I placed an order through El Torito's official website and, for the second time, I did not receive the correct size for one of the items I paid for. The first time this happened, I assumed it was an honest mistake. After experiencing the same issue again, I am beginning to believe this may be done on purpose to steal customers money. Additionally, my full order was not delivered. If this had only happened once, I would have let it go, but given that this is now a repeated issue, I am concerned that El Torito is intentionally charging customers for larger portion sizes and then providing smaller sizes instead. read more

To be honest, my family and I come here for the service. My kids have been coming here since they were two and three. This is like a second home when we walk in. Eduardo always greet our kids and us. He is always remarking on how much our children have grown. It's nice to visit a place over the years and the employees remember us. We have seen good managers and bad ones. It's a shame customer service have deteriorated over the years. My husband and I always say they could learn from someone like Eduardo. read more

This is my first time here I came for a birthday party, but we were running late. Justin was our waiter. He was absolutely amazing if I can give him 10 stars I would. They offered Carne Asada, Chicken and Al Pastor plus free toppings and fried potatoes, grilled onions and carrots etc were available for free with the taco purchase. Yum. They even had music. Parking is in a small shopping center no problem finding parking by far the worst service u have ever received I sat in the bar area got 25 min waiting to be offered water or be approached by a server which didn't happen until I got up and asked them if I could have water. I once really liked this place especially since I've been knowing the bartender/server for about 2 decades! However; like most places; you just seem to get less that what it once was. View the photos below. Food still seems good. They still uses the same plates but they need to advertise that their portions are smaller. Thats the problem I have with them. Service was fine; altho I hate asking my server for everything because when I sit down; have my salt and pepper; glass of water, hot sauce and extra napkins... I need that off the top because once my food get to me I like to dig in. It's still a nice place to go but those portions were laughable because I saw a major difference. Even the beens and rice!
