I'm really happy I found Electro-Integrity through Yelp. I know why they're rated so highly. The electrician was super helpful and did everything he could to troubleshoot a constant issue I'm having. Then he did even more testing after he installed some of his newer equipment. There are a few other things we need to have him come back and fix, but this is definitely the guy I want to work with. read more

We recently had an electric skylight installed but the installer couldn't figure out how to get power to it. Todor quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He's our new electrician. A+ service. Follow up: Todor has done two more jobs for us, one that took most of a day and another that took an hour. Again, he was excellent at both. He's the best. read more

I had an emergency electrical problem in our home. Due to strong wind, the wire from the power pole is pulling away from the house. I called PG&E to fix the problem only to be told it is our problem and if the problem is not fixed within a certain period of time, they will shut us down. So off i go... and Yelp came to the rescue.... I called 3 high rated electricians at Yelps and all sounded pretty good. However, I felt Todor had a more personal touch and was very professional. Although it took him a second call from me (patience is a virtue) to respond, he was pretty much on the dot. Mind you, he came on a late Saturday to check the problem and he said no problem, I can get it done today and will be back at about 5:15pm (he actually came back at about 5:45pm) and I was very impressed. The most important for me was the high quality of his work. He added another clamp to hold the wire firmly. His price is fair and reasonable. His demeanor is very nice and friendly. He is highly recommended. i think i found my electrician for life. Thanks Todor! read more

Rapid response, quick quote at a fair price, fast scheduling, great work. Strongly recommended! Todor and his team installed a Level 2 fast charger in my garage for my electric vehicle. read more

I learned about Electro-Integrity and specifically was put in touch with Todor by the man who conducted the inspection on our condo when we bought it. We had a problem with lights in our hallway and the Home Warranty representative came in and spent 3 hours trying to identify the problem; he left without solving it. Then, Todor came in, spent 15 minutes in our home and fixed the lights. We'll definitely hire Todor and Electro-Integrity again! read more

These guys are great. Had them install a NEMA 14-50 outlet with a new breaker box for an EV. Todor is professional, thorough, and easy to work with. His team knows their stuff and does super clean work. Would have them back for any job in the future. read more

I was looking for an electrician to install 31 recessed lights throughout my home, install a dining room linear chandelier, and replace an entry way pendant chandelier. Because of the scope of work I was nervous about finding the right company to do the work. I went with Electro-Integrity and I am 110% satisfied with their work. Todor and his team (Ivor) came in and provided me with a very fair quote. When I look back at the work / service they provided a few key points come to mind: Friendly - Todor and his team were super friendly . Always attentive and responsive, answering all the questions I had. Excellent customer service - Todor always contacted me back same day whenever I had questions. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Todor even made periodic check in calls to make sure I was satisfied with the work happening. Provided options - Todor looked at the scope of work and work and provided me with options. I truly appreciate Todor taking the time to look into options and educating me on the choices. Quality work - Todor and his team took their time to do things the right way and did not take shortcuts. At the end of each day his crew would always clean up and make sure everything was put away. I am so glad I found Electro-Integrity. I will definitely work with Todor and his team for all of my future electrical needs. Thank you Todor and Ivor for all of your work. I was once in the dark but now I can see! read more

We read the reviews on Yelp and decided to try Electro-Integrity. I could simply say "ditto" on the positive reviews but I will elaborate. Competent, resourceful, and courteous. I think many positive reviews are written if the person is able to meet the need. Todor exceeds, with a depth of knowledge and professionalism not commonly seen. While working on our unit he was focused on our situation, not simply trying to rush through the job. His concern for doing the job right was clear. His rates are reasonable and even more so when consider that the job was done right. Highest marks for Todor. read more

