I also ordered a side of frijoles (refried beans) They were nice and chunky but very spicy. My omelet was a tad dry and needed more cheeses. Still, we will definitely come back.

We started with coffee and a green juice, and both were excellent. I ordered their specialty Chile Rellenos omelette, which comes with a mildly spicy sauce and a poblano chile stuffed with cheese inside the omelette and topped with even more cheese. What I really liked was the ability to choose your sides. I went with the hash browns and cornbread, and both were really good. My wife ordered the feta and spinach omelette, which was cooked perfectly. The eggs were a beautiful yellow with absolutely no browning--exactly how a good omelette should be. The service was excellent. Our coffee was refilled frequently, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. They checked on us throughout the meal and made sure everything was just right. Great food, great service, and a really pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be going back!
