The computer also has a phone connect app that will randomly open itself up and when I try to close the app, it won't close. There is so many issues with the mouse glitching as well. This has just been a terrible experience and I do not recommend ever buying one of these computers for any sort of work or anything, really. This is such a disappointment because this computer was listed at about $1,000 and it never works properly. The worker that sold me this computer told us that it was one of the best computers they had which has clearly proven to be an utter lie.

Since I am a firm believer in shopping local we took our business to Denomy's where we were treated with kindness and respect as any customer should be. They stand by their work, help with any service issues or problems that might arise. Today's job was to move our main tv from our living room and replace it with a larger model, while transferring the old one to a bedroom. Brian is so helpful, so pleasant, so efficient. It's not often these days that I rave about customer service, but for me, Lowe's provides the gold standard. The only reason I didn't give them a 5* is that you do pay more than you would elsewhere, but it is not unreasonable for this kind of service.

We hired Mike's team at EQ Technologies twice for some work at our home and they did a great job…read moreboth times! The first time was a small job to run HDMI and CAT5 to the area above our living room fireplace where the TV is mounted. I always prefer hardwired over wireless (as you should). They had to run the HDMI through the wall and outside the house below the vinyl siding so Mike made sure to use outdoor, low temperature rated cable. We haven't had any issues in the almost 2 years since the install. They also adjusted the positioning of our TV mount because the previous house owner had it mounted way too high. Recently we hired Mike and his team again to install a 7.2.4 home theater in our basement. I bought a lot of the components myself and for the items I didn't buy, Mike was able to price match or beat the pricing I was quoted from online dealers I found from AVSforum! It's nice to get the best pricing possible especially in this economy. Retail pricing is just too much! Mike and his lead installer worked for 3 days in total. Day 1 was for prewiring speaker wire, and HDMI, and the RCA subwoofer cables and wall plates were completed on day 2 and they started cutting out the drywall for the in wall speakers. I volunteered to help out where I could to keep things on track and in line with the original estimate cost. Mounting the screen was the most time consuming part but it came out great in the end. The projector was mounted and the image adjusted and lens shift dialed in by Mike and team. They also adjusted the speaker levels on the AVR and programmed my remote. After I installed my subwoofers, everything sounded and looked amazing! I did have one issue with an amplifier not working, but that was quickly addressed after I dropped it off at the shop to be tested. It was sent back and Greg, the office manager got a replacement on order quickly. Be sure to give EQ Technologies a call for all your TV, home theater, security and smart home needs!
