Cute place and serves authentic Mexican food here! My favorite are the chicken flautas!! So so so good... service is great!

I would give it a 3.5 stars because the good was made to order and took a minute. But the mole enchiladas were soooo bomb!! Will get them again. The 2 aguas watermelon and melon was good too!. But this place had flies in sitting area and have to take care of that. BIG turn off, also needs some music or something. Just tooo quiet in this spot. Ladies were friendly and food made with care. -1000/NO STARS first time here. Never coming back. It was very dead. There was no one in there. I just left this establishment and I've never ran into someone so rude. I ordered a torta. I specifically asked the girl what's in it. She said tomato cheese onion I told her no tomato. I get my torta and it has beans. She NEVER told me it had beans. I'm deadly allergic to beans. I kindly asked the lady if I can get it fixed she was so rude about it and said yeah "right you're allergic to beans" then proceeded to talk crap about me and huff and puff . I told her I rather have my money back because of how rude he was being to be. Then continued to say that anywhere else that I go they wouldn't do this for me and that it's my fault she's loosing money. No it's your fault you're losing money because of your attitude!!! I even told her to check the cameras so she can see if her worker ever said "beans " and she stayed quiet. I had no problem with her fixing it. But because of how rude she was being I rather get my money back. Señora sea más sincera y a la mejor va tener más clientes. If you were nicer you'd problem have more clientele. Also my cousins said her mole tastes really bad it has a sour smell. She threw them away. My taco de lengua was supposed to have cilantro and cebolla. So if you do order food. Cute little spot located off Mathis Rd. Look for the pink sign or you'll pass it up! It does take awhile for the food to come out but it is always good! Authentic Mexican food. They do have an English menu available online. read more

The restaurant is very clean and the decor is beautiful and vibrant. The restaurant is a food truck that is attached to an indoor dining area and is gorgeous. The food was flavorful and very authentic. The restrooms were also very clean. I highly recommend this location in Waller for anyone in Waller, Cypress or Hockley area. read more

Super cute little locally owned restaurant in Waller. Excellent service and delicious food. Fajita was well seasoned and tender, tacos dorados and flautas came out piping hot. All lettuce topping was super fresh and crisp. Crema on top of all topped each dish off perfectly. Hot sauces had just the right amount of heat. Definitely felt like a home cooked meal made with love. The pina agua fresca was cool and refreshing and not too sweet. Stop by if ever in the neighborhood, you will not be disappointed. Im so glad I found this place! Everything is clean and well set up. The atmosphere is awesome. They have great shade and seating area. Most importantly the food is awesome. The sope with fajita was definitely my favorite and the salsa was really good. This will definitely be my go to spot from now on. BTW the time that is listed here for Friday and Saturday are incorrect. The times should be 7am- Midnight per the owner. Best Mexican food in the area, period. Homemade tortillas, quality Mexican cheese and ingredients. I had the lengua, fajita and chorizo tacos. Wife had the green salsa enchiladas. Working our way now through the rest of the menu. Seems like a food truck originally, but with a new permanent building and patio attached. Clean restaurant and restrooms. I've been to El Rincon de Frida twice and it's been amazing! They have a good selection of food, always fresh, and give great service. Not to mention, the family that owns it are as sweet as can be. I've tried the beef sopes and the chicken flautas and both were delicious. There's also a covered seating area outside and clean bathrooms on site. Definitely recommend! read more

if you ever crave a nice breakfast, Mexican style, I would recommend the chilaquiles. when me and my fiancé went, we ordered two tortas and some tacos. The lady told us the tortas were big and usually when you go to a restaurant it's not as big (usually small size) , but she was not lying those tortillas are huge and delicious. read more

This place doesn't look like much. It's a single taco truck with a cover to protect from rain and dust. But the tacos were some of the best I've had in a LONG time! I came from College Station to eat with my family and all three of us were Raving about how good it was! The staff was so friendly and generous, the food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing! We will definitely come back, which is a lot to say because we both drove an hour to get here read more
