For the price that you pay to live at Elements you might as well live outside in the elements and save yourself a few grand. Upon moving in during COVID our "brand new" laundry washer did not work and it took some time to get it looked at. When they did the maintain man said that the reason that it wasn't working was because the tubes were clogged, but yet we had never used it and supposedly everything was brand new. Paint jobs around the apartment look unfinished or rushed and we noticed a snake-like opening coming up from under the floor throughout the length of the kitchen and living room. When someone finally came to look at it (after numerous phone calls with the front office and the manager always saying oh, I was about to call you) the maintenance people said that they never seen anything like it and we would have to be out of the apartment to fix it. Later we learned it was a foundational issue that could have been avoided if only the people would have taken to do things properly when it was being built- the neighbors across from us were able to move to a different unit after threatening to expose them because they knew what the issue was at the time, we weren't so lucky. We asked to move and they told us that they son't do that- mind you this was in March when COVID was ramping up and I was PREGNANT at the time, all of which they knew. They told us our options were to stay with a loved one and get those days reimbursed or stay at their sister property metropolis. When we asked about getting any more compensation since this issue was their fault not our and it was a major inconvenience they replied with a big fat NO. We decided to stay at the metropolis and that wasn't much better. Yes it was bigger than the apartment we were in but my husband needed to work from home and although they promised up wifi was set up and ready to go, it wasn't and we had to spend more time getting it straightened out while we were there. Even worse there were someones clothes in one's drawers and under the bed, WHAT THE HECK! Did they even clean that place before we went!? When we told this to management they did apologize but simply said we'll head over and get that out of your way and that was it! In our apartment the sink faucet is too short and when you turn on the water just a bit it spills all over the counter and the same after you turn it off it drips and creates a big puddle. We also had to have our air fixed because it wasn't getting cold, which they did and we had to youtube how to change the frequency of our fan light because every floor is set to the same and when our neighbor would turn on their light at midnight, ours would turn on as well. They also made no effort what so ever to open any amenities, I get that it was during a pandemic but even when things were opening up and they could have set up schedules or add some precautions they did not. The jacuzzi and pool has opened up, but again there was no effort- after signing up for a time and planning it out when we showed up there was already a couple in the jacuzzi who rolled their eyes when they say us coming and did not get out, minutes later a man walked straight in and just got in and this was all during our time we signed up for, no one was regulating. The jacuzzi is tiny to began with so we just left. I wouldn't doubt if there are other things that I am forgetting but this review is long enough. Save yourself the headache and just rent somewhere else! read more

Let me start by saying this is my first ever review on Yelp. I moved here about a year or so ago after I sold a house. I was thrilled with the fact that this complex was going to have some amazing amenities. Mind you, I moved here before any of the amenities were even completed. Things were pretty nice once they started to open them up. Every once in a while they would do an event for the residents, but they always seemed to have a limit of 15-20. Which was unfair to others wanting to participate. Then comes the Covid 19 Pandemic.... They shut everything down including the pool, gym, bowling alley and recreation areas. When other complexes started to open up with precautions the management at Elements didn't seem to care. They hardly communicated to us and just passed the buck to "corporate".... We sat by and watched other buildings in the area do nice things for their residents like drive by Coffee & Donuts, taco night, etc... Then they decided to offer a free membership to a Cross Fit Gym across the street to keep themselves from any potential liability. Not everybody wants or can do these types of classes do to varies issues including back, etc... ON TOP OF THIS AND ADDING INSULT TO INJURY, The gym across the street is doing outside classes and playing extremely LOUD music starting at 5:30am that wakes me up and several others that I've talked to. These classes go all day long! I told Elements management about this rude issue and they did Nothing about it. Then I come to find out that they actually own the building that that gym is in as well. In conclusion, there has been almost No communication when the amenities will open again and they have literally done nothing to make the current residents valued. On a positive note: I've met some of the most amazing new friends that I cherish! read more