I can't believe that I am not the first to review. But, I will be the best review, to date that is... Todor is KING of ElectricoIntegrity Land He has worked on our house numerous times, and while he can be a bit messy, he always does an excellent job. From setting up new electric boxes outside for my Christmas lights to putting new breakers into the circuit box, Todor has done everything and done it first rate. More important, though Todor is always looking out for you and yours. Of course, it was not our favorite thing to hear that a previous contractor had installed halogens without the proper insulation and that our house would burn down if we used them in their current condition, but at least it came from Todor. He ordered the parts, took out the old lights and got our new ones up and running in a matter of a week. Even with his penchant for grabbing your last bottle of tonic water right before your big party, Todor cannot be more highly recommended. Thus, Todor gets 5 stars and deserves 6. Happy to tell anyone more, if need be. read more

I recently purchased a 101 year old house and with that came a number of ghosts of poor DIY projects gone awry. Luckily, Todor was able to hold our hands through all of the things that needed remedy for safety, and was also able to knock out some projects which just upgraded our lifestyle (hello wall mounted TV, yeah!). I know we've found our electrician. I trust him. He does 1st rate work. What more could you want from an electrician? read more

Electro-Integrity has worked on multiple projects in my building for years. There is no other company I would consider to perform electrical work. Todor's company knows what they are doing, cares about the quality of their work, are honest, communicates well with the building owners, and are hard working. read more

Todor does great work and prices the job fairly. He is courteous and extremely professional. I also liked the fact that he was willing to work around my busy schedule. His assistant, Evil (not sure if I'm spelling that right) is also very nice. I would definitely recommend Todor I think you can always tell when someone is competent even before the work commences based on the questions they ask and Todor was extremely thorough in accessing the best solution for the work that I needed to get done. Todor also recommend a contractor to help patch up the walls once he had finished with the electrical, I always find these recommendations extremely time-saving because then everything works together seamlessly because their is communication across the board read more

Electro-Integrity - Todor installed these vintage sconces in the guest bedroom - Electricians Near Me - San Francisco, California

Three words to describe Todor: honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I have had the experience of working with Electro-Integrity multiple times, and each time was impressed by the quality of work and the speed in which the job was completed. I have since recommended Electro-Integrity to other friends and clients and each time was happy I did so. read more

Todor and his crew are top-notch. I had him in for a big job a year or so ago (I actually no longer live at the residence) to rewire the entire original structure for a house we had inherited. He did a fantastic job, was incredibly flexible and communicative, and his work was top-notch. His crew was also very friendly and pleasant to work with. We even traded some music over the course of the project! (Todor is somewhat secretly an excellent guitarist). I highly recommend these guys. Just be patient with his arrival times. He can get pretty swamped and will sometimes be a little late, in my experience, but his work and personality more than make up for it. read more

What appeared to be a very simple job to the naked eye turned out to be a rather complicated ordeal. We had a short time frame to install 220V outlets for our new copiers and after many dead ends Todor was the first person who said they could stop by for the estimate that very day. He was able to work around our office schedule, provided innovative solutions to some structural difficulties, and was friendly to work with. He was very considerate and detailed in his explanations of electrical terms that I don't particularly understand. In the end, we met the deadline for installation of the new copiers and everything is working fine. read more

Fantastic guy what can I say. After many terrible experience with construction related trades people, it is hard to trust again but Tudor is A-OK. He kept his words. He shows up when he said he would and he actually return my calls. I only have a very small job and he was very busy. I guess getting so many good reviews from yelp got him a lot of good jobs. It turns out he turned down my job because he wants to concentrated on his commitments. I totally understand his situation and he refer a friend of his that turns out was fantastic as well. I am very happy that I met Tudor. Thanks man. read more

I contacted a number of electricians and most of them wanted me to send them photos of my panels and meters in order to assess the issues we were having with our electricity. Todor, on the other hand, actually came out to my place on a Saturday and gave me his assessment of the situation in person. "Electro-Integrity" is an aptly-named business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest electrician in SF. read more

