were on my shoulders and upper back and she refused me. It might be relaxing to some people but that that's definitely not someone who has 18 years experience would do for an hour. I got up and asked her who I talked to over the phone, she got upset and responded, " that's my boss." "ok, I clearly told your boss on the phone i need massage on my neck and shoulders. Why is she not here?" She said, "YOU CAN CALL HER." Then she stopped and went to the fridge to get me a towel. Well, at least she gave me a warm towel to clean up the oil, that i respect. I put on my clothes and walked to the front desk and was thinking I could offer to pay for 30 min. But she never showed up. I was not planning to walk out that door without paying. I wanted to explain to her boss and the call went thru. I explained that " I was expecting to be massaged by Jade but she wasnt here! Whoever massaged me didn't meet my expectation." Jade told me to hold on and she switched to a different line. My side went cricket, there was a loud voice coming from the break room and complained about me using Chinese. I WAS ABLE TO HEAR CLEARLY INCLUDING SHE CALLED ME "SPOILED BRAT" x2 in Chinese! I was so pissed I just walked out and swore will never come back! Jade tried to call me back when i was driving and she left me a message. She wondered why I walked away because her employee was a "very good" therapist. Jade, first of all, you didn't bother to finish listening to me on the phone. I was planning to give you another chance if you offer to come over to work my back. THE BEST MASSAGE. from the beginning it was extremely relaxing, they asked what type of pressure you wanted and it was perfect. my mom and i got the couple massage and it was quiet with peaceful music. they do like a "once over" and find your target areas without you having to tell them. they focused a lot more on my neck and for my mom, her back. ALSO, free hot stones. it was the best massage i've ever gotten and I'll be back for the rest of my life. it also wasn't one of those super oily massages and they wipe it off with a hot towel at the end! read more