After parking I met up with my friend and she recommended the golf room and Jon was helpful in setting us up with it. The room was clean and golf was fun overall. I've been living here for almost a year now and it took me this long to write a review because I really wanted to get it right. Elements truly deserves 5 stars from mine and my boyfriend's experience here. The staff are always courteous and wherever they fall short, they always try to make it right. For example, many complaints on here about the gym weights being too loud - not the staffs fault by any means however management tries to find a solution and installed extra padding in the gym. We never hear any of the footsteps/loud noise people complain about but we did do our research on the building, read the reviews and specifically asked for a top floor unit. No building is perfect but Elements really tries to work with their tenants. Not to mention their maintenance staff is phenomenal. (I'm sure you see all the reviews about Jesus on here) Some of the people on here that complain just to complain need to get a reality check on what some other "luxury" building experiences are like. All in all, the amenities are great and the upkeep of property is on point every day. Like I said it is not without some issues BUT they will work with you within reason. Unfortunately I do have to say the one major thing they are lacking is security. Not because its unsafe but because the amenities are being used by people who do not live in the building and there's really no regulating at all. Over the weekends, anyone can bring their friends and take up the entire rooftop if they wanted with no room for anyone else. As well as the gym, we have seen plenty of people park across the street and walk in to use the gym as if it were public and leave back to their cars - very obvious they don't live here. Lastly, it still remains at 5 stars for the building and if I could leave 2 stars for the tenants I would. Honestly, its extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate when using amenities to not pick up after yourselves. Idk who anyone thinks would clean up after them but when I use the gym I certainly do not want to re-rack at minimum 90 lbs off the bar because people were too lazy to do it. Consider that females can't really put back 145 lbs before being able to use a machine... the weights are constantly a mess, empty water bottles, spills... its the tenants that need to figure their shit out. I would consider this as the worst place I have lived at and I am 40. I have been living here for 10 months and I refused to review negatively the community where I live but now I feel obligated to share my experience with others so that future residents are aware . The Quality of the construction is the worst and the cheapest . Daily , I hear all my above neighbor footsteps , movements , toilets being flushed , and any other noise you can think of. It feels like someone is living with me but actually above me. I have not had one day of peace in the last 10 months. Every time I come home , I am wondering how is it going to feel today with all sounds . I have talked to the management many times , and the answer I get is ,THIS IS APARTMENT LIVING . I am sorry but apartment living should feel like home. Management is very well trained to deferring problems and issues instead of owning up to it . From all my conversations I had with them , it felt like someone was insulting my intelligence and their answers were like scripted .They do not care as long as you signed your lease . They know I will leave and someone else will come and will like the gym , the pool , etc....and you know the rest. read more

This Elements Apartment so called "Luxury," is everything but luxury. It is a new complex and has so much problems. The management do everything to get you in as soon as you sign the lease they are not interested to talk to you gain. During the Virus crises they are open to lease the apartments but they are not open for the residents. The worse customer service ever i have experienced in any complex. There maintenance is the worse Than any faculties, after a week long wait they don't even show up, you need to call a bunch of times to get lucky that they decide to come and make a repair. Specially the Short Hispanic guy. With a bad attitude like he is doing you a favor for showing up and most of the time he defer it to someone else. It is the worse place to live in Irvine. Spend your $$ some where that you can enjoy and feel safe. Avoid leasing Elements if you like to enjoy a peaceful home environment. By the way the know it is emergency crisis and people are forced to be home and maybe work from home. The conduct Emergency Fire Alarm Testing every other Tuesday eve not every week, ridiculous and so inconsiderate. read more

I remember touring the grounds for the first time a few months ago and being blown away by all the amenities and fancy apartment interiors. Well one thing I've learned is that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. This is by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in primarily due to the NOISE and BUILD QUALITY. If you are fortunate enough to register your complaint 2 out of 3 times nothing will be done. Occasionally, a security guard might be sent, but it's unlikely to change anything. I am an incredibly tolerant person when it comes to noise and living in apartment complexes but the build quality is extremely poor and out right laughable and the fire alarms going off is next level. I've had several friends live in this community, and every single one of them has moved out due to similar complaints. I strongly caution anyone looking at this building to do your due diligence and do not be fooled by the pleasant facade. MANAGEMENT - Please start sending out community emails reminding all residence to be courteous to their neighbors and stop with the dang fire alarm testing. So we can all live in peace! read more

Our bathtub was clogged and our AC made a very annoying noise, Anthony arrived within just couple minutes of our work order submission and He was very professional, polite and efficient. He knew what he was doing and got the problems solved without hesitation and didn't waste any time. He was wearing mask all the time and explained what was the problem throughly. lived here for a year with my wife and 2 kids. During the pandemic they follow all the protocol and although we weren't able to use the amenities due to the shut down we still felt safe and happy living here. Anything that needed to be fixed was taken care of within 48 hours. We made great memories here and recommend it to any young couple or family. read more

My husband and I just recently moved into Elements and we absolutely love it! I couldn't ask for anything better. The layout is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is gorgeous and I love everything about it! We are on the first floor, so we have a patio. It's very spacious and lovely. The leasing office is extremely attentive and responsive. I just moved in on 4/2. Robert was the leasing agent that showed me this place a couple weeks ago and I liked it right away. Jeremy was the agent that helped me on my first day. He walked me through on where my parking space was, the amazon locker, trash locations etc. He showed the little things people forget like the light switches, washer/dryer etc. There was a couple of very small issue when I checked in but they took care of it right away. So far my experience has been very positive. They are prompt in getting back to my emails with any concerns or questions. Since the complex is not complete yet, I'm unable to enjoy any of the amenities but looking forward to the gym and the salt water pool. One big reason I picked this place the abundance in guest parking (150 they said by the time the whole complex is completed) and also the 50 free electric cars charging stations since I drive one. I've been boasting to my friends about this place and waiting for my first bbq :). read more
