I want to give a good review but i simply cant. This hotel is so noisy! The plates and stuff in my room actually shake when somebody walks around in rooms above mine. It took me forever due to this to fall a sleep and woke early due to it too. Rest of the hotel is great, clean etc, but the constant banging of people walking around is too much. Cant wait to leave and surprised none of the other comments have mentioned the noise. read more

We had a fabulous experience here at the Bozeman Element. From booking to checkout including the sleep, shower and breakfast in between. It's unique, green, efficient, reasonably priced, and beautifully modern with kind, helpful staff. I highly recommend you check to see if there is an Element Hotel wherever you are headed! read more

Best hotel in Bozeman. No question. As a frequent traveler and hotel snob, I couldn't have been happier with our stay at Element. Here's why: Very professional and friendly staff. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the lobby and swimming pool. Even the swimming pool bathroom was spotless. Complimentary breakfast in the am had lots of offerings, way better than I expected. The coffee, apparently local (anyone else sick of that word btw??) was great. Didn't even have to make the usual run to a Starbucks. One minor complaint I do have are the pillows. Thought they were too soft. Usually hotels have a variety of pillows on the bed. Not this time. Oh well. Great job Element!! read more

Super clean, lots of great amenities and solid furnishings. Comfy clean beds and spacious showers. Loved the 12pm check out and friendly staff. Loved the green earth friendly consciousness. Would stay here again for sure. read more

Spent over $200 to stay here before an early morning surgery appointment. Had zero hot water at 5:00 am and headed to the hospital without a shower. Very dissatisfied read more

This hotel was wonderful! We stayed 6 nights and have not one complaint. Everything they did, they did with excellence. From having our room ready when we showed up at noon to the housekeeping staff. Each member of the staff was was ready and willing to help with the kindest attitude and smile. Every afternoon we would return to our room to find a kind note from the housekeeping staff asking if all was okay and if we needed anything. They offered suggestions for dining, sightseeing and discount coupons for local attractions. Their breakfast was great, with staff fixing fresh entree selections. The happy hour options were good. We would recommend this establishment to any and all! read more

We came to the Element for one night on a Saturday. There are so many great things to say, its hard to begin. First ROBERT! He was the front desk customer representative. So great, kind, and helpful . Without prompting, he told me how the road were going to be, brought my friends and I water while we were sitting in the lobby, and was just an all around friendly person, I could stop there with the five star review, but the place continued to be better. The room we were in was great. It had had a stove dishes and everything else you need to feel at home. The location is so close to downtown, and they provided parking passes. Yeah it might cost more than other place, but it's worth it. Lastly the breakfast is something I'd be happy with ordering in a restaurant. Stay here and you'll leave happy. read more

Great hotel! I'll stay here again next time I'm in Bozeman. Modern and clean rooms and community areas. Nice kitchenette and bathroom! Breakfast was very good and coffee, tea, and ice water is available in lobby all day. Perfect location, walking distance to everything downtown (like within 3 blocks of everything cool). Friendly and helpful staff and accommodating airport shuttle! Wish I could have used the free bike rentals but I was there middle of January in snow. The only two things I did not love was that fitness room was too warm and the building is "L" shaped so if your room is on the inside of the elbow, you can see into other rooms out your window (and they can see inside yours!). read more

Every time I travel to Bozeman, I always stay at this hotel. The lobby and the rooms are super beautiful and comfortable. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. I was talking to the woman working the front desk and mentioned I was going for a walk after I put my stuff in my room, but when I got down there it had started raining. But the lady was waiting for me with an umbrella! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. The pool is very clean and well maintained. I travel a ton and honestly this hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. read more

The location is great and the rooms are very nice, clean, and modern. What you see is what you get. All the appliances in the room are new and it has everything you need including pots, pans, silverware, etc. The only downside is the pool is kinda small and isn't really too hot and there is no Jacuzzi. But other than that everything was perfect! I would recommend it. read more

