I had a lovely 1 hour massage at the Castle Rock location for the introductory rate of only $59! My massage therapist was very accommodating and encouraged me to let her know if I wanted the room dimmer, the table warmer, or her pressure harder or softer. The body massage felt great and she applied harder pressure to my back when I asked. The studio was very clean and organized. A small critique was that I had to ask for an eye pillow when I was face-up for the massage and there was a light above that couldn't be fully dimmed off that was shinning a little in my eyes. The therapist quickly got me a soft towel for my eyes after I asked. Also, I noted my massage ended at about 55 minutes rather than 60 minutes which isn't a huge deal but I just noted it. I experienced my first massage appointment at Elements Massage a few days ago, and to this day I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude. Upon check-in I felt very welcomed and attended to, and as soon as I met Tony (as well as throughout our appointment together) I felt very calm, joyful and safe in his presence. Tony carefully listened to my history, and immediately addressed my concerns. I felt instant relief from his massage. He also checked in on my comfort periodically, and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and I feel that he really cares about his clients' health and wellbeing. He even took the time to write down instructions and draw pictures of exercises I could perform at home to prevent further discomfort. This was the best massage I ever received!! I left with the biggest smile on my face and tears of gratitude in my eyes. The following day the studio kindly called to check on my experience. I've been searching for a good massage therapist since I moved to Franktown about a year ago, and I found TWO here. Tracy is attentive, thorough, listens to your issues, and addresses what you need. She definitely can provide a variety of pressures to fit your preferences, and she can make you feel great. Tony is another favorite after my first session with him today. Super knowledgeable, and he can do some WORK. He'll chat you up and seems to pursue true healing and pain relief. I've never had a massage before this visit, so I don't really have anything to compare to. Lol. I called Elements to see if there was any availability for that day. They were able to get me in 20 minutes later. Nice. As soon as you walk into this place there is a instant feeling of calm. The ambience immediately put me at ease. This all just from sitting in the waiting area. Later I was greeted by Samara (who was wonderful) and escorted to the massage room. Guys, the massage table is heated!!! What the what?! Amazing. Samara was gentle (being my first massage and all) but kicked it up a notch when working on the problem areas of my back. This place is professional, accommodating, and friendly. It's a little pricey normally, but being a first time client I was only charged $55. I'll be back, but maybe every few months. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ps. 7/15/2017 UPDATE After reporting Elements to the Better Business Bureau, the BBB contacted Elements and they told the BBB that they promised to pay me back for the $118. Elements did in fact leave me two messages and a few days later, the money showed up in my account. They also said that they put an additional "free 1hr massage" on my account to use at my leisure. Because Elements did what they could to make up for my grievance against them, I have changed their rating from 1 star to 3 stars. But because it took all of this effort, and involving the BBB to get them to respond appropriately, I still do not recommend signing up for their monthly service as I do not believe they have made any changes to their policy. On a side note, I will reiterate that the services I did receive (massages) were very good and I highly recommend Warren at the east Castle Rock location. Buyer beware. The massage therapists are good and the environment is fine. But don't get caught up in their scam of selling you "memberships". I signed up for their $59/mo, which gives you a 1hr massage (not including tip) each month. If you don't get a massage that month, don't worry, they said...It will accumulate and you can put the funds towards a massage whenever you are ready...they said. But, when I tried to cancel, they said it was too late and I would be charged another $59 the next month. They gave me the option to put it on hold, which I did in order to avoid getting charged again. But after my hold was finished, they still wouldn't let me cancel the membership, saying I would be charged another $59 before they could cancel. I was furious! I had been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months and had been in there many times trying to do so...always getting the run-around. I had $120 worth of massages sitting on my account and I was having lots of health problems and could not get in to use them. I was told they would be there to be used when I was ready. A few weeks ago, I contacted them via phone and asked AGAIN if I could cancel my account. Once again, I was told no, NOT WITHOUT BEING CHARGED $59. And I was also told that I needed to come in to do a written request. Ugh! So it became very obvious at that point, that to cancel a membership, you must pay a $59 fine (which is not stated in their contract. But it is how they can suck you into their trap.) I contacted my bank about it since the account was a monthly auto deduction. The bank said this is a common problem and the only way to get out of such situations is to cancel your credit card and have them issue you a new one. But we all know how much work that involves.... Now understand, I was told at the time of signing up for this membership that I could "cancel anytime." Today, I went in to have my $120 worth of massages put into gift certificates so I could use them later. This is something that is common practice. I did not want to lose my money. After my $120 was safely in certificates, I WAS going to attempt to again cancel my account. Today I was told that they actually cancelled it LAST MONTH after my phone call (without my written request and my signature) and that I AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED my $120, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Though they finally cancelled my account, they stole $120 from me when they did it. This is an absolute scam. And I can assure you, with the way I have been treated, I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. I hope others come forward and share their story. I am not an angry person. I don't get mad at people. I don't complain about businesses. But this just got me so angry, because they had absolutely no shame in leading me on, making promises and then taking my money from me WITHOUT PROVIDING ME ANY SERVICE. They are not honest nor an honorable organization. The real ELEMENTS in their business are Fraud, Bad customer service, and complete and utter greed. Fraud reports have been filed both to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I hope others will do the same. Next up, 9News. Stay tuned. read more

She took the time to really work out some tight areas that were really sore. I appreciate the time and work that she put in and the follow up treatment advice as well! I have been going to Elements for the past 5-6 months and wanted to finally write a review. The business is very well managed, nicely decorated, and the staff is very professional and highly skilled. I have seen 3 different masseuses but finding the one that did the best work on my sore and tired muscles took some time. I received a great all-over massage from Kimberly -- with extra focus on my bad lower back -- and felt great for days afterwards! I was a member for a year of Massage Envy but prefer the quieter, softer, more peaceful feel of Elements. It's more like a spa instead of a Doctor's office. In the lobby they offer water, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, granola bars, dark chocolate!! Massage Envy offered you a cup of water after your massage and you could buy a bottle to go --- Elements gave me a full bottle of water and reminded me to keep drinking water to flush out the released toxins and stay hydrated. In my experience, the prices are right in line with anywhere worth going to these days, whether it's a chain or private massage therapist, and certainly less than any massage I've had at spas on vacation! read more

UPDATE: After involving the BBB, the money was refunded, but they would not admit to their actions and chalked it up to miscommunication. Buyer beware. Complete scam company. Therapists are good. Management and ownership need to be prosecuted. My wife enrolled in a membership after I bought her a massage there for Valentines. After a few months my wife decided to cancel the membership. The store promised to cancel, but the next month they billed us anyway. My wife called to complain and they refused to refund the money and said if she canceled now at the beginning of the next month she would lose the $60. She decided to wait and have a massage to use up the money, but never got around to it, we were busy. She decided to cancel again. Again they said, no problem, and again the next month they charged us again. My wife called, and went in and was told the same story. Only now we would lose $120. So again, my wife thought, okay I'll use the money on a massage and cancel next month. Today (7/31/17) my wife went in to cancel and she was told they had actually canceled her account the previous month, without informing her, and she has forfeited the $120 they took. They are refusing to give the money. back. None of this policy is outlined on their website or even hinted at. This is out and out fraud. I've reported them to the fraud unit of the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. read more

Given that the normal price I pay is $50/hr. I was willing to try a new place because of the discount and would probably have signed up for the wellness program. After this experience I won't be going back to Elements and suggest they honor their word if they want to keep customers as well as a good reputation. read more
