This dish is more of a grill served at our table, and it came with a variety of meats: various beef cuts as well as sausages. For dessert, I had the flan, which was slightly sweeter than I usually have them, but it was delicious. We were sat at a larger table on the second floor, which felt like being back home in my dining room. It was semi-private, which was nice. This time around, I came with the girlfriend. After driving for 30 minutes from TJ's Zona Rio, we arrived at this fine restaurant in Rosarito. Parking was along the main avenue, at the front of the building. We walked in, and we were sat on the first floor. I ordered steak, medium, as did the girlfriend. Our sides were garden salad, and cheese fondue. I ordered some coffee and lemonade on mineral water, which were both okay. Our dessert was an order of empanadas. I liked the beef empanadas the best, followed by the ones with cheese. Personally, I prefer the parillada over the individual steak plate, but both hit the spot well. This is a decent Argentinian grill in the city of Rosarito. Come check them out.

Everything about this experience is going to get us to return. Impeccable customer service with every request being met. The fire pit- asador is in the clear view, watching the grill master was an added treat to the dining. The asado tradicional is meant for two but there was plenty of food that finishes cooking at table side. Our extras included a baked potato, green salad, a beef empanada and a chorioan. The pacing of the food was well calculated and the bottle of magoni, Cabernet- Malbec from one of our favorite wineries fave it a special touch. Price is worth it! We will schedule another stop in our return

The meat rotation is fast, and everything was actually hot and perfectly cooked, the picanha and the lamb chops were incredible. Usually, at these places, you fill up on the cheese bread, but the quality of the steaks made it worth saving room. Even the salad bar had better high-end stuff like candied bacon and good cheeses. Service was fast, attentive, and they kept checking in to see if there were specific cuts we were waiting on. It's definitely on the pricier side, but for a special night out where everyone leaves stuffed and happy, it's worth it.

I have been to numerous Brazilian steakhouses and I have had issues with how often the Gauchos attend our table but NOT here! The selection of meat was very basic. I def should have checked on that before considering going. We kept getting offered sausage, tripe and burnt chicken. All those meats were over cooked for my liking. We also got picana and asked for filet mignon asked for medium, came out ok but burnt edges. It made it hard to eat. The carving portions were small kinda annoying to have to constantly wait or flag down a server for more. The meat was bland not even a little salt and pepper. Just not it. The buffet part was def not up to parr either. The salads look unappetizing, old. Same goes with all or most of the dishes that were offered. Ceviche, pastas, meat dishes. The kid friendly options were ok but even my kids didn't approve the pasta. We also had sangria which was ok, tasted more like a sour sparkling water. We didn't get a drink menu so we just kinda asked what they offer and opted for sangria. They have a kids room with an attendant which was pretty cool. It's the only reason my kids want to go back. The ambiance is decent. Not too loud, TVs around gave it a bar feel a bit. I wasn't expecting that. I believe the place is priced a little more on the higher side for what they offer. It didn't meet my expectations in food or service. I think it would be helpful to keep a better eye on buffet food. Wilted salads are not a good look. Provide more communication on what is offered for protein in this case. I don't go to Tijuana too often but when I do, I try a new restaurant. Stay tune for the next one.

The new interior design is beautiful and much more modern. It makes it inviting from the start. Service was great all around from management, to our server, to the hostess, to the gauchos. We were repeatedly asked if there were any specific items we wanted brought out, which we really appreciated. My favorites were the BBQ pork ribs and the picanha top sirloin. There are a couple options for Brazilian steakhouses downtown, each having it's own positives. For Rei Do Gado the stand outs are the service, the salad bar (the most hot options I have seen), and the price! I also really liked that the salad bar had a couple of dipping sauce options especially the Rei Do Gado sauce. I also noticed that the usual sides that are automatically brought out at Brazilian steakhouses such as the fried bananas are part of their salad bar here. I think this is an amazing solution to prevent food waste! A lot of these side items are left untouched at other restaurants when they are automatically served to the table. Overall, I would return and I would recommend!

Our waiters were friendly and very attentive, consistently making sure our drinks were refilled and our plates cleared without us having to ask. While the service truly stood out, the food quality was a bit underwhelming. The salad bar offered a wide variety of options, but the quality didn't quite match the variety--it was nothing extraordinary. For the main course, we opted for their top "all you can eat" meat selection. The meat itself was decent but didn't impress beyond that. The ribeye was the highlight of the evening, although it was served infrequently. On the other hand, the filet mignon we tried was somewhat dry. Considering the price, you might find a better steak dinner elsewhere. However, if you're looking to sample a variety of meats with unlimited access to a salad bar, Rei Do Gado could be a good choice. Overall, it's a solid option for those who value variety and attentive service, even if the food quality isn't exceptional.

Me being in the industry for 30 years was very judgmental cause I look at everything when I walk in sorry bad habit. We were greated with smiles on entering, no wait time sat down and waited for our server since it was our first time there wasn't sure how it work. Very clean place tables everything. So our server taylor if i got her name right, I told her it was our first time here and she explained everything perfectly answered all our questions with a smile and happy attitude. Good job. Like I said I watch everything, like how long it takes for servers to get to the table how often they check back on the table. I also watch other tables and there servers on how they interact with the quest that come in to eat. So me and my son proceeded to go to the salad bar. Very clean and it looked great. Nice presentation . All the food on the salad bar tasted great. When we sat back down we had the meats start to arrive. Wow all the meats, chicken, fish ,and pork were cooked perfect no complaints. My favorite was the lamb. I love lamb and was looking forward to trying it. I was not disappointed perfect. Not gamie at all. So we had dessert at the end very good. I was very pleased with the experience. So since it went well I left a 100 tip for tayor cause I am sure that they tip out the runners and busers for all the work they do as well.
