The guacamole was very fresh and they bring out the fresh ingredients and the morcajete (the lava rock bowl) to mix everything on the spot. The tacos and carne asada were also delicious! Not only was the presentation so nicely done so that you can tell you're eating at a nice restaurant inside a nice resort, but the dishes were also prepared very carefully with fresh ingredients. The only thing that bothered me were the black birds that kept encroaching and walking on top of neighboring tables. As someone who really doesn't like birds, i was very anxious about them the whole time I was eating. Though this is inevitable because the restaurant is half outdoors, I would have liked to eat my meal without worrying about them.
