This furniture store has a lot to offer. When I say a lot, I mean it is ENORMOUS! It has brand name…read moreitems as well as marked down off the floor items. It also has a wide range of styles from rustic farmhouse to modern. So far I have purchased a unique entertainment center, made from reclaimed wood and an amazing dining table. There is so much to choose from so be sure to plan a little time to look around. Customer service has a strong point. Don has been really helpful and is someone I would recommend asking for. The guys in the shipping department were also helpful and careful with our purchases. They have an outlet store that almost shares the same parking lot. Be sure to price check! Overall, this place has a lot going for it. I would recommend it for sure

I'm genuinely confused by this company's customer service and advertising. I submitted a carpet…read moresample request through their website in August because they advertise free samples as a way for potential customers to compare carpet before purchasing. I received an email thanking me for my sample request, but the samples never arrived. After waiting several weeks, I called to follow up. The salesperson told me they were "in the business of selling carpet, not giving it away." I explained that I was trying to buy carpet and was asking for help choosing different carpet types that would work well in a home with dogs. I even asked what he would recommend so that I could purchase the appropriate product. His response was essentially, "I don't know what to tell you," and I was told they would not provide the samples. What makes this especially frustrating is that I wasn't looking for free carpet -- I was trying to use the sample service their own website advertises in order to decide what to buy from them. I emailed the company on September 8 explaining the interaction and asking for clarification on their sample policy. Nearly a month passed without any response. I was actively trying to give this company my business. Instead, I got conflicting information, dismissive customer service, no samples, and no response to my complaint. That's an incredibly strange way to treat someone who is literally asking how to spend money with your company
