I was using eye ointments at night for almost 4 months & about 20-30 drops of lubricant tears daily. My dependence on eye drops was not immediate after the treatments, but diminished use after about 3 weeks and by 6 weeks post-treatment I was down to 5-7 drops per day! This is a huge improvement;) today - July 10 is my 2nd treatment with both light/plus & im looking forward to even more reduced need for drops! If you have any issues with your order, they make it DIFFICULT to make any adjustments. They talk to you like you are a child who doesn't know what you want. If I didn't respect Dr. Chung so much, I would have switched optometry offices by now. TOTAL VISION also charges you 3% if you use a credit card, so you MUST use a debit card if you don't want to be charged. It's a little outrageous during this day and age to ask clients to NOT use their credit card.

The display of eyewear consists of designer brands and other high quality designs mostly from Japan. When it comes to eye glasses I need prescription, as I am near sighted. All my glasses need to be modified to my prescription so I always end up paying 4 times as much in addition to the already expensive frames. Today while window shopping, I noticed some aviator frames which I will need to try on and get more information. This shop is clean, bright and well organized. The male sales person was nice and offered to help, but I was not quite ready to make a purchase without touching, trying it on, and during COVID, it's a challenge we'll have to 'see' how it plays out.

After filling out a short form I was called in (early) Dr. Tiffany Li the optometrist took me back into the comfortable exam room and ran me through the various tests (I.e vision, pressure etc.) She has an amazing personality and made the whole thing pleasant. Along the way she answered my questions and explained everything fully. After, the front desk manager sat me down and went over all the pricing and options. As I know and expected it is very expensive. But, for something this important that isn't a great shock. Hence, I wasn't able to select my glasses today but will in several weeks when able. I had already picked out some Ray Bans from Macy's. Just be sure to have the UPC code and model number. They can order just about any type for you if you have those two things. I've found my new optometrist.
