UPDATE: They just lied again stating: "A high volume of applicants caused the process to take longer". The apartments I was looking for are sitting vacant for two months. All what there desperate losers can do is steal your money and lie, lie, lie. Good luck renting with them! What a desperate company! Beware, they will do everything to keep your holding deposit even though this was their fault. I applied for a 4K+ apartment and received tenant screening report same day. But they did not approve me for more than 10 days. I called them several times and asked to escalate the approval or I will go elsewhere and I did. They lied and lied and lied. Finally, after more than 10 days they approved me. But I already applied for another apartment and was approved in one day. Now, Elements does not want to give my money back because it only refundable without 3 days. But that was them who pulled the time. Also, they will charge you horrible amount for moving out. Avoid this place. We gave proper 30-day notice, moved out on time, and provided forwarding information. After move-out, we were sent to collections for $1,800+, even though the property actually owed us money ($4k+). After extensive disputes, they eventually sent us a refund of about $4,000, confirming the collections attempt was unjustified. The one charge they refused to reverse was a pet urine damage fee, despite the fact that we never owned or brought any pets into the unit. The only documentation supporting this charge was dated two weeks after we moved out, which makes the claim highly questionable. Throughout our tenancy, billing issues were common. We were charged twice for one month due to their system error, and in another month we were charged late fees despite having autopay enabled. Those late fees were never refunded. They also attempted to charge around $6,000 for water damage while ignoring our insurance company for months. Instead of coordinating with insurance, they tried to bill us directly and withheld our funds during the process. If you read the reviews carefully, you'll notice a pattern: people who have just toured or recently moved in often leave positive reviews because the property gives a good first impression. Long-term residents, on the other hand, consistently leave one-star reviews describing the same issues. They are friendly upfront, but once money is involved, the tone changes. Amenities were frequently broken, and maintenance was inconsistent. I would not recommend anyone move here unless you are prepared to fight to get your own money back. I dropped off my 30 days notice to vacate, when it was time to drop off the keys ROBIN told me that they don't have my 30 days and instead of my making things right ROBIN & TUAN (Manager & Assistant Manager) said I HAVE to pay another month. I've been living here for almost two years, and I have to say the leasing office is not very responsive when it comes to addressing actual problems. On the first day I moved in, my lock was already broken, and i waited almost an hour in the hallway for someone to fix it. It also seems like their staff is poorly organized. I had to call a second time to follow up, repeat the entire situation, and only then did they finally send someone to address the issue. The only time they responded quickly and efficiently was when I asked about renewing my lease, which says a lot about their priorities. Needless to say, I won't be renewing my lease again. Additionally, the garage door in the metal building has broken multiple times recently. The first time it broke, the leasing office just left it open for two straight weeks, despite previous reports of car break in and thefts in the building. The parking situation is extremely frustrating as well. I'm not sure how they assign parking spots, but I have to drive all the way up to my assigned spot and then take the elevator back down to my floor. It's inconvenient, poorly organized, and I'm honestly so over the unnecessary driving. They'll tow your car if you park in one of their "special maintenance" spaces even though their maintenance staff parks in resident spaces or if you park by the street you will get ticketed. This place and their leasing manager (Robyn?) sucks. I hope she gets fired. read more

