Do NOT get your nails done Da Vi Nails!!! Seriously. I told the technician named Tracy she was cutting too low and she went deeper and my finger started BLEEDING!!! She was apologized, but that didn't stop her from cutting the crap out of my finger AFTER I told her she was going too close to my nerves/skin. I was offered another tech and instead of her finishing my nails properly - filing, shaping, etc. she rushes to begin putting nail glue, I can only guess to rush me out. Love the staff, I'm a reader so I can do that for an hour, best massages on my feet and legs, they take their time as well so I don't feel rushed , and best of all they aren't yelling back and forth talking to each other,there's a couple of places in West Salem that staff talks non stop to each other I quit going to for that reason but also the pedis were 30 min. read more

Took my mom in for pedis and it was great! I didn't realize the salon was inside Walmart and really the only negative I could say about the entire experience would be about having to hear the store noise but they did a great job of having nail stations positioned away from the entrance and by playing peaceful music. We both got shellac pedis with hand painted flowers, $60 each. They were very careful with clipping and the massage was nice. I brought my own nail kit and it was refused which I found a bit strange but they didn't charge extra for it like many other places do. read more

Tonight, Carrie helped me and was shaping my nails when I felt stinging pain. I have a high pain tolerance so I thought it wasn't anything until I saw the blood from my finger. She quickly poured a green substance on it. It stung pretty bad. And it was not a shallow cut. She apologized and I appreciated that however when I asked for a discount on the gel she insisted I get, she said she couldn't do that. They ended up knocking a couple dollars off for the trim but I just feel annoyed. When someone injures a client, it's just good business to make sure that the client is okay and find a remedy. They were very rude to me after I asked for the discount ....I was literally bleeding. read more

Long story short I've come here several times and usually spend quite a bit and always always tip well, however the entire time of the process of getting my nails they hurt so bad, literally burning under the UV light to where I pulled my hand away (yes I know that should've been my cue to stop services), I went from powder to acrylic and the lady said that's why it was "hot" and ensured me it was normal? No girl all of my nails are ruined with my thumb being extremely burnt and my nail sunken in, I am beyond unhappy/pissed and will never be going here again. Do not come here, even if you spend hundreds like I have, they will rush the process and clearly want the fast cash instead of quality. It should not hurt to get your nails done. I'm going to start my review off my first saying that I HATE doing this and I will typically try my best to not leave a bad review. This situation however is much different than others. When the technician asked how long id like them I told her " a little longer please" and she then replied with "this looks better". So I kindly asked if I could show her a picture of what I want. I pulled my phone out and showed her the photo that I have linked with this review. I chose the color, but I asked for that shape and length. She then said "right here" and proceeded to cut shorter than I asked. The other lady could tell I was upset with my nails, even through a mask because she asked if everything was okay. No, actually I wasn't okay. The skin on my right index finger is super glued to the acrylic nail. She tried to file it, and filed a deeply into my skin. I would post a photo of that, but it's wrapped up in a bandaid currently. I told her that she hurt me and she continued to go back and file at the same spot multiple times. She kept being super rough with my hands, and the files. That's probably how it ended up being slit with a file, being too rough. She kept telling me to relax my hands. I've been getting my nails done every two weeks for years now and no one has ever said that to me. Over and over again. My hands went in and out of the LED light 30+ times while she was painting. Never has the been done before. When I left, my boyfriend could tell I was upset. I left in tears. He called the nail shop back and asked to speak with a manager. She said thats what I asked for , so that's what I got. Told my boyfriend that she had cameras and other technicians that were listening to back her up. She was making it out to seem like I was lying and honestly just being very disrespectful. After arguing with us, she said we could see the manager(?) tomorrow. She offered me a 12:30 appointment to see if there was anything they could do to fix it, but I live three hours from this place and wasn't going to wait around all morning to go back. I felt uncomfortable going back in there and wouldn't have gone back anyways. I'm currently soaking these nails off and will be going back to my main lady. A WASTE OF $50 read more

