I love Just Peachy! They have so much that you can't find very many places! They carry fresh passion fruit in season and that's my weakness! They also carry a large jar of passion fruit when it's out of season so I'm still looking for that! The produce is always fresh and beautiful and they carry many other fun and unique foods. I'm hoping they may have loquats in the Spring. They are super friendly and knowledgeable and I love that! We come from far away to go here, I always look forward to it! I was looking for local markets and luckily I found Just Peachy. There were a few parking spots just in front of the Market, but street parking is available as well. Just Peachy carries organic produce, vegetables, frozen food, cage free eggs, organic dairy products, honey, herbal teas, organic juices, Ice cream, snacks, frozen sections and more. My family and I were here in the neighborhood back in March. I was checking out markets nearby and saw that this market had Julian's pies and decided to make a pit stop. This charming little family owned and operated market is located off of Coast Highway, between Jupiter Street and Jason Street. There is a colorful mural that you can't miss. The parking lot in front is small, but being around 3:00pm on a quiet Saturday, there were a few spots open so we were able to park right away. For a such a small market, it was pretty well stocked. Fresh flower arrangements, fruits and vegetables, and a wide variety of pantry items, local and international...not a lot of big brands, but rather minor and local brands that I that I haven't seen elsewhere. I was sad that there were no Julian pies (seasonal?), but they had one blueberry pie left from Ramona so we got that, and some pantry items and fruit. The pie was about $27 and delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful, too. Not sure if I'll ever come back here since I'm not local, but it does seem to be a favorite neighborhood store. read more

Stopped in the Just Peachy Market for a few drinks and fresh fruits on the way to San Diego. The market is so cute with a fresh fruit stand out front. The cashier working was so friendly and welcoming! They have fresh vegetables and fruits inside along with other specialty items. They also have dairy and drinks. Just Peachy is a small grocer that offers many fresh, local varieties of fruits and vegetables. I was excited to find an avocado variety, called Pinkerton, that is somewhat hard to get in normal grocery stores. Other than that, they sell locally grown heirloom tomatoes, herbs, and fruits. I bought heirloom mandarins that were very, very good. I recommend visiting this shop if you are into cooking with or eating unique produce or other foods sourced around the San Diego area. read more

Just a great spot for fresh veggies and fruit, plus the best tortillas on the planet that I know of. In these times, they have made it easy to get in and out without a huge hassle. My family and I love this place. It's a family owned convenience store/produce stand in Encinitas. I love the produce options and this is actually what drew me in. Every time we stop in, we end up with a box of produce and goodies. The store carries the Isabella brand of cookies which are amazingly delicious and addicting. They are usually displayed by the register and it's not uncommon for them to sell out. The customer service is awesome with employees always willing to answer questions or help out. read more

I love that it's a local shop, which make it convenient since it's walking distance from my friends place. The store itself has a really good selection of organic fruits and vegetables and the staff is usually pretty sweet and helpful. My only drawback is that it is slightly overpriced...but I guess if minus the gas I'm saving from going somewhere else it balances out. read more

A nice option for fresh produce in an area with no grocery stores.  They have a good variety of unusual canned goods, too, in addition to more typical convenience store items.  There is a definite middle eastern theme.  As I was just visiting the area, I picked up a lovely Keitt mango to take home.  If I still lived in Leucadia, I'm sure I'd swing by regularly. read more

This little neighborhood market might be the best place for produce in all of North County. It's all local fruits and veggies and every time I've loaded up I've been so impressed with the quality of everything. They've got top shelf apples, and I always end up eating about a weeks recommended dosage before I even arrive home. It's a small little store so you're not going to find everything on your grocery list here, but if you're in the Leucadia area and have a hankerin for something that will make you feel like a million bucks, I'd highly recommend stopping in for a snack. They're also usually stocked with an assortment of Julian pies so if healthy stuff isn't exactly your thing you can consume them in pie form. The cashiers have always been super friendly and talkative at checkout which is an experience you won't really get at Sprouts. All features taken into account and Just Peachy is a pretty appropriate title for this place. read more

Driving down highway 101 and saw the sign organic fruit & vegetables plus Julian pie. Quickly right turn!! Fortunately was after 3 pm so parking wasn't too bad. There are select parking for the other businesses so be aware of the signs. Avocado, peaches, blueberries, just to name a few, outside in bins. Inside there's veggies, grains, cherries, unique grocery items & Julian pie!! It is a small market & I took my time to look around. Such a lovely neighborhood market! I live a few blocks away and use this place as my staple. They have pretty much all what you need and a bit more. Tons of healthy alternatives, organic, ethnic and dietary options. They even have the deelish fresh made food from Just Peachy Market in Encinitas, which if you see in the fridge, GRAB IT! We usually always get the meatballs, chicken salad and amazing mushroom soup. The service here is also superb, very helpful, kind and patient. There prices on fresh produce generally good; however, on non perishables it's more costly than many other grocery stores so I try not to buy them as much. Overall, I do recommend stopping by and they do have specials often which are excellent prices. read more

They have various stuff - fruits, vegetables, daily, breads, flowers etc. It's not so big but had full of stuff. The staff were friendly. $1 charge for under $15 credit card usage! Bring cash for amazingly cheap & sweet fruits! Parking is pretty small. Be careful of cars in and out! - Gluttony Expedition - I enjoyed their fruits pretty much!! Strawberry: $1.65/pack. Cheap! Blueberry: $2/pack. Soooooo sweet and cheap! Backberry and raspberry $1.50/pack. Cheap! Bing cherry: So sweet! Kiwi: 2 for $1 I think.. It wasn't ripen well but big. White peach: Sweet. There's this local fruit and veggie stand across the way from my new place. It's called Just Peachy, you should check it out. It's a small place with very little protein, but what they do have is legit produce. They have really good looking lettuce, apples and the lot. The eggs are organic and they have some select canned/boxed items. It makes me happy that most are locally owned/sourced. The people are super friendly. I mean, it's actually nice to talk to them, not like they're bothering you nice. The place is clean, upbeat and positive. It's odd to say that about a grocery type store, but it's really obvious that they try harder. There may be a few things that are more expensive than the big chain places, but it's worth it to support a local spot. You should too! read more

While this isn't really "on my way" to anywhere except the beach, I try to stop by when I can. This is my go to for a Julian pie, sour cherries, and any other fruit or veg that I'm looking for in season. They also have great local products (Chuao Chocolate) and great beach snacks like blue corn chips and salsa. I love stopping by here whenever I'm around, even if it's just to browse, because I always know I'll find that perfect item that I didn't even realize I was looking for! I love this little neighborhood gem. It's always clean, stocked, and they always have the "goods"! I mean the goods as the best gummy bears ever made, unique chocolate bar selection, Julian pies, the freshest vegetables you can find in stores, real fruit popsicles, and they even have bouquets of flowers! Of course they have the usual stuff, eggs, milk, cereal boxes, etc. But I'm mostly here for the goods! And groceries... I've been going here for years and the workers and owners here are always nice. Just peachy is just around the corner from our beach house. It's not only super convenient market but also really inexpensive . My girls and I love taking our almost daily walks to Just peachy for our ingredients for our daily plant based meals. I love all of the fresh produce that they offer. Just Peachy has also really expanded their vegan product options as well. It had been almost a year since I had been back to Just Peachy and I must say I am really impressed!
