He manages to find the areas that hurt and make them feel better. He helped me avoid shoulder surgery, and my back is much better. He keeps my tendons and muscles moving. If I could give negative stars I would. Booked a 90 minute massage online. Got an email confirming the booking. Filled out all the online forms. Got a text the morning of confirming the booking. Got to the location and there was no booking. All the front desk clerk had to offer was "I'm sorry, want to rebook". His demeanor and lack of surprise leads me to believe this happens a lot. No offer to call a manager or perhaps discount a future booking. Nothing except an offer to rebook. No thanks! have been going here for 2 yrs or so on and off. probably a dozen or so times over 24 months. I had to reschedule today due to a last minute meeting. I called at 750am and left a voicemail. no one called me back. so I proactively called them to verify and get a new date. I was told they'd charge me $40 for the cancellation. because they didn't get the voicemail. and whether they got it or not, they charge the fee because I'm not a member. no problem. I understand company's have policies and people enforce them. all good. I just think if you have a customer that comes every other month or so, maybe a cancellation fee is a stupid idea. I had my first ever massage today, and it was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I chose the couples massage so we could be in the same room together. I had Courtney, and she listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I'm a little more on the sensitive side, but her pressure was perfect. I've been going through some stress in my life, and this is exactly what I needed to clock out from the world and just melt into the massage. I got an hour prenatal massage from Elements. I was 15 minutes early, per the directions they gave me, and my masseuse was 15 minutes late. It would not have been a problem had she gone 15 minutes over. However, she did not. I paid for an hour massage and only had 45 minutes on the table. I specified in my paperwork that I was 6 months pregnant but the masseuse didn't know and the table was not set up for someone who was pregnant. I think it was clean, far too dark to tell, and the lady at the desk was nice. Bummed this place was unfair because I would have loved to come back. read more

I've only had one massage at this location and it was incredible! But let me tell you about their customer service- I would give 10 stars if I could. After moving to the northeast, I was trying to get into another Elements and the location I was going to was giving me the runaround. Nora and Josh in Flower Mound not only helped me save money with my membership, but they even took it upon themselves to contact the location I was going to, ensuring me that the prepaid massages would transfer so I could make a last minute appointment same day. It's not often that a location will take you out as the middle man and handle it on their own to relieve any stress or frustration. I got a gift card from a friend for Christmas. My massage therapist talked the entire time and would stop working on me when he was excited about his story. I really don't see how he could hold a license because the massage was horrible. He cursed a lot and the conversation made me uncomfortable. I was going to complain when I was checking out but he kept looking through a window to see if I was leaving a tip. To top it off they couldn't get my gift card to work so I ended up having to pay. Otherwise, we would not be in this situation. You had every right to charge my credit card for not showing up to the right location, if it was so worth $59 to you. It's just terrible customer service to not work with a customer who obviously tried to attend the appointment. It's also a bad sign that you did not admit to your mistakes, but blamed it on the customer for "experiencing confusion." Again, keep the $59, that's not the point. But now you have lost a probable repeat customer, and you've gained a one-star Yelp review. Congrats. I went online to search for local spas with massage services, and Elements came up. A coupon for first time customers popped up on their website. I filled out the information in order to save the coupon for future use. It turns out that that was actually considered a request for an appointment. A few days later, a very kind lady called me back, with the phone number coming up as Lewisville, TX. We booked my appointment for the next day. I showed up to the Lewisville location, and they didn't have any record of an appointment for me. I called the number back, and it was actually the Flower Mound location. I explained to them that the number came up as Lewisville, so I assumed it was the Lewisville location calling me. They told me that since I didn't call them 24 hours before the appointment, they would charge my card 100%. I get it, I should have confirmed which location was calling me back (it said Lewisville!) However, they were not willing to work with me at all. It was going to be my first time at an Elements. I will never use their services in the future. read more

Last year I purchased couple massages for my adult kids as a Christmas present. I assumed all went well for them until my daughter said she would love a massage gift certificate again but not from Elements. When asked why, she said they found out it was limited locations when they got their massage. When they got there, they told the staff they had a gift card. The staff did not mention the possibility of their gift card not applying at that location. It was only after the massage that they were told. They had to pay out of pocket. I am livid. I made sure Elements had locations in their area. I made sure it didn't have an expiration date. Had no idea they would pull this crap. Buyer Beware! read more