As a resident in this building even getting your packages delivered into the lockers themselves isn't guaranteed. I have a package currently in the locker system AND I have a code to obtain it. When entering the code it says "please see property staff to get your package" I go get Regina and she tried for all of 2 minutes to help before saying she had a tour to do and would tell John to help. I call leasing office to follow up explaining that while you may have a tour I'm an already paying resident and should be priority. John had no clue about anything. Regina hadn't told him. This isn't the first package to go "missing" here when it's been delivered. This isn't the first time leasing staff has made it clear once you're a resident they no longer care to prioritize anything regarding your residency. This staff in the leasing office is extremely unorganized. There is no security presence here. Don't let them fool you like they did most of us. There is zero guest parking or street parking for your guest. 9 out of 10 times your guest will have to leave due to the no parking ongoing issue many residents are upset with. EV charger in metal building isn't working and they don't care to fix it. Toddlers are allowed in the gym to scream cry and throw fits while you work out. My car was hit and ran by another resident. Apartment itself has had numerous ongoing issues requiring maintenance in my home almost monthly if not many times a month. Apartment is only 5 years old maintenance said. Why does it have so many issues for being fairly new? It's made with the cheapest materials and it shows the way this place is falling apart so quickly. I've had my fridge completely stop working making everything go bad, no elements didn't reimburse me even after providing the requested receipts. Didn't even get a new fridge. Maintenance literally said they brought me a fridge from another unit they had fixed sitting around. Love that for me and my expensive apartment. Can't even have a new fridge. The roof of parking space leaked white paint water onto my black car that elements said they weren't responsible for as well. Had to get it buffed out of my paint job on my own dime. My sink completely exploded underneath leaking everywhere requiring emergency maintenance one night. Toilet has flooded leaving water everywhere. I live alone and am hardly ever home. They blamed all these issues on excessive use. Building leaves legal notices on every units doors way too over to "check" things. There is no accommodation for any of these "checks" hence the legal notice to enter. 3 times in less then a year. Balcony checks water leak checks. And if you have a job and are uncomfortable with people in your home when you're not well guess what? Too bad. Elements's is coming on in regardless of how you feel. Zero accommodation and for a luxury building accommodation is necessary. There is no care or consideration by any means to residents. This building has the highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Everyone I meet here quickly moves and or doesn't renew. Parking garage is extremely unsafe. Cars use excessive speed and will hit you then drive off. If you are looking to feel safe and enjoy a luxurious apartment this is definitely not it. To pay as much as I do and deal with as much as I do this is laughable. $3400+ for a "luxury" one bedroom apartment in the ghetto where me, my car and packages aren't ever safe. I have been living here since March and I have LOVED every second of it. Firstly, all of the leasing staff are incredible, and very communicative, especially Regina and Cheryle. Regina was my apartment leasing agent, and she was super communicative, transparent, and really nice throughout the entire process. The finishes in the Wood building are EXTREMELY nice, it is all great quality for a large apartment complex. Also, all of the community areas (gym, swimming pool, bowling alley, etc) are VERY CLEAN. Workers are constantly cleaning all areas throughout the week, they even take care of the garage and spray down the trash areas every week. I have no complaints about this place! read more

