Firstly; I adore Home Goods. & let's be real, if you're reading this review; you probably do too…read more I'm assuming it's a Tier B or C store and that's perfectly fine given the location. It doesn't have too many of the grand random "statement-piece" finds that you'll find in a Tier A store but it's still plenty of fun to look around. Mainly writing as a friendly reminder to the staff that customers can still hear them when they walk behind an aisle. I don't know what magical sound-proof dimension they think we transcend into when we are just a few feet away but it's really pretty tacky to talk condescendingly about customers who drop hundreds in your store weekly :) to quote one employee "I can fake it all day but..." I'm sorry if my questions about a product bothered you. I certainly wasn't trying to be "annoying." But other than the employee gossip making customers feel embarrassed and ashamed for asking simple questions -- who doesn't love HomeGoods? ;)

When the heard what I needed they walked be to the aisle and pointed them out, then bagged and labeled my small purchase for me. When the gentleman heard it was my first visit he invited me to look around and left me alone to browse without being bothered. I'm impressed with the selection of things here, better in some departments than even what you will find at a big box store. The prices are competitive with ACE and so much worth not going near Gunbarrel! Checking out they offered me a glass of iced tea and bag of popcorn. Very impressed with the staff, the store, and the service. Highly recommended and definitely is one of my new go-to-first places.

Well, here it goes....I just moved from PHX to Chattanooga and knew nothing about the area. I was…read morein desperate need of a mattress. I did however move with my bed frame so I was half way there! I had exactly 30min to find a mattress, throw it in the back of my Uhaul, and return the truck in time for "no extra time fee"! I went to Yelp and looked up 'mattress outlet' and Mattress outlet of Chattanooga came up! I saw there were no reviews yet but the pictures spoke for itself and it also was the closest place to my location...I knew I had "literally" 30min so I called first and said just that. A nice man answered and I said "I'm in a bind and need to return this truck in 30min please pull out your best firm mattresses for me so I can make a quick decision"- he said "I'm already on it" and I made my way to them! When I walked in the owner looked at me and said "do you need a mattress in 30min" and I said "well now I need it in 15"- he motioned me over to the section with the firm mattresses & helped me decide. I was so appreciative! I fell in love with his firm mattresses called the Genisis...firm but comfortable with a cooling-type top! The owner also showed me an awesome mattress protector top that (if purchased) would withhold the warranty preservation of any type of water damage. So I grabbed that too! In and out in 10min! They loaded it into the Uhaul in under 2 min and I went on my way! Very please and appreciative for that southern hospitality! Will refer my friends to y'all! Take care!
