They have these "app only" deals but here's the kicker - the store has no service! so tonight I'm standing online holding up the entire line trying to get this app to show me the deal on broccoli so I don't have to pay $10 for broccoli... everyone behind me is aggravated and rightfully so! Like human beings are not stressed out enough now we have to deal with this? The cashier is just standing there... finally he gave up when he saw that I wasn't just gonna give up and pay full price and just scanned the barcode for me and I just looked at him like sir, You had the barcode this whole time and you had me here fighting with an app holding up the line pissing everyone off like, are you for real? I've been saying I'm going to do this for a long time but tonight I finally had enough. I'm going home to research and invest in a meat box, a vegetable box, looking up all my local farmers markets and probably going to re-join thrive market because I just cannot with this place anymore. That's how sick to death I am of them. I hope AI takes all your jobs!

The bakery is well stocked with cakes, less pies and not so many bread rolls and cookies as other groceries. They do a good job of custom order though, fast, accurate, well priced. Self check out on both sides, though only 1 is open usually. Staff are generally nice and friendly. Prices aren't the best, but you gotta work for their deals sometimes. I like their deli selection as it's a higher quality than Albertsons, but I like Albertsons deli items (hot and cold) more. Ralphs has better cheeses. Seafood is standard quality, though more limited. Same with their butcher offerings. I often have to custom order oxtails, picana cuts as they don't stock as much as you'd expect. Large ice cream and chips selection, small pickle selection. Some items are sort of illogically placed. During busy times they tend to run out of key ingredients (thyme and rosemary for thanksgiving). They tend to pull things at night on the early side. Their egg selection is limited, but their hotdog selection is larger than most. Idk who at Kroger does their buying, but they could certainly use a push more towards Pavillions than the standard run of the mill Ralphs.

We sat outside, soaking up the sunshine with boats cruising by -- hard to beat that Oceanside vibe. Food I ordered the coconut shrimp, which were crispy, golden, and lightly sweet, paired with a tangy dipping sauce that balanced everything nicely. The plate came with French fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies, and honestly, the sides were a pleasant surprise. The fries were hot and crunchy -- classic and satisfying. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy, not overly sweet, and worked well as a contrast to the fried seafood. The hush puppies were warm, slightly crisp on the outside, and soft inside -- easy to snack on while enjoying the view. Portions were generous and perfect for a relaxed midday meal. Service & Atmosphere Service was friendly and laid-back, matching the beachy atmosphere. Joe's is clearly about casual fun rather than fine dining, and it delivers on that front with a lively, family-friendly feel. Overall Great location, solid seafood, and a well-rounded plate with tasty sides. The coconut shrimp with fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies made for an easy, enjoyable lunch that paired perfectly with sunshine and ocean air. Would definitely come back for another casual waterfront meal.

We appreciate the store's excellent prices and selection. Early on, a WinCo employee mentioned I couldn't place Valentine in the shopping cart due to legal reasons. He also stated that I could bring her in while she was on a leash. Since we continued shopping at WinCo successfully after that, we assumed there was no issue with her presence. However, our positive experience was recently soured at checkout. Valentine briefly "said hello" in her typical bark language, which immediately upset the store manager. Rather than calmly addressing the situation, the manager became escalated, even calling security and stating Valentine was not a service animal. I attempted to explain that she is a service dog and wanted to show her service card, but I was not given a chance. Furthermore, my explanation that we shop together at this location regularly was dismissed. Instead of simply and calmly stating the store's "no dogs allowed" policy, the manager caused significant stress, threatened to eject us, and made us feel unwelcome. Up until this distressing incident, WinCo was my favorite grocery store. The manager's handling of the situation--escalating it and being ready to throw us out without hearing an explanation--has been a major disappointment. Winco overall is a lovely place to shop and it's family friendly. Unfortunately, it's not dog friendly.

Additionally, their sushi, smoothie bar and pre-made foods are top notch - they are MILES ahead of any of the "big" grocery stores. So the question is - if they are so great, why do they only have 4 stars on Yelp? One major reason is that they stretch their products. If you don't check the expiration date on every product you purchase, you will end up buying something months after it expired. I purchased a Brie-en-croute on sale for Super Bowl. I was so excited to try it. When I opened the box, the product had mold all over it. I looked at the expiration date and it was not supposed to expire for another week. Then I looked more closely. They had an expiration sticker that was on the box that had already passed, and then they put another sticker on top of that one with a different expiration date. That's not accidental - that's intentional. I definitely felt taken advantage of. Is it enough to make me stop shopping at Frazier Farms? Absolutely not. But, if this grocery outlet wants to improve, they need to look into why so many products on the shelves are expired. I understand not wanting to waste things. But you can't put new stickers on top of old stickers while selling a moldy product. I hope someone in management reads this review, and takes it seriously. I don't have time to go back to Fraziers every time I have to return an expired product. If that changes, I will change this review to 5 stars.