Sadly I have to downgrade the review because of the disturbing upstairs noise and other issue from Upstairs (won't specify) I have been experiencing for the past year. Nothing has been resolved. I truly hope corporate management can read this review and a few others and make decisions and take actions accordingly. I consider this is a luxury complex and we should be treated as clients not a cash register. Let me share my experience. I have submitted probably hundred tickets to complain about the noise. Probably only one complaint was addressed. The unstoppable loud heavy footsteps and constant moving furniture creates such beat and vibrations which keeps my heart beat fast and always in alert and nervous mode. And yes I work from home Most of the time. And sadly sounds like the upstairs don't need to work so she kept her activity schedule same as mine. Sometimes the sound was so sudden and unpredictable adds to the "stress". On top of that, they seem really don't care about the community and loved to throw dust or shake the dust out of their mop or cleaning towel from the balcony. I caught a few times because I was reading in my balcony. Now I removed everything from my balcony. With that said. It is meaningless to have a balcony. I sent emails to leasing office multiple times. The answer was "can't verify" or " not quiet hours". Nothing they can do. It's a complex living. Etc etc. It sounds like we as good neighbors (quiet , considerate and pay on time ) are not valued. The inconsiderate tenants enjoy their best life here and at other's expense. I am speechless. As I typed this revised review, the noise just continued... the ticket was submitted earlier and I am sure the answer is still "can't be verified" I also wanted to add. I have invested in 3 pairs of very expensive sound proof headsets to get myself distracted from the noise. One pair cost nearly $800. In addition to that Tons of ears plugs in various style to prevent myself wake up by the noise in the middle of the night . As you know, they only do 50% of the job. I also tried different ways to distract.. so yes, my ears were covered when I am home... do you think it's fair ? I am afraid soon I might develop ear infection. I tried everything I can to self troubleshoot the issue and it's not working. After above long rambling . I wanted to make a few comments. 1. Dear neighbors, if you could read this. I hope you can be considerate. The building's construction wasn't concrete so the floor is thin ( hollow in between the floors) and the wall is thin. Not everyone. A tolerate your matching and stomping every second. Please wear soft slippers. Please be gentle when you clean. Because we live downstairs can hear everything and feel the vibration. Someone actually needs to rest and make a living! 2. Dear Elements management and Garden community corporate team. You have been receiving some many complains about the noise. Please come up with a solution. Perhaps install some sound proof device. Or address to the tenants in a better way. If you don't really care about well behavior neighbor like us and allow the poor behavior to continue then soon you will be paying more to maintain this building. I keep 3 stars . I usually dont leave anything less than a five star review, and choose to use my time writing positive things about buisnesses but I wanted to post a thorough review for anyone looking to live at this community so you can weigh the pros and cons. Starting with the pros: The units themselves are beautiful, functional, and depending on which side of the building you're on you get great ambient light or direct sunlight through windows. if you're not a fan of the sun you've got blackout blinders as well! Animal Friendly! Great appliances, great noise buffing except for the occasional niise frok an upstairs neighbor. Either way the neighbors here are really friendly and theres a genuine sense of community, just ask a neighbor to add you to the whatsapp and you'll see how everyone looks out for eachother. Lots of outlets in each room, decent ammount of storage, and the bowling alley is awesome! The cons: rent is quite high and a lot of the ammenities are worth it but some of them aren't always available. The heated pools are usually functioning well in the summer but, writing this review in January, the pools are out of service frequently, very cold and have been for a while Often its hard to reach office personell and when you do they dont seem to take tenant feedback seriously. SAFETY CONCERNS: Should something happen to your car in the complex, it can be difficult to retrieve footage, there has been vandalism on the top floor park lot and no camera footage was availabke from that angle because its an open roof. Often the front gate is broken and left open. Anyone can enter...eek! The main perk and reason I chose to live here was how safe it looked, but i have gotten knocks on my door at odd hours and the skybell on my front door is very difficult to setup, not always reliable (not an elements issue, thats feedback for skybell) I sudgest dash cams and ring doorbells if you want to feel safer here. I have to decuct a star for the gym which appears to be two stories but is really only functional on the bottom floor. The second story is just bikes that no one uses because theres already plenty of bikes on the bottom floor, wifi and cellular doesnt work in there either and its a dead zone in the parking structure as well as the gym. The office has not responded to inquirys regarding wifi according to fellow gymgoer feedback. For paying such a high cost for rent, Id hope that every ammenity would live up to my expectations. But this is reality. overall im satisfied but not totally happy here. guest parking is extremely limited and if some one parks in the spot you pay for, you are responsibke for calling a tow truck and waiting, the office cant and wont help you there. The side streets are not friendly to tenant parking as it creates issues for workplace buildings, ticketing occurs frequently. by the way I have indeed scuffed my car inside the parking structure on pillars, its a very narrow way up and down and some people go fast ive had to swerve out of the way on occasions...and im guilty of going too fast myself, i can admit! Use courtosy and caution when driving up and down, and if you own a large car, think about your patience level and the narrow spots- if you dont have it in you to spiral down 6 floors with speed bumps on your way to work, consider a lower level unit. I've lived here for several months and it's honestly not worth living here. I've dealt with ant problems and mice issues living on the first floor. I've lived on the first floors of apartments and never dealt with insects and rodents. I pay 3345 for my one bedroom and think it's unfair as the dog park opened a couple of months ago and was told the amenities center for the wood building would open in the summer season (and it's still not open). The parking structure only allows you to have one parking space per unit and there's only like a few guest parking spots for the whole wood building. The rooftop pool area is mediocre and everytime i walk across it there's like ten people packed in the jacuzzi like sardines, doesn't make me want to use it. I've complained about the beeping noise from the hallway several times. It's really annoying especially working from home. The amenities are nice, gym is outdated. For the price I'd pay for, I'd want to love where I live and I don't really love it here. read more

We recently had our first time using spray tanning services here (or ever) so we were super anxious and full of questions but Jon made it very easy and painless. He was helpful and knowledgeable, which helped put us at ease and made it a comfortable process. Jon has also helped us with bowling appointments, and is a great familiar face to see around as he's always full of smiles. Elements living has been nothing short of amazing. Its gym is second to none and during covid when it was closed, Elements hooked tenants up with motion fitness passes, which was underutilized but still a nice gesture. There is also a sauna and tons of amenities, including a bowling alley and golf simulator. The maintenance crew is also fantastic and quick. Anthony in particular is a step above and is very polite, all the time, and is a joy to be around. I do wish elements had more outdoor chilling spaces, as the rooftop pool area is the only area truly meant for chilling. But otherwise, my boyfriend and I have really enjoyed it here! read more

Always loved the fact that my unit was surrounded with glass until i realized my ac wouldn't work for the entirety of my lease. I cant even count how many times I've had to email about this issue and how many times i have to have maintenance come in my unit to "fix it" ( more like a one day fix). And don't bother emailing the customer service email because they wont help, they dont give offer any solutions and basically will just tell you they are not responsible or to use your own insurance and essentially "pay for the issue" I am beyond furious at this point and do not want anyone to make the dame mistake i made in moving here read more

