I relate greatly to a lot of these tenant reviews that don't seem influenced by the staff members in some way (Many positive reviews seem to namedrop members in the staff)... While I did have very pleasant exchanges with Robin, one of the managers, the rest of the leasing office ended their politeness shortly after move-in. I've witnessed their entire body language and vocal tones switch from speaking with potential clients to listening to a tenant who needs help. I've also experienced very suspect unfairness when it comes to policing the amenities facilities; I've witnessed over a dozen different times large parties and families permitted to having the time of their lives there, but we never got a chance to even show my wife's extended family around. Extremely unfair. To put this in perspective, you're showing your out-of-country relatives your cool new digs, someone exits the leasing office, follows you, and blocks your entry with the 2 guests rule (when there's TONS of room in the facilities). And then the next several days you see large loud groups (more attractive than me - fine I'll admit that's probably it) in the same facilities. I recognize that it's impossible to be consistent, but wouldn't it be more fair then to police everyone equally in the facility when capacity hits 60% or more? The above is quite possibly due to the fact that they are always showing strangers the complex (the sales drive is extremely strong) and they are all about appearances. The good news is the front is pristine. The bad news is the back is unkempt (eg. excrement and potty pads falling from the balconies onto the sidewalk on any windy day). And stranger danger (lol) - I've met very kind residents so far, but I heard of their guest cars being burglarized! I sure wish Elements leasing office policed these back areas and made sure tenants felt safe rather than playing "bouncer" and making some tenants feel unwelcome! This is one of the most expensive apartment complexes when you take into account square footage. They do some tricks to make it appear bigger, which seems nice at first - but I need to warn you about the atrocious sink design. Like some reviews have kindly pointed out, I also think the faucet placement is ridiculous, and the water constantly pools up on the cheap countertop. You can never have the sink flowing on low water; it actually floods your countertop!!!!! So you must have the sink setting to high, which splatters all over the mirror. It was then I realized that the bathroom seems wide because of the shower and toilets are place longways, but it's actually very shallow and space saving. I've also experienced holes and cracks in the drywall that allowed for insects to enter the unit. One should not be having to caulk and patch up a Luxury unit. Lastly, for such an expensive apartment, ALL of the amenities facilities are currently closed and unavailable due to shelter in place - WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING THIS EXORBITANT RENT THEN? And most of the amenities advertised website have not begun construction. I highly recommend you look elsewhere until they completely rehaul their attitude towards tenants. I'm a tenant here and for the most part, I like living here. What I don't like, is the consistent partying and elements mindblowing management in a sarcastic way. The most fake staff I have ever seen. No compassion, no care or consideration in addressing noise issues or even trying to address the issue. They will give you a fake "im sorry " and will treat you like they r doing a favor to you by letting you live here. They also have an attitude as if they are working at a seven star hotel and are entitled to this arrogant behavior. They will keep shuttling you between your nosy neighbors and, security causing extreme tension. It's really something a resident has to teach you Elements management that once a resident comes to you for help it's your responsibility to figure out the issue among yourselves instead of shuttling the resident time and time again with ZERO outcome? The main manager Robin don't even know this basic concept of branding? Hideous attitude! Hideous management who doesn't understand this basic concept. Shameless! MANAGEMENT: You do have doctors, nurses and other frontend providers still working Day and Night to save the people that ignore social distancing and still deciding to have gatherings here at elements and you wonder way peoples homes and cars are being broken into smh.... You see will tons of ppl on drugs, no family values, no courtesy to clean up after their dogs, drive very rashly in parking lots and crashing into the structure. Overall, -10 on 10 for this property. I have heard their sister properties are as pathetic so stay away from this management. All the other reviews have similar concerns but elements mgmt does not bother to do anything about it. Run run run far away! I'm going to soon after my lease ends! Oh btw any other property in Irvine is better than this hands down. I've been a resident at Elements at Irvine for over a year, and while the property has many attractive features, the overall experience has been significantly diminished by poor management practices and ongoing operational issues. The biggest concern has been the sudden and poorly communicated changes to parking policies. Without prior notice, the number of guest parking spaces was drastically reduced, creating a major inconvenience for residents with visitors. Additionally, residents in one-bedroom units are not permitted to lease a second parking space -- a policy that seems out of touch with the needs of two-person households. This forces tenants to pay extra for third-party parking, which isn't even accessible to guests. Maintenance and amenity management have also been consistently problematic. Several of the key amenities -- including the bowling alley, golf simulator, and one of the pools -- have been inoperable for extended periods of time, often without any communication regarding repairs or timelines. It's disappointing to pay a premium for amenities that are frequently unavailable. Security is another concern. There have been instances of bike theft and broken access gates, and despite the presence of surveillance cameras, residents receive little to no support from management in resolving these issues. Finally, at the end of my lease term, I was presented with a 35% rent increase, which felt unreasonable given the ongoing service and facility challenges. In summary, while the property is visually appealing and offers a strong list of amenities on paper, the day-to-day living experience is often frustrating due to a lack of communication, inconsistent service, and questionable management decisions. Living in this building has been an absolute nightmare. Every time it rains, our apartment becomes infested with ants. No matter how much you try to get rid of them, they keep coming back over and over again. It's disgusting and exhausting. During one of the recent rainstorms, our ceiling actually burst and started leaking water. The management's solution? They installed huge industrial drying machines in our kitchen and bathroom that ran loudly day and night for over a week. The noise was unbearable. What's worse? No one apologized. No compensation. Not even a kind word for the inconvenience. Security here is a joke. Multiple cars have been vandalized and even stolen from the property. Ours was scratched and damaged on the rooftop parking, along with several others. Despite having security, the building takes zero responsibility. They refuse to share any security footage and conveniently, there are no cameras installed on the roof--even though the vandalism keeps happening. It's clear they don't plan to do anything about it. Guest parking? Practically non-existent. There are barely a few spots and they're always full. Parking anywhere around the building isn't an option either, as cars are constantly towed and tenants have even received warnings not to park outside. The police are frequently seen at the building, which says a lot. Bottom line: this place is chaotic, poorly managed, and completely indifferent to its residents' safety and comfort. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don't put yourself through this nightmare. read more

