Stopping at Fretboard for a beer!
    Dale H.

Fretboard has a great space and offers the Hefeweizen that I live!! We decided to order dinner from Gabriela's Filipina Cantina. I went with the rice bowl with chicken. Yum!

Element Eatery continues to be an excellent food hall, with a wide variety of options and a warm atmosphere. It has been awhile since I visited, and most of the food stalls have completely changed since I last visited. I really enjoyed the fish and chips from The Pub. Aglemesies Ice Cream is also available at a dessert food stall. I love that they have both tables, as well as comfy seating areas available. This is a great place to come with a group- you are guaranteed to find something for everyone.

Great food, lots of options! Got nachos and they were a good size to share and super tasty! Went on a Friday night and there was a DJ, indoor and outdoor seating options. Ordered on my phone and was able to pick up from the counter.

3.5 stars. This continues to be a beautiful space. I've spent time in many different food halls. This one is particularly thoughtful in design and is comfortable. Water stations, clean, nice bathrooms, ample variety of seating. However, the food options are starting to disappoint. After a few years of being open, they seem to have high turnover of stalls. I'm guessing it's very expensive and difficult for the smaller owners to survive. Almost all of the original vendors seem to be replaced by new niche cuisines. While exciting, the value for the food is just not there. It's simply too expensive, and this is fairly consistent across stalls. It kind of defeats the purpose of fast food or fast casual in a food hall when you can't really sample many different items. It's disappointing, and I hope this concept can improve and survive. Fingers crossed.

We love it here. The space, bar and food options are great. We love our wonderful bar staff. We claim them as family. We eat, drink, people watch for hours. The beer selection is great. Being able to taste even better!

I love the variety this place offers. And being able to order on the app from multiple places makes it so easy. Very family friendly. Food is fresh and quickly prepared.

This is the place for the couple who can't agree on what to eat! Everything we had was SO good! RJ's Taproom - So much variety. We started with 2 beers that were both good. They have options that I haven't seen elsewhere. MashRoots - The beef empanada was good but their garlic sauce truly put it over the top. My husband considered ordering a second just to use the sauce. The fried plantains are sweet and gooey. Little Easy - It's been a while since I've been to NOLA so maybe I'm not remembering correctly but this is the best gumbo that I've ever had. The small is a good size and filling for $6. I had to talk myself out of ordering a second because of the perfection of spicy, rich, dark reux. Matteo's Mexican - The Birria tacos are good. A little mushy and messy so be prepared. Romaru Ramen - Fried Gyoza was just ok. Not bad but not memorable. The original boba drink didn't taste like anything other than milk. I took one drink and didn't want anymore. They said that today is their last day here anyway.

    The Birria Tacos

Got Birria tacos from Matteos and they were soggy, salty, greasy and wet. Had to use a fork and knife to eat it. I didn't want to eat it but I paid $13 whole bucks for these so it has to be done. Not my proudest eat. Everything else on the menu like the other taco selections and burritos are pretty good. I give this 3 booms. Price is not the best but in this economy what can you do.

Lunchtime for the staff is 2:00.

Sat here around 2:00 on a Monday afternoon. Pretty empty. Had to get up and move into the bartender's eyeline as she was busy eating and reading. Took a solid 15 minutes to get service. Not cool. And served in a dirty glass!

The food options at Element Eatery are plentiful and delicious! Everyone I've encountered there has been super pleasant and helpful. I love the casual seating as well as the bigger tables available for groups. I was also here for the Cincinnati Blues Society band contest, which was hosted at Element Eatery and was absolutely fantastic! A group of us came here for lunch. We ate outside and had a wonderful time. Everyone was pleased with their food. Element Eatery had great potential. I hope it continues to enjoy success for years to come.

I would describe this place as an upscale food court minus the shopping. I love the concept! It's next to the hospital so businesses around the surrounding area can enjoy the meals on their lunch break. They have outdoor seating and inside is so spacious! Lounge chairs and plenty of seating. There is something for everyone here. From Ramen, street Latin food, bbq, soul food and more. Want to enjoy cocktails, wine or beer? There is a full bar! My In-laws was in town so my Mr and I wanted to take them here. It was so hard to choose! Everything looked so good. We decided to try: Tela Encore Jardin-Artisan lettuce, heirloom grape tomato, cucumber, shaved red onion, feta crumble, red wine vinaigrette. Added crispy chicken for $6.00. San Jeanette's Table 6 pc wings w/ garlic parm sauce Cauliflower wings w/ lemon pepper "Flamin" Donna May Mac & cheese bowl Steamed broccoli Galateria Chocolate Sorbet My salad was amazing and I also wanted cauliflower bites (add lemon pepper) from San Jeanette's Table which was the best I've ever had. My Mr and In-laws enjoyed every bit of it. Last, we had a chocolate sorbet. So rich and creamy. Loved it. Pricing was all reasonable too! Besides food, sometimes they have fun activities during the week. Live bands, trivia and even karaoke! This place is so cool and I can't wait to come back and try the other meals from different businesses.