I found Todor on Craigslist a couple of years ago and ever since, he has been my #1 go-to-guy for electrical work. I manage a 17 unit apt. building near downtown, with fussy tenants and a high standard of work ethic and professionalism is mandatory. He has done outside building lighting and in-apartment trouble shooting and re-wiring. Always excellent work. Todor is the guy! Completely trustworthy, very professional and reasonable rates. read more

Fantastic service from a true professional. We had a small wall heater that needed replacement. It wasn't a big project, but with the wall thermostat, it was beyond my skills. Todor came on time, prepared with the tools and parts to address the problem. Great communication, very fair pricing, terrific attitude. I wish all my interactions with service providers could be this smooth. We couldn't be happier and would recommend his services wholeheartedly. read more

We rarely feel motivated to write reviews. Todor and his team have inspired us to get online and spread the word. He has done two major projects for us. The quality of the work was outstanding. We will work with him again whenever we need an electrician. read more

We found Electro-Integrity on Yelp and were really impressed with Todor when he came over to give us an estimate. We have worked with several other electricians in the past but were really impressed with Todor's vast knowledge on dealing with electrical problems with older homes and high level of professionalism. His estimate was competitive to others that we received so we decided to work with him. As other Yelpers have written, Todor and his staff were highly professional, very timely and respectful of our home (they would take their shoes off everytime they came into our home). Todor is detailed oriented and made sure that I was ok with the exact placement of light fixtures on the wall. He also recommended an excellent painter who was equally knowledgeable, professional and great value. I would highly recommend Todor to anyone and will definitely use him again. read more

Todor was very professional and knowledgeable from my first conversation with him on the phone. He's familiar with electrical codes and is not going to do something just because it is cheap. My business partner and I needed some electrical outlets and a new suspended fluorescent fixture installed quickly in our garage commercial space and Todor and his assistant delivered in spades. As an architect, I love the fact that he ran the flex conduit in the joist cavity of the ceiling rather than surface mounting, which would have been the easier (but less attractive) way to do it. All conduits were neatly installed, plumb and good quality receptacles and faceplates used. Make sure that if you are installing new lighting fixtures, you are clear that he does not include the cost of the fixtures in his bid. But once we clarified this point, Todor went out and got the fixture for us and it looks great. Todor also pointed out some other electrical deficiencies that we may have to address at a later date, useful information for any homeowner. read more

Todor and his team fixed a permit issue pronto and he was an excellent communicator, too. High Five to Electro-Integrity!

Todor and his crew installed an EV charger for us and were great to work with throughout the whole process -- really responsive, prompt, professional, and generous with his time, explaining everything along the way. I will work with him and his crew again. Thank you, Todor! read more

Todor and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We upgraded our panel from 30 amps to 200 amps and completely re wired the whole house. The whole process went extremely smoothly. Boy am I glad I found Electro-Integrity and Todor. The name says it all. He's responsive, knowledgeable, a good estimator of time, wants to do things up to code, even if there is no permit, and very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I had an 11th hour rewiring job of a raw space we're converting to an office; a pretty straightforward job. My contractor thought would take a few hours max. (He's not a licensed electrician, but I still used his estimate as a rough benchmark.) My contractor called his electrician, who was too busy. I called 4 electricians on Yelp--2 came to look at the job; one said it would take 4 hours and wanted to charge me $600. for the job; the other said it would take "5-6 hours" and wanted to charge me $1000! The third might have been a good electrician but I couldn't understand his English at all, so declined to have him look at the job. The 4th never followed up. Thank God, I reached Todor! He came when he said he would, the job took almost exactly what he said it would (about 4.5 hours) and the bill was $425, which included materials. He did a superior job, even doing things I wouldn't have thought about , such as "nail proofing" some of the wiring. As I said, the name Electro-Integrity says it all. read more