You can smell marijuana EVERYWHERE in this apartment area. Mostly after office hour until midnight you can smell it. You can smell it when you're in the hallway, at the park, at the swimming pool, even at the parking garage, EVERYWHERE you go. Even though they tell you it's a 100% no smoking area and they have the non smoking signs. it's just a sign. Lol. I make some reports (multiple times, I can't count it anymore, almost everyday) to the courtesy patrol about my neighbor smoking marijuana EVERYDAY, multiple times a day, they can't do anything. They just come to your unit and tell you they will investigate. That's it!! Yesterday I was calling the courtesy patrol while seeing my neighbor smoking marijuana in their patio, (thinking they will come immediately after my call) they come about 30-40mins after my call, and of course my neighbor already done with her smoking. What's the point to come so late after the report? I don't think they handle the smoking issue seriously. One day I told them, "my neighbor always smoking around "this time and that time" everyday, you should do a patrol around that time around their unit area if you want to investigate." But they don't do it. If you have a respiratory issue or asthma like me, don't you ever consider to rent this apartment. Because you will smell it everywhere you go in this apartment community EVERYDAY. Even I can smell it strongly inside my unit, and of course, my asthma often recurs plus nausea and headache almost everyday. read more

I came here a couple of times to visit some friends who live here and I think it's a miss besides the gym. The gym and the gym staff are the only things good about this place I think. The walls here are pretty thin in my opinion. You can hear your neighbor's music pretty loudly - which sucks if you're trying to sleep or working from home. But the worst thing here has got to be the parking. There's literally nowhere to park. Like AT ALL LOL. The only place you can park without risk getting towed is the street behind the apartment. But good freaking luck finding a spot because you can't haha. Everywhere else is literally no parking signs, red lines, or businesses and you risk getting a ticket or worse towed. I've seen tickets given at random times of the day too. How are you going to be a luxury apartment and have 0 parking spots for guests to visit? lol extremely disappointing. read more

Just avoid this place until Robin is fired.... Robin is the manager of this place and she absolutely does not resolve issues. Here is a timeline of all the disruptive false alarms Friday night 02/07: 10pm Saturday 02/08: 3am and again at 7:30am Sunday 02/09: 4am Monday 02/10: 3am and again at 8:30am They emailed us telling us it was fixed.... it's not. They should be refunding our rent for this month but they're not. on another note, if you do the tour here, you'd want to move here for all the ammenities...... WRONG all those ammenities are just for show, they never work. Jacuzzis are always ice cold. rock climbing wall is just decoration and has been closed for over a year. THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO GO, when I first moved in I loved it, 5 star resort living, amazing and safe. Now it is not safe and this feels like living in a prison with all the 3am rude and disruptive wake up calls. We have all sent countless amounts of emails wondering when this will be fixed and how we will be compensated and all we receive is excuse after excuse about how the issue has been "addressed" and how they are not offering compensation of any sort. ridiculous!! stay away from this place if you want quality life and sleep! read more

Came here for a rooftop cocktail event, it's beautiful for sure and parking was very easy for guests. I can't say much about how this place is run, but I can tell it's taken care of as far as upkeep. If I worked over here I probably would consider this place as a potential location to live. It's a nice view for sure and their pool areas has nicely lit lights, cabanas and seating areas. They also have a mini kitchen-like area, tables and beautiful fire pits in the lounge seating area. read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful moving in here. Have been having pest issues, dog crap everywhere and management is awful!!! Paying extremely high prices to live amongst people not picking up after their dog crap and awful smells. So many of the residents on our group message complain about ant infestations. Management will be nice to you on the beginning but once you move on they are lousy. Mark F at leasing is one of the most incompetent unhelpful people I've met. The maintenance techs always ask for reviews after services are rendered. They say the leasing office wants to know how well they're doing, but I think it's a way to boost up the community's ratings. I told the techs, Ben and Allen that it's going to be a cumulative score. They were both great, super helpful and efficient! Ben took off his shoes, and Allen brought shoe covers, unlike the Robin, the Community Manager (her title changes depending on the email, so not 100% sure), who didn't want to take off her shoes or wear shoe covering when coming to inspect our unit for gnat infestations that she's blaming on our plants, which has never been an issue in the 3 years we've been here. There aren't any gnats in our plants and are not seen flying around them, which is usually an indicator. Even the plants sitting in water don't have gnats. I've shown this to numerous gnats who observed the same. The gnats come by the thousands and are coming from outside, which I've demonstrated when I taped up the windows that were affected. Robin chooses to ignore is proof, and all the other indicators. She insists that the infestation is coming from inside the apartment. If you know anything about plants, you'd know that they wouldn't attract thousands of gnats like that. My plants are no different. Very frustrating. It makes me wonder how some people are given their management roles in a company. Anyways, we're an Asian household and take off our shoes at the door, so it was a really polite gesture that Ben and Allen respected that, unlike their management. 5 stars for the techs. 1- 2 star(s) for everything else. read more
