Very slow customer support and when they do offer to replace my pole, they charge me freight???? A year later the second button broke and fell inside, but I could still use the cam to tighten. Now after 4 1/2 years, all the buttons and all the cams have failed. What a piece of junk! I was told last year I could either fix myself, which looks pretty confusing but I didn't want to mess it up. Or I could ship to them at my expense both ways!!!! and they would repair. What a joke! Calling them is no use as they don't answer calls. Only a voice prompt that is confusing. Don't buy this awful pole. If you are lucky you will get only 1 year before it fails.
