When I called to make the payment they never mention you owe a late fee because they have an extra 25.00 fee every month that the fee wasn't made or caught up. I called today and finally got them to explain why my bill for a bed frame was getting higher instead of lower. In 6 months the cost of the frame is still $532.00 originally it was $557.00. They are counting on people to be late and not have great credit so they can capitalize on it. Several new bedroom furniture sets with new mattresses were also on display. I found a great assortment of glass Pyrex dishes and one loaf pan that I had been searching for for a very decent price. Service was friendly and helpful, too. Head to their downstairs for some real treasures. There, you'll find some beautiful older wooden furniture pieces as well as a few relics such as a stove and washing machine from the 50s. Some of the pieces were not for sale, yet still we enjoyed admiring them. I will say that I noticed quite a few of their big ticket items do sell fast. You'll go in one day, and the next, a furniture piece you may have been admiring will be sold and gone. On the plus side, this creates space for new inventory, so there's been something different every time we've visited. Great place, and I highly recommend stopping by.

BEWARE: Badcock Furniture Cleveland, TN Location. After the first set we bought broke and was…read morerecalled from this location, Walter was very friendly in helping us find the perfect couch for us. I explained that we have animals in our house and that a leather couch and loveseat would not be good for us. He then explained the 3 year extended warranty and that it covers cat scratches. I could not believe what I just heard so I had to ask again. He said that it covers scratches, accidental tears, spills, etc. So we decided to pay the extra for the 3 year warranty because we fell in love with a leather set. After not even a year, I called Protectant (3 year warranty company) and the lady informed me that they do not cover cat scratches. I was very upset because my young furry children did indeed scratch one of the pieces. I called the store, tech came out. I also asked for my refund of the 3 year warranty and told the owner of my problems I experienced. He told me that I can only get a prorated amount because I have had access to the warranty since March 2018. I called corporate and they said that they could not do anything since he was an owner. Another corporate tech came out last Friday but was suppose to come out that Thursday. No one called to tell us that he had a family emergency Thursday and could not be there. So today I called and talked with LeBron (owner) again and he informs me that since the couch has cat scratches on it that it voids the warranty and that it is now up to Quality Assurance to get a Exchange approved. I then also asked about the 3 year warranty refund status. He said that there was a glitch in the system but fixed it last Tuesday. I NEVER GOT A CALL! He then asked if I would like him to process my refund today. At this point, I'm furious. I said yes since you were suppose to process it 2 weeks ago. I told him that I will never use this company again. His response was rude and that he had a note that I would never use the company again and that he also has it noted that I wouldn't even walk past the door. (I never said that I would never walk past the door) but after today, YOU BET I WIL NOT! Bottom line I was lied to from the beginning and this is how they treat their customers.
