The clerk gave us the correct PowerBall ticket but handed us a MegaMillions ticket that was dated 9/8, yesterday. We discovered this discrepancy upon returning home. It was very suspect, the clerk did not seem surprised, he went directly to the machine, pushed 1 button and a ticket came out with 2 entries on it for 9/11, just as we had asked for earlier. It seems this clerk may be pulling some kind of scam. This is not acceptable for any business.

The pickup window doesn't deal with insurance info so they sent me to another line after waiting in line for window D to input insurance info. The only saving grace is if you have a bar code then you can get in the express line which is significantly faster but even then sometimes there's a line for that. Also the floors are dirty. No one vacuums? Granted the 1 star I'm giving is for the friendly staff. But maybe they're understaff or their system is just not very efficient.
