Their knowledge of their products was really impressive, and a truly good group of people as well. They had some music playing which had just amazing sound and a bunch of crazy high quality audio equipment. I bought it and--amazingly--it was delivered the next day even though I chose not to pay extra for it. The drive is just what I wanted and I remain impressed I got to buy it at that sale price. Best Buy isn't always a great place to buy major appliances and have them installed, as can be seen from my previous reviews. But in this case, the company came through for me and I will purchase online from them again.

I am NOT a techie, I do not know much about the devices I use. And yet, most amazlingly, not only do they help me get the most out of the machines, I come away having learned something and not feeling stupid. One thing I espcecially appreciate is how they explain what is wrong, showing me the actual file with the specific informationi about the problem. I was told at the counter, there was no *new battery in stock. So I left my laptop with them for three days (as I requested a new battery and this was the shipping time I was quoted). "New" battery goes in, and works great for eight months. The "new" battery requires service or replacement.

Reports of this business closing are highly exaggerated ;)…read moreMoved yes, closed, no. I've been using Simco for years to calibrate several of my osiliscopes for work. The cost of a calibration is approximately $250, depending on which model and make scope you have. They calibrate them to ISO 9001:2008, ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 specs. It takes about a week to get them back. I've never had problems with their calibrations, and they've even repaired one scope for us. I reccomend.