I took my 2 girls 10 and 4 to do their nails as well as myself I had previously gone and had nice ladies and although my gel polish never lasted much it was the service that I enjoyed , well this time I mentioned what I wanted and the tech said it doesn't matter what you like I said I feel it does since I'm paying , my 10 yr old picked a color and she told her in a very rude manner "not this color" and snatched the colors from her hand she took my 4 year old to a chair and then was sighing and seeming upset my daughter didn't understand what she was instructing her to do .and they were telling me it was gonna be $50 per girl !! She was tugging at her clothes to move her and that's when I said enough! I didn't feel I should pay but my 10 yr old was already in tears because of how rude the lady was but I was barley at the manicure or my nails and said I need to leave the lady told me to stop being rude and although the circumstances should have me screaming at these people for how they treated my kids I said I'm actually being very kind and it's ok for me to tell you I don't appreciate how you're tugging my children around and telling me it doesn't matter what I like . Well all I can say is ask the price before you get in the chair,even though $26.is posted on the sign, when she asked me if I would pay $5 more for the polish color I wanted and I said no-I will pick a different color. I decided to treat myself for my birthday. I'm leaving on a trip Wednesday to celebrate. I'm not from the area and I looked up a salon that looked nice enough and had some good pictures on yelp. I probably would not have chosen this place if I knew it was inside of a Walmart. I received a deluxe pedicure and a manicure, both with gel polish. The pedicure was nice enough, I wouldn't call it deluxe. Carrie was very nice and talkative. My manicure was pretty basic. Where I have to take away two stars, is the paint job. Both my toenails and my fingernails are painted pretty horribly. They look very chunky and lumpy. I'm going to have to get a polish change before I leave and hoping to find time. After reading a lot of very good reviews I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. I brought my adult daughter here for her birthday. We arrived early & were seated right away. The music is nice enough but awfully loud. It's really hard to have a conversation with the person sitting right next to you. We picked our pedicures & polish colors. The woman who did my pedicure was really very good and also very nice. I have no complaints there. The woman who did my daughter's pedicure didn't know how to listen. When she did the massage she offered some of the lotion for her hands. Then she just kept pushing more and more up into her hands, even though my daughter said no multiple times. Then when she was halfway through polishing the first foot my daughter noticed that it wasn't even the color she had chosen. After that, as soon as our top coat was on they rushed us out of our chairs and over to a waiting area to let the polish dry. They aimed one small fan at our toes. They were very nice while giving us the rush and said to take our time and there's no hurry to pay. They needed our chairs for a party preparing for an event. Our pedicures should have been scheduled earlier to allow for the event party. There was no excuse for the way we were treated. Both my daughter and I have dings in our polish. And it turns out that the wrong color polish was used on my toes too. I was so concerned about my daughter's that I didn't notice mine. Like previous RECENT posts, this place is under new management. I hesitate to rave about them because I won't be able to get in, but I want them to stay in business. I walked in on Monday, 4/2/18 around 10:45 am. Kimberly was finishing up a manicure and told me it would be about 20 minutes. I came back and she began to tell me about organic powder manicure. I politely said No, and said I wanted the basic manicure. As I was soaking my nails, I was watching the previous customer and listening to her tell me about the new manicure option. SNS Nails. Healthly for your nails. The powder is colored so you don't have a colored nail polish. I told Kimberly I wanted to try it. $37 instead of $16 for a basic a manicure. I walked out about 11:40 am with nails that I love. I don't like long nails because I get them too dirty and break them often. I love how strong my nails feel. I hope it helps my thin, chipping nails grow healthy. They do not add on an additional charge for the nail files. The actual women who did my nails were wonderful. Professional, kind, funny. My nails are beautiful. I got a gel French manicure, my friend got a gel design manicure and gel pedicure and my other friend got pedicure. The one who got the other manicure brought in some Pinterest pictures of what they wanted and her nails turned out GREAT. The nail art was meticulous and beautifully done. We were are thrilled with our nails and the more than fair price. I hope these women get a long, paid vacation soon. read more