Nice rooms and good location downtown. I understand its COVID season, the website says 24/7 airport shuttle service.....take that to mean that there is a shuttle service to the airport for the "first flights of the day" that start at 0630.....meaning a shuttle service should be ready at 0500. Nope not the case, which of course is not posted anywhere, COVID update related, on any website. If you look now it says 24/7. I know this to be the senior managers call as I stood right there when he said no the first shuttle would not be until 7 in the morning. Sorry to be expecting what is advertised and having to scramble to find alternate means after the fact (care dropped off and expected a shuttle). Also it seems that calling and asking for a shuttle pick-up is also not 24/7 and at the convivence of the manager. That all said, the rest of the staff and the amenities warrant the ratings that others have given. I just wanted to make sure folks understand, shuttle service is not to be relied on, and Uber does not recognize the pick up point for the hotel on its app when you try to schedule a pick-up. read more

Element in Bozeman is my favorite hotel. From the moment I checked in the the moment I left, I had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are large and accomodating. The shampoo/conditioner provided in the showers was high quality. Breakfast is amazing with healthy options as well as quick to go options. The beds are great and the entire look and feel of the hotel is gorgeous. I would live here if it was a reasonable option. read more

We enjoyed Element Bozeman. Rooms were nice, lobby was friendly, parking was easy and breakfast was ok. Lots of restaurants and bars within 3 blocks. I wish the breakfast was healthier, but the whole wheat pancakes were a good start. read more

Nice modern hotel with trendy decor and friendly service located in the heart of downtown. Attached bar/restaurant looked nice too although I didnt try it. Free coffee station in the lobby also. Nice small gym. read more

Great hotel!! Amazing pancake breakfast bar. Beautiful and well kept rooms/suites. Nice downtown location as well.

Great hotel in an amazing location. His hotel is brand new, they built it with the environment in mind and it shows. Great workout facility with quality equipment, nice pool, microwave and fridge/kitchenette in every room. Keyless entry to you room with iPhone app. Friendly service, and a walk away from all the hot spots. Best hotel in town for the price! read more

The best place to stay in Bozeman! Free local brews, wine and appetizers for happy hour. Great rooms. Very clean. Convenient to everything. Salt water pool. Great gym. Great options at the free breakfast (almond milk). read more

Wow and again wow! I loved the hotel and the staff. The gym had selectorized equipment as well as cardio from Life Fitness. The breakfast was crazy good with eggs and all the fixings. The room itself was perfect for 2 people and had all the luxuries. More of these type hotels need to be built! read more

This place has gone downhill since opening. We stayed for 3nights & weren't able to get the room the front desk promised us when we reserved. We waited until 7pm the first day to get our room serviced after asking 3 times. We had to call for more towels the second day because they weren't replenished after a service. Bathroom could be cleaner. Snow plows started at 4 am the last night we stayed. It was a frustrating overall experience. If you can't hold a room when promising so then don't tell us that. read more

This hotel was amazing. The staff was interactive and positive. Great energy! The rooms were modern and CLEAN. The breakfast was good too. Fruit salad had more than just melon, it had blackberries, blueberries, pineapple etc. there were smoothie shots, pancakes, different types of muffins, a granola bar, and other goodies I can't remember. AND the beds!! Probably the most comfortable ever, and I have stayed in like a billion hotels. Stay here. It's a block from all the action and you'll feel like you have gotten more than your money's worth. read more

we have stayed at The Element 4 times and are so very please in every way. The location is perfect for an easy walk downtown. The staff is the best with efficiency , gracious service at every request, and eager to please. They have home cooked meals everyday with fresh fruit and the best bread pudding. The rooms are extremely comfortable with large bathrooms and full kitchens. Our last stay was for 21 days and we felt right at home. read more

After 2 nights camping in grand teton and yellowstone we were very excited to check into a hotel. And this place did not disappoint! We travel a lot and our normally Marriott loyal but I wanted to be closer to downtown so we gave it a chance. Everything was spotless, very clean, fresh modern look, comfortable bed and friendly staff. We also really appreciated the breakfast in the morning. It was a nice selection and we're happy to have something fresh and healthy. We will definitely be back! read more

Great location; cool modern property; friendly helpful staff; full breakfast - all with a heavenly bed...need I say more?