Definitely wish I would have found a different apartment complex to live in. In the beginning of living here they continued to have issues with the alarm systems, going off in the middle of the night for hours at a time. Have had a lot of issues with parking. We live in a one bedroom apartment and apparently we only get one parking spot. Which would be fine if we were able to PAY OUR MONEY for an extra spot. And there is NEVER any guest parking open, which is where the second person is supposed to park. When I spoke with a guy at the front desk he told me the parking right behind the second gate was guest parking, but apparently this is incorrect. I PAY for this apartment and this is my HOME, but I have to drive around and try and find a spot to park before I can go home. We have also had issues with mold in our apartment, where now the entire side of our apartments seem to have that issue as well and it smells when we turn our heat on. They say to put a ticket in for maintenance, yet the website is not easy to navigate. When we have asked the front desk on how to navigate the website they don't know either. I understand this is new construction, but we pay a lot of money for this apartment, I just wish they would have better answers when we call the front desk or would allow us to GIVE THEM OUR MONEY for a secure spot for where we live.. read more

| have been looking for a apartment for a while and the last 2-3 apartment before i apply for elements, didnt workout whichim really grateful for that because | wouldn't find this place. | was Just so lucky that | came arpund this apartment and | would say by far is the most luxuriest apartment in OC along with the most professional staff. Everything Is just perfect. Jeremy, who is the manager at the leasing office, is just an incredible guy who helped me to get my unit here at elements. | had some Issue on my credit which wasnt a bad review port or anything, it was Just some information that needed to match my identity and i actually had an issue everytime | apply for something until jeremy put his time and sorted everything out just perfectly. Honestly, I have not seen such a professionalism and willingness to help people like this in any business for a while. He was literally stayed 2 hours after hours on the phone with the leasing management company to sort out my application which | dont think you would ever get such a respect and service in any other place. This is just a perfect home with great people. | cant be happier than this with my apartment. I just moved here today and have nothing but great things to say about this place. I love it! Regina in the leasing office went above and beyond to make sure I was well acquainted with everything. I've never lived in an apartment before and decided to move here as I'm currently having my home built in Newport (which elements is right down the street from). She walked me through everything and made me feel right at home. During our inspection, she picked up things that I truly wouldn't have noticed.... which made me feel that she truly cares. The maintenance worker (I think his name is Carlos) was stellar and even offered to help me set things up, something that left me speechless because I wouldn't of thought that he would of been so nice. I've read some of the negative reviews below and I truly don't believe they're real. As a business owner, I'm well aware that people tend to add some flavor (over exaggerations) in their yelp posts..... I think the negative reviews below are of that nature. They took the time to answer questions, made sure everything was clear, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the start. What really made our experience so great was the excellent customer service provided by Mark from the leasing office! This place is an absolute nightmare. The false fire alarms go off constantly, usually between 3-5 AM from Friday to Tuesday, waking everyone up and forcing us to evacuate for no reason. It's beyond frustrating and completely ruins our sleep and productivity. The noise and stress it causes are intolerable. On top of that, the amenities are almost always broken or out of service, which is just ridiculous. Even worse, security sends out false notices when we're not even home or when we're asleep. This place is poorly managed, and it's impossible to live here without constant disruptions. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. read more

Great amenities and awesome complex! Moved in at the beginning of June and was very excited about the amenities (especially the gym). Unfortunately they were closed down due to covid, except for the pool. Since then they have comp'd memberships at Motion Fitness Group across the street and I have to say that this is the best thing about living here so far. The classes and staff are great, it's right across the street, and it has very flexible time slots. This was the saving grace for the gym being closed and I hope memberships are still available after the amenities re-open read more

We scheduled a work order for our Garbage disposal which was stop up Anthony called came in 15 mins very prompt. Repaired disposal afterwards check for results that ended In removal because of making strange noise. Anthony went beyond the call of duty , recorded noise to take to office to get approval to install a new one and shared it could be a while while because out of stock. I love living here! Beautiful amenities and amazing staff (shoutout to Carlos in maintenance!!). I was so excited when Elements started offering complimentary memberships to Motion Fitness Group. This has been amazing for the residents and it's so fun working out with neighbors in a really clean and safe environment. Elements is a state of the art facility in a wonderful Irvine community. All the amenities are extremely nice. The gym aspect of Elements is outstanding. The machines are well kept up, everything is always tidy and put where it should be. The 2 gym attendants are also super helpful and knowledgeable.
