They were the closest thing to Rio Grande valley tacos I've have had in Houston. I got my standard Al pastor, barbacoa and chicharron and I could not have been happier. We also got a bottle of her green sauce to bring back home with us and top our breakfast tacos with. If you want to know how much we loved their tacos- to this day, several of my friends tell me every month that they seriously consider making the 40 min drive to Ruby's to get tacos, whenever they're craving tacos. My wife loves that so she was happy. When we sat down it took a while for us to get menus. The server a young girl apologized 3 times before we got to order.