As a General Contractor I must have the utmost faith in qualified Tradesmen who are skilled, reliable, dependable, affordable and trustworthy. I can say this about very few individuals. I trust and recommend Todor whole heartedly. Electro Integrity came to me by referral and has worked on several projects over a three year period for these reasons: Todor is realistic with the time and cost associated with small and large jobs. He manages his schedule well. He knows the electrical codes. He is expressive and communicates well. My clients all have good things to say about Todor. read more

I looked up an electrician for my mother and found Todor. She was extremely pleased with him. He was able to fix all her wiring problems some of which weren't straight forward. He is very busy but was prompt in responding to emails and letting her know if he would be on time. His prices are reasonable and he explained everything to her. Thank-you Todor! read more

I've worked with Todor as a genenal contractor/designer for over 8 years over several projects. This week, he just recently finished a complete kitchen remodel in Hayes Valley. With all new electrical with a new subpanel dedicated to the kitchen. This is in an older building where surprises always abound. Firstly his bid was quite reasonable. Secondly, because I've know him for so long the trust issue is huge and Todor does not disappoint. Thirdly, when I inquired about this job he was already incredibly busy and fit me in anyway. He came exactly when he said he would and took exactly as long as he said it would take. His bid was spot on and cost exactly what he proposed. We were working in a rented apartment with the tenants present so getting this job done quickly was paramount. Again Todor came in aces. I've read Jesssica review and I found it terribly misleading. Importantly doing recessed lighting is very difficult and costly. I'm definitely at an advantage as I design projects, lighting included, and understand the cost of things and the degree of difficulty associated with different projects. Please dont stop at Jessica - read the majority of other reviews the speak highly of Todor and Electro-Integrity. Thanks Todor. Regards Gregory Fagan read more

I found Todor and Electro-Integrity on Yelp when I needed to get a ceiling fan installed. Todor was immediately responsive and came out right away to give an estimate - which was very fair. Very professional, competent, thorough and on-time. We hired Todor and his company to rewire and add a number of electrical outlets in our two floor condo, replace the circuit board with a new larger one, and install a new EV charger in the garage. To begin with, it was clear that Todor knew exactly what needed to be done, whereas another company was quite unsure about the exact nature of the job. Todor and his very hard working crew finished the job exactly on time, including obtaining City permit and City inspection. They were thorough, and very clean. They also recommended a patching and painting firm (Alex Davison) to patch up the holes created during the electrical installation, who also did an excellent job. We will call Todor again in the future if the need arises. read more

Very professional, delivered what was needed, follow-ed through with city for approvals.

Todor and crew rewired completely my 100 yr old SF home (4 X 1 bdrm units) to bring up to code for a TIC condo conversion. This is a job that requires a good understanding of city inspectors and how this whole convoluted process works. It's been a couple of years but we finally finished the rest of the construction and final inspection passed. This was a huge job and tenants were involved and everything was handled professionally. read more

Todor may be good, but he was playing lot of phone tags with me. I called him 4 weeks ago. He told me he can do it, and then told me his truck got into the accident and he will call me. After one week of no calls, I called him and he told me to call him again. I then sent him emails and left him voicemails. Today I finally got hold of him and he said he has a contract in Sonoma or something and he is unavailable till end of next week. Is he kidding me? I said "Bye!" and then got hold of another electrician (Mayan Electric) and I now have a "real" appointment this Friday. Todor needs to be organized and start caring about customers. I am not sure why he got five stars from other people, but he gets 0 from me. read more

I started this process with a guy named Mr. Georgiev on March 17 and din't get an estimate until April 4th. He was an hour late meeting me for the estimate. His estimate came by email 6 days later than he said it would. In fact, I had to remind him of the estimate so I could finally get it. When it came, he wanted $650 to do some pretty easy stuff. His estimate did NOT include an hourly rate on his "bid." I thought it was too expensive so went with another guy on Yelp named Kellas Electric. Mr. Kellas is awesome and MUCH more affordable. He told me on the phone his hourly rate of $90. He showed up on time for the estimate. He ended up charging me less than his initial quote. I am very happy that I did NOT choose Electro-Integrity. read more
