Our waitress Lilly said she would check on it but it never came, and she eventually disappeared altogether. We asked for a manager twice, and no one ever came. I've been to Humble location a minimum of 50 times. Why it stands out, is how Cari, Erika, Kiki, Audrey and Kevin pay attention to there tables, how they remember their customers greet them even when they are not sitting in their station, how they remember the things you like and don't like.