I'm born and raised Cincinnati (Ohio) and spent a lot of time in Madisonville growing up, never would have thought that Madisonville would have this kind of glow-up! Having lived out of state for some years now, i come home to visit every year for the holidays and saw this fairly recent development...Element Eatery - Food Hall. Beautiful place with different food options (from American classic, Mexican, Cajun, Italian, etc), live music, and modern decor! I see you, Madisonville!! Love what you've done to the place! Chose to eat ate at "Matteo's Mexican" (Cantina). And got their Carne Asada Fries (loaded fries with tomatoes, onions, guacamole, carne asada, cheese. Very tasty! A little on the expensive side ($16 for a mid-size bowl), but very good. Service was standard once someone came out to take my order (no one was standing out front at the register, probably because it was slow and they were all in the back cooking. I had to call out to alert someone that I was there to order). Food was tasty so I won't ding them on not having someone out front at the register. All in all, Element's is a beautiful place! I can tell it is a cool hang out spot. I wish there was something like this when I lived in the 'Nati, but now I'll have a place to come back to whenever I visit home. I'm giving 4 stars because of the cost of food there, but that's it...everything else is great.

Fried chicken sandwich and tots from brew river
    Erin D.

Love this place! It is a great gathering spot with friends as everyone can choose someplace different to eat from. The bar has a ton of options including many local brewery staples. There are lots of activities like trivia, bingo, and music throughout the week which can get a little loud if you aren't planning for it. I love trying a new spot for food every time I go. My current favorite is brew river! It is a serve-yourself environment, but employees will come around to clear empty dishes which is appreciated!

They had your typical mall establishments like A&F, Bath & Body, Macy's, Nordstrom, Apple, etc., but I was also pleasantly surprised to find a few stores that I know to be a bit more "rare," like a Capital One Cafe and Free People and some really high-end stores like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. While I didn't eat, the food hall was pretty big and included options like Chipotle, Chick- Fil -A, and Sbarro. You could also find the mall snack staples like Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. It is two floors with a somewhat awkward layout, so the directories scattered throughout were helpful. The bathroom I went to wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't terrible. There's seven different entrances, plenty of parking surrounding it including a parking garage, and there was security present. I would chalk this mall up to being rather typical.

All of it was very tasty though and I can't say any dish was remotely disappointing. The service from each spot, including the bar, was great too. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out.

I wouldn't say its anything to cry home about - at both the bar and the restaurant - but the staff was pleasant. I will say I was a bit concerned regarding the food safety at the Noods Bar. I noticed that none of the people preparing food were wearing gloves or a hair net. In fact, the young lady who took my order at the register was processing basil without gloves. What I found most alarming was when the time came for me to order, she simply put the basil to the side for a moment - took my order by touching the ipad and took my card for payment - and went right back to the basil without washing her hands.

A local said it's normal to park at the high school nearby but I'm not sure if that is a legitimate business agreement or not. Space inside is also tight. Not many places to actually sit and eat after you order food. Instead of making the upper level a smaller balcony style seating area, they should have just made it a full second floor. Restaurant order windows are directly in front of tables, so expect to be crowded around if a line forms. There are at least 3 bars as well as a self pour beer tap. The bourbon bar only serves pours of bourbon or wine. The bartender was condescending when I approached to look at the bourbon list so I didn't order there nor will I ever. The main bar has a cocktail list and large selection of drinks. I got a lavender cocktail from their spring menu and it was not good. Too much syrup. Definitely not craft cocktails, more like dive bar drinks. We tried dry rub wings from Bristol's and a taco, burrito bowl, mango salsa, and churros from Roberto & Miguel's. The wings were decent but I'd get them extra crispy if I were to try them again. The food from Roberto's came in very small portions. The bowl was ok, the taco was ok. The mango salsa was very good! Chips were decent as well. The guacamole in the bowl seemed fresh and tasted good. The churros tasted like funnel cakes and needed more cinnamon. We LOVE churros but these were not good enough to finish. We've had better at Aces Pickleball surprisingly. We left hungry. Overall the food wasn't super impressive, the bars lacked quality or good customer service and it was very loud and crowded. Again, it was a Saturday so it could be a little more chill on other days, not sure. Lots of children running around, and party music playing. They need more seating space and better parking. We will try again later down the line to taste other restaurants. So far I'd recommend Factory 52 over this place by far.

That posting still reads this way as of this writing. This seemed instinctively odd by today's standards for normal retail closing, but we decided to give it a try. We were looking for a place to walk our grandson around and perhaps pick up a treat or two while we were out for the evening. There were still a significant number of cars in the parking lot when we pulled in around 7:40 PM, so we thought perhaps we had stumbled on something. We walked in and immediately had the sense things were winding down and that the posting was probably inaccurate. Having had only a couple of seconds to begin adjusting to reality, we were "greeted" by a sour-faced employee at the information desk who curtly informed us that "this mall closes in 15 minutes". The look on her face and the intonation of her message were effectively "why are you walking in here". I informed her that we were misled by a mistaken posting of hours. She said nothing but again, the look on her face was "That's unfortunate, but just turn around and get out." It must have made her a bit nervous that we took five minutes to stroll down the hall to see what was there. But that sort of unwelcoming attitude is the memory that will stay with me when I think of this mall. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she hates her job. Hard to say, but attitudes displayed in interactions have an effect and reflect on an entire business (or collection of businesses in this case). Based on this short interaction, there is definitely an opportunity for improvement. I don't want to cast negativity on everyone whose livelihood derives from this mall for the unfortunate representation of one person on one day, but reviews are based on experiences. And that sort of experience does not need to occur at any time on any day.
