Do NOT shop here. Kaleb messed up our order..I gave him the product number and he still ordered the wrong item! No pedestals with washer and dryer. Had to go back to store where ALL the employees were rude and obnoxious..especially Matt and some lady by the door watching personal videos. Basically following us out the door being horrible and I paid $3000 to have my time wasted and treated that way FOR THEIR SCREW UP!!!! I should've told them to come get the stuff back. read more

Five years ago when we first moved to Cleveland we bought most of our appliances here . They were priced fairly, and sales people were helpful without being pushy. I recently made another big purchase there - really happy with the deals I got. I wax however surprised to see mattresses and workout equipment there too. Really nice new setup for this electronics store. I thought they just sold TVs here. But, they sell all kinds of electronics. Such as, stoves, refrigerators, dryers, washing machines cameras, speakers and stereos to say the least. Then, they also see non electronics like beds, recliners, and tv stands. It's a nice store so check this out. Customer service I was not asked once if I needed help. Great big store but only one worker and a manager that I saw. read more

What a absolute nightmare dealing with the company they have deliver for this place. Guy who sold us all new appliances was nice but that is it! I am living a horrible ordeal. They left water running under my sink after leaving my new dishwasher, oven and fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen and told me he had to go home to go to bed ?? Came back the next day still a nightmare. Dishwasher still not complete, ruined under my sink where water dripped and warped the wood. Needs all replaced. Box's everywhere, foam all up and down my street, fridge has foam stuck all under it still , microwave not installed sitting in kitchen floor. Do not use this place !! 6 employees in plain view. ..not 1 customer in store other than myself. Walked around store for 45 minutes. ..30 of which was spent looking at the cameras. You could not view any of the cameras because no one had bothered powering up that particular area for the day. Finally gave up..going to Best Buy. However, as I was leaving..2 male customers came in and sales associates were on them before they were 3 feet from entrance. They were looking for USB splitter???Associate was eager to help. Wonder if they work on commission? Cause I was looking at cameras in 1k range and a 55" UHD Tv. So you just lost a much bigger sale than a splitter. Word of advice...the older woman may not be super tech savvy but usually has the money and credit to make bigger purchases...You might want to stop standing around talking to the other associates and pay attention. read more

Originally went to Best Buy to purchase a second 4K TV. After looking for 30 minutes and watching the 2 TV sales guys chat and joke with the guy stocking the game area, we got tired of being ignored. Coincidentally a couple, dressed much better than us came in and were helped immediately. We spoke to the manager, told him what happened and decided to come here. Best decision we could have made. Chase Ellis greeted us immediately, gave us very sound advice, didn't try to over sell us and we walked out 10 minutes later, completely happy and satisfied. We WILL be back for a washer/dryer set and any future electronics. Save yourself the headache and just come here. read more

Salespeople have varied from unknowledgeable to downright rude. Multiple items are mislabeled and prices listed were inaccurate when taken to the register. While they have a diverse selection of merchandise, the overall purchasing experience at Electronics Express is an unfortunate one. read more

I went in to purchase a new computer and printer. I was told that the computer I needed was more than the computer I wanted and that the printer I wanted they didn't have. I looked under the table and behold the computer I wanted was there on sale with a sign saying it was 79.00. When getting to the register it was rung up and I was told that the sign should have been removed and it was now 109.00. The guy said he would make sure and take the sign down as soon as I left. The next day I went back to check and the sign had not been taken down. The same guy was there and when he came up and asked if he could help me I said I came to see if you had taken down the sign. He proceeded to pull it off and under it was a sign that said 99.00. So I paid 109 dollars for a 79 dollar computer Never will I shop there again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I asked to see his manager the first day because I am aware that if something is priced at a certain price then you are charged more that is false advertising but I was told not once but 3 times that I couldn't talk to the manager and that she would say the same thing he said Obviously he was correct. read more

Bought a Kitchenaid package for 5600.00 on tax free weekend and had it installed on football Saturday. The appliances are fantastic but the install was terrible. Two 20 year old kids, who argued pretty much the whole time, pushed the refridgerator across my new wood floors and left an indention almost 20 feet from the front door to the kitchen. Since then I have been given the run around from Chad who is the district manager out of the Nashville area. The company even had a assistant manager come and fill the indention with puddy and shortly after I was told that estimates would be looked into and I would be contacted, which hasn't happened. read more
