Shortly after, one of my exact items appeared for sale on their website even though it had not been purchased from me. When I picked up my bag, that item was returned at my request, but I discovered additional items were missing that had not been purchased or returned. I contacted the business to resolve this. The explanation for what happened changed multiple times before I was told there had been a processing error. Their responses addressed only the missing item and did not account for the item that had been listed for sale online until I pressed for clarification and was given a separate explanation of it being an "inventory issue." This experience left me without confidence in how customer inventory is tracked and handled. If you choose to sell or donate items here, I recommend documenting everything you bring in.

JBF is a HUGE children's consignment sale , so what that being said , the have hundreds of consigners which all price their items different, for example .. Someone might be selling a jumperoo for $30 and someone else might be selling the same one for $15 , so yes there are unheard off deals but they do sell first come first serve , best deals are expected to go out the door first , the great thing about the sale it's that they have a mid week drop off ( I consign myself ) which allows us to bring new items to the sale after the presale , which is awesome because when you think you have seen it all you can expect different things after drop off . So far I haven't been disappointed both as a shopper and consigner , it's very clean and organized , clothes are inspected to ensure the quality , stained and damaged items get pulled ( yes a few slip by from the thousands of items but you just let them know and they will pull it ) Overall it's just a great sale , on the last day anything with out a star is 50% off !

I spotted a comfortable pair of pajamas for my toddler but they did not have his size. The lady even checked the back stock and made pleasant conversation w me, never pushing the sale. That was so nice of her. I asked her to call me when her next shipment came in and she was true to her word and DID! Merchandise is displayed beautifully. I always appreciate it when things are not too crowded. Kristi, the owner, was very helpful without being pushy on what to purchase. I was short on time ... we were eager for lunch. I returned after lunch and this time was greeted by another clerk. I believe her name was Melissa? Said she was originally a customer and was now so happy to working at Eco. I made no major purchases. Just some stocking stuffers (shop year round for those), greeting cards, and scarves.
