There is one row of chargers but they alternate between front and back for two rows of parking. It can get confusing if you don't pay attention. Environment: The Superchargers are located near Target. There's also some food choices nearby such as KKOKI, Cold Stone, and Buffalo Wild Wings. We hit up Target for their restrooms and a quick walking break. There are also ChargePoint chargers right next to the Superchargers. Not too many people charging when we got there. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. This location was convenient because it's right off the freeway. There are some food and shops located nearby. The place is clean but did not have any trash cans nearby.

( my fault ) However they were very helpful and scheduled repair for 5-5-26 in the afternoon, I called the morning of 5-5-26 @ 9:00 to verify if everything is still planed for the service today. A nice fellow at service informed me they have tried to tell me thru the tesla app. that i must bring the car to them so they can change the battery at their service building only because that would save me money....and if I can't drive there I should get a tow truck and they can get it to them. ... my reply to Tyler was how can I unlock the doors and get the car out of gear if I don't have a battery charged up. He said he would put me on hold and get the service manager......Tyler came back on the phone and said the manager replyed to have the unit towed in.....After explaining in Simple English the car is not going anywhere until a new battery gets installed,,,, many times.... I'm at my wits end , I can't get past Tyler and the manager is a JERK , if he even talked to Tyler..... So i'm going to post this and think about it , while my blood pressure goes down. My elderly mother and her caregiver set an appointment for Anthony to cut her hair. Anthony promised my mother that he could see her at 1:30 and that she would have "the whole place to herself." When that day came, my mother and her caregiver arrived a little before 1:30 to find Anthony working on two other women with loud rock music blaring. My mother patiently waited 45 minutes for Anthony to finish. When he sat her down, he looked at her hair and said, "I can tell you like wearing your hair up." My mom's never worn her hair up and said so. That information tipped Anthony over the edge of sanity. He said, "You're not going to like how I do your hair, so you should leave." My mother is patient and tolerant and said she would like him to try his best. Anthony yelled at her and her caregiver to leave; he closed and locked the door behind them and threatened to call the police if they didn't leave his property. Anthony, you are a deplorable person. He'd say he was coming, and text me 10 minutes before he said he'd be at my house telling me it wasn't happening, like I hadn't rearranged my entire day expecting him. To top all of this off, today I had to file a dispute against him with my credit card, because he's as of yet refused to refund me the $750 deposit he made me give him. He pushed me repeatedly to pay him via venmo or cash and now I'm SO happy I didn't because you can't dispute those payment methods. In the end, I got a different company to do the work for $2000, a full grand less than Scott quoted and it was done cleanly, quickly, and without issue. I would be extremely wary of hiring this company, they do not have it together.
