    Horchata

I want to bathe in their menudo. Okay , maybe not actually but it did slap. It was full of tripe pieces and I washed it down with some refreshing horchata. This is located in the center of the Red Barn flea market and the flag decor make it hard to miss. Definitely eat here when you're getting hungry from shopping around hehe.

I love this place. My husband and I discovered this place shortly after we moved to Florida, and it's already become a favorite place for us to grab a few tacos. This restaurant is in a food court in the Red Barn Flea Market and we make a point of eating there every week or two. The Red Barn is only open on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We have always gotten their tacos, four for ten bucks. We have always gotten steak and we get them with cilantro and onion (heavy on the cilantro). I'm pretty sure you can also get them with lettuce and cheese, and maybe tomato.........not real sure about that. The tacos (and just about everything else on the menu) comes with your choice of two salsas.........additional salsa is fifty cents each. My husband always gets the green.......I don't do salsa......I prefer to focus on the cilantro and onions. The steak is very well seasoned and they don't skimp. You definitely get your money's worth. I'm so glad we discovered this place.

Stopped in for a bite to eat as I was shopping the flea market. I ordered the chicken taco salad and also the steak torta. The chicken was so bad. I did not like the flavor. And I assumed it was fajita chicken but it was shredded. The beans and rice inside of the taco salad were ok.. not a lot of flavor. Honestly the salsa was the best. Super spicy and full of flavor! The torta was ok. Had a great amount of cheese and steak. It would've been great if it had beans, avocado, and maybe a sauce. Overall, this was a 3/5.

Food was excellent! Menudo spot on! In the Red Barn Flea Market. Be prepared when you come, they only take cash!

Skinny's is an institution…read more Whenever we're in town, no matter what we have going on, we need to stop at Skinny's. Plenty of seating options inside and out, sand flooring everywhere The food is prime - burgers are juicy and flavorful & the fries and onion rings are always hot and crispy. Great bang for your buck too!!

Skinny's is exactly what you'd hope for when looking for an afternoon burger joint on the island…read more Lots of outdoor seating, solid service, and very respectable food. The place is a little hole in the wall that gets quite a bit of traffic on the weekends, but we managed to get our food within 15 or so minutes despite the crowd. The food overall was good. Not amazing, not bad, just good. Burgers are easy to do well and hard to do REALLY well, and Skinny's knows this in stride. The burger itself is a fine deal (especially considering tourist prices): $9 for a cheeseburger. However, what put a sour taste in my mouth (metaphorically) was the chicken bites. See that little plate of 5-6 chicken nugget things? Yeah, that was $11. Very tasty, but at $2 a wing, that is truly the ripoff of a century. Overall, Skinny's hits the middle of the road in all aspects: food, ambiance, value. And when other joints are charging an arm and a leg for a decent meal, Skinny's stays true to its roots: a solid burger and fries, a cheap beer, and a full belly for under $20.
