Maintenance is always super responsive whenever we have an issue. After returning from a trip, our air wasn't cooling down our unit so my husband made a request in the system (super easy to navigate via mobile) and first thing the next morning, Anthony called to schedule time to fix (They always ensure they have permission to enter our unit if we're not here). He was able to quickly assess the issue and came back to let us know exactly what was done and took notes for the next person case there's an issue in the future. Anthony was courteous and efficient with solving our issue in a quick amount of time so we could go on about our day. One of the perks of renting is not having to deal with this, so I appreciate that they have an immediate response with maintenance issues. read more

New building, first person to the brand new unit and I had issues, this 5 stars is directly related to Robin, John, and Natalia. They are AMAZING. Seriously best of customer service i've experienced. Overall the community is nice but there are many operational issues that would lead me to give elements a 4 star if it wasn't for these 3 individuals. Couple of opportunities for the building: GUEST PARKING, there is none yet tons of unleased parking spaces, why not temporary open more of those spots for guest parking? Gym is AMAZING but it appears that there may be folks sneaking into the gym who are not residents of the building, they honestly havnt impacted my work out at all but it could become an issue Rock climbing wall has been promised for more than a years at this point but i honestly dont think its ever going to come. Overall i really like living at elements and i am a huge fan of Robin, John and Natalia. The above is really just small annoyances (except the guest parking, that is a huge bother) read more

I noticed my daughter's post (Isa B) and what caught my attention was the response from mgt. which I will address. I visited her in August and not only was the temperature in her apt way too high for a good night rest, but the AC was leaking and damaged some of her personal belonging (since we were away on a trip together). The AC issue has been going on for a year and though Isa sent 50+ documented emails (to the very address listed at the bottom), Robin and her staff did not respond promptly, nor completely as the issue is still an ongoing one. If the apology was sincere, not a canned reply, mgt would take complaints seriously and in a timely manner. Robin, states that customer service is the team's number one priority...I would hate to see what it looks like if it was #2 or #3 as many others have the same complaint with mgt. The "disappointment" does not come from you but Isa since she has been so frustrated trying to deal with your office. This show probably come to the attention of headquarter since they would hate to be perceived as inefficient. Furthermore if you were truly sorry, you would not put the burden on your tenant (by filing with their insurance) when it is YOUR responsibility. And finally the icing on the cake. Your condescending comment about being aware of a rent credit to offset this matter....That is an INSULT to put it lightly. How do you DARE say that $90 dollars would even begin to mitigate a $4,500/mo rent commitment? Since this matter has been protracted for a year, at a minumum offer a couple of months rent, otherwise spare your extravagance. It is truly a shame because the facility seems to offer good amenities, but when weighted against theft, vandalism (she had her tires slashed and nothing was done about it), noise and inefficient, non-responsive management, it would warrant anyone to go elsewhere. read more

I just moved in about a month ago and am happy here at Elements. Regina, Natalia and John have all been so friendly and professional. My apartment is gorgeous. The windows are stunning, the noise isn't worse than any other apartment complex with wood flooring and the adjacent neighbors cannot be heard at all (or I just have awesome neighbors :) I absolutely love the gym!! The classes I've tried have been great and it is open 24 hours. It is never too crowded either which is a plus for me. I'm writing this review today because they finally added more electric vehicle charging spots which has been my only frustration until today :) Overall a great complex with lots to offer! read more

Regina is a rockstar! She's the best leasing consultant I've come by in my apartment search. She's full of knowledge and very informative with any questions I may have. Also bonus points because shes always energetic and very friendly! Such a delight! Jon has also been wonderful when helping me out with the spray tanning machine! The staff I've come across so far are all so pleasant which is a huge change from a prior luxury residence in Huntington Beach. I really appreciate the team onsite so thank you guys! This review is for Noel, Jon, and Anthony. Noel: Noel was the leasing agent that worked with us to get our ideal apartment. He was wonderful and so patient with us! He listened to all the things we were looking for and found us an apartment that we didn't even think to consider. Every concern we had was address very quickly! He was there to walk us through every step of the way and then more. To this day, a month after move in, he's always more than happy to answer any questions we have and always with a smile! Thank you, Noel! Jon: Jon helped us set up things for the bowling alley and the rock climbing wall. He was super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. He made sure that we were able to use the amenities without any hiccups. We don't think the amenities would be as fun without him. Thank you, Jon! Anthony: We just moved into the apartment complex a couple weeks ago and had been having problems connecting our phones to the nest thermostat. The nest kept on giving us error messages and we were frustrated that the temperature would not stay put and cool us down as we were moving our things in. We made a maintenance request to have it fixed. Anthony called us about 30mins after we put in our request and we were able to set up a time for him to drop by. He showed up right on the dot and was so professional! After a few failed attempts to get the nest to connect, Anthony went ahead and spoke to his manager about getting a replacement for us. He came back about 15mins later with a replacement and stayed with us throughout the whole set up process to ensure that it worked. Thank you, Anthony! read more