I can't attest to the massage because I never actually got one. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. It was cancelled due to the therapist having a family emergency. Totally understandable, I rescheduled for Monday evening. At 2:00pm (3 hours before) I got a call saying the new therapist is out sick and didn't come in to work today. I feel like I should've (could have) been called earlier. I tried to reschedule for the next day and was told nothing was available. I work in a school and these were the only 2 days I could go before traveling for the holidays. Now I can't book anywhere else because they waited so long to cancel on me. Very frustrated. This place will charge your card after using your signature to sign you up for a membership when you have a massage you bought through Groupon. This massage was in August several times I've gotten harassing annoying phone calls where i repeatedly stated i wasn't interested in a membership and today, 5 days before Xmas they decided to charge my card. I called and they refused to reverse the charge. This is PREDATORY. I've contacted my credit card company they had to cancel my card so i have no access to finish my Christmas shopping for my family. I'm disgusted. They claim i signed myself and boyfriend (he was not even in the state at the time) for a membership i would have never gotten a membership i actually just scheduled a couples massage for when he got back which i canceled. Upon entering immediately was greeted by friendly staff but also with the smell of fast food. Apparently their is no break room which seems like something that could be built in. Greasy fast food is not something you expect to smell when you walk in for a massage. There is fruit infused water in the lobby and the waiver is very short. I have a pretty bad spasm in my back so in addition to some medication, getting a deep tissue massage was recommended. I looked at a ton of places in the area but went for this one for three reasons: price ($49 for your first visit for a 55 minute massage), it's right by my house, and their site said they had same day appointments available. Perfect! I needed this massage asap. The only appointment available that day was a time I couldn't do so I scheduled for the next day with Anna. I printed out my forms online and filled them out before I went. I told her about my problem area (mid-back) and while it seemed like she focused more on the knots in my shoulders, my spasm has been feeling better. At one point she put a heating pad on my back while she massaged my legs. The heat felt so good and turned my muscles to butter. The massage rooms are very dimly lit so it would be easy to fall asleep. She didn't talk the entire time which I personally loved. I hate having a massage where the masseuse wants to chat. When I checked out, the receptionist did try to get me to sign up for their membership but I didn't feel as if they were being pushy. The massage I got had nothing to do with the sports category, it was more or less a gentle skin rub. It did nothing to my muscles. When I called to book an appointment a few months ago the guy on the phone was nice and helpful. He recommended Adrian for the massage but because of my availability I couldn't book with her so I got booked with another therapist can't remember her name but she had blonde hair. Massage was wonderful and therapist was great and welcoming, she knew what she was doing. She was the only reason why I gave one star. But costumer service was terrible. First off when I walked in it smelt like fast food very unappealing and everyone was hanging out in the side office gossiping and didn't realized I walked in. The girl that checked me in looked clueless and didn't really know what was going on, I think her name was pamella ... Something like that. She also had food in her teeth I guess she was the one eating in the lobby, I mean is there no break room? I want to go in there to relax not smell food. After my massage I was pleased and wanted to know more about being a member. When I walked back up to lobby the same girl was up there alone and was on Facebook watching a video.. Took her a sec to exit out I could tell she was embarrassed, I was so relaxed I didn't care at that point but she wasn't very helpful about the wellness program so I passed on it. Just sucks that the therapist was great and customer service sucked. That plays a big part in a business. I own a small business and my employees know better than this. I scheduled an appointment for an 80 minute massage because of some pretty bad neck & upper back pain. I ended up having Brent do the deep tissue. His style was very different than what I have experienced in the past but he was very good. My neck was so stiff but Brent really worked out those knots & I am feeling MUCH better. When I walked in I filled out my paperwork in minutes & they got me back at my appointment time right on the dot. We briefly discussed my trouble areas & got right to it shortly after. I was also super grateful for a quiet masseuse. A chatty masseuse is a major pet peeve for me! They were not sneaky at all with the membership. They were up front about it but not pushy. Front desk folks are at best dingy, at worse they play tricks to get more business. I booked an appointment and told them I wanted female only. When I get there a male therapist comes out. As soon as I asked, are you my therapist?...he immediately says "let me guess, you wanted a female" and started walking off.