Bozeman is finally getting some decent hotels, and some decent lodging options downtown. The Element is great. Great design. New. Clean. Super convenient to great restaurants, shops and bars downtown. And it's LEED certified! A very cool place, with a good workout room and a saline pool. In warmer weather they have bikes you can use. Will definitely be staying here in the future. read more

Awful!!!! The worst hotel when you just want a quiet nights rest. Little soundproofing between rooms so when it's 12am and you are trying to sleep through your neighbors tv, it turned into a nightmare. read more

Facility and location are quite good. Service is friendly but quality of breakfast and room cleaning rather poor.

I really liked this place. They had wood floors, soft beds, and contemporary furniture. Everything just looked new and clean. There was a nice kitchen and free breakfast. However, there's no dining table and the room was a bit cramped. read more

Great place! All staff were very nice and helpful. The entire place was very clean. Parking was easy right out the back. They have a daily breakfast which had plenty of variety from day to day. Would definitely recommend staying here. read more

Great place, clean, great hostess, breakfast, rooms, everything. Go. stay. Sleep. Enjoy. I always do!!

Really great experience with Element in Bozeman. Booking was easy, good rates. For a 3-star hotel, the value was quite good. Great location, 1 block off main. Suggest staying in even numbered rooms if traffic/ambient light bothers you-there's a bus stop across the street. Element has 5 floors, but we had peekaboo views of mountains from 2nd floor. The Kitchen was great, plus, there's a small food store a block away. Only drawbacks to this place were lack of spa/jacuzzi, brewed coffee was just "ok" and breakfast was your mostly typical chain hotel fare with not the greatest quality of food. Most rooms have only showers, and toiletries are just ok. Staff was excellent, and genuinely helpful with special requests! Great offers on their specials, ie 20% for Montana residents or buy 1 room get 2nd at 50% off, or stay 4 nights get 2 free! read more

Friendly, new, contemporary hotel a block from Main Street. Love the kitchenette and interior design. Yummy breakfasts and happy hour. Nice local staff. Love the views from the fifth floor rooms. Wonderful intro to Bozeman. read more

What a great place! Perfect location and a really well done hotel offering free healthy breakfast and a complimentary happy hour. Great for families too! read more

The staff was very helpful and always ready with answers. If they personally didn't know, the would find out ASAP and worked hard to meet and exceed expectations. The rooms were clean and modern and we had a great view of the M! The shower was amazing with the waterfall feature and it was tall! The breakfasts were bland and there wasn't much for choice of proteins and a lot of times items were empty. Great experience! read more

This is a super small hotel. Even though it is part of a chain - the Westin - it's just so well done. The rooms have everything you need and the bathrooms are fantastic. I don't think you can beat this for the money. The staff is also super nice start to finish. I think the complementary cocktails and breakfast are very nice. Really I can't Think of a hotel at this price range that offers the value and style it does. If you're going to Bozeman and you need a place to stay this is the place the location is also wonderful. read more

Bozeman is a clean, polite town á la "Music Man." Fitting that Element is modern like an upscale IKEA with hardwood (probably not real wood) floors. The clerks were polite like most people of Montana--they even provided efficient routes through Yellowstone. Love Element and Bozeman! read more

Element is a very clean, modern style, friendly hotel. I went on Black Friday night to Saturday, it wasn't too busy and the staff was courteous. My room was upgraded for free. The snack bar was fully loaded and reasonably priced. There was some construction being completed in the lobby but nothing loud or obnoxious. Very close to downtown, walking distance to bars, nightlife, restraints, and shops. Reasonably priced but expect to pay more than motel six. The atmosphere was great and the room was pristine and clean. Easy to work tv, full kitchen, amazing modern bathroom with one of those fancy dripping shower heads. Plenty towels and amenities. One of the best hotels I've been to, I recommend it and would definitely stay there again. No smoking and I'm not sure about pets, seems family friendly. read more