Great service! They care a lot about the shape of your nails when it comes to the acrylic which you can see by the time they take with filing and cutting. The whole process of doing my acrylic full set was completely wrong and rushed. I asked for stiletto nails and ive gotten this shape enough time to know how you are supposed to start shaping them. Typically ur plastic nail is cut into a stiletto shape before anything but at this place she cut my nails into the length i wanted then proceeded to apply the acrylic into the nail before cutting and shaping them. Then she cut them into a coffin shape instead of stiletto and attempted to file them from coffin to stiletto with the acrylic powder already applied. Which made my nails so much shorter than what i asked because she had to file so much of the nail off in order to attempt to make them into a stiletto shape. Once i expressed my unhappiness with the thick and dullness of the nails she blamed it on my choice of length. Then proceeded to ask if i wanted them longer i said yes then she said she couldnt do that which i don't understand why you would offer a service u couldnt do. I also showed a very simple thick checkered pattern as a possible design and was told she couldnt do that because she needs a sticker for it but everytime ive gotten a checkered pattern it was applied with a fine tipped brush and nail polish. At that point i asked for plain colors because i was obvious they werent capable of any designs at all. My nails were so thick and rounded that when u looked at them straight on from my point of view the went downwards and were so dull they looked almond shaped not stiletto. My nail beds are now ruined from her application process all of my nails have a huge indent in them from where she applied the nail. I couldnt even file my nails into one even level because of how much of an indent they put on my nails. And my nails were in pain and sore for a week after getting them done i was also cut and made bleed twice throughout the process and didnt get a single apology for anything. She cleaned the blood off my finger and continued liked nothing happened. read more

We were able to get a last-minute appointment here and didn't realize the location until we arrived. It was very clean and the technicians were very skilled in doing spa pedicures. The sanitation seemed high and they were very meticulous. I return the week later to have my nails done and I found the same experience. First of all, she said it would be 45 minutes and it was about an hour and a half till she was ready for me. That should have made me walk away, but I really needed a manicure and justified it. Horrible shellac "manicure". There ----WAS NO MANICURE! She took off my existing shellac polish using a filing instrument (electric) which had to have done damage to my nail beds. Then without soaking my nails, or trimming cuticles, she proceeded to re-polish my nails. She didn't even have me rinse my hands--there was still nail polish "dust" all over the table and around my cuticles. Of course, there was dust trapped in the polish. The polish was uneven & she didn't polish the top edges (which helps the polish stay on longer). There was no oil or lotion hand massage either. It was just a VERY BAD POLISH CHANGE!!! I'm more mad at myself than anything else for not speaking up. read more

Every time I come here for a pedicure, I get CUT! Yes they do a good job massaging and scrubbing the feet, but as far as polish application and attention to detail...I can live with out Davi Nails. The first time, one girl went ham on one of my big toe cuticles so badly, the next few days it felt like i stubbed my toe. She also wiped my toenail sludge on my foot...not relaxing and kinda gross. I don't even do that at home. I wipe it on a paper towel or napkin. Luckily, the older lady wipes it on the towels and i appreciate that much more. Last time, one of the techs scrubbed my ankle so much, it scabbed over. That kind of scrubbing should be left to the heels because that's the main area of the foot they seem to neglect. Also, By the time I get home, I can see the topcoat clearly not covering the entire nail. I want to keep coming here but idk if I can anymore. read more

First off, I wanna REPORT THIS place to the BBB. I went in there not to long ago 8/2/2017. I went to get my eye brows waxed an a Mani. When she started to do my eye brows I noticed it hurt abnormally. I asked her what she was using an she stopped, I looked at the strip in her hand an she responded "printer paper" I almost flipped shit an back handed her. I didn't pay for shit an didn't get my nails done. I was shaking I was so mad! Looking around more , it's dirty, the lady was the owner an when i got in she was eating! I was with my cousin and the lady sat me down first glued the tips of my nails and cut them, while my cousin sat down a few minutes later then I did she already had her acrylics on. Then we switched nail technicians and the lady who put my tips on painted my cousins nails. The other lady doing my acrylics was in such a rush she cut me 4 times and didn't push my cuticles back, even though we were the only two people in there besides the nail technicians. After painting and drying we were there for 2hrs finally we walked out, less than 4 days later my acrylics were only 3/4 of my nail so my cousin and I filled tmr in our selfs. I recently started having a dip manicure since it's less harsh on your nails vs. gel polish and acrylic- Kimberly is the best!
