They took our drink orders quickly and brought out the chips and salsa. As always I asked for an extra salsa dish cause I'm super messy. The guy said sure and left but no salsa bowl arrived. The waiter came a minute or two later and so I asked him. He said oh sure and left. He returned quickly and im assuming got distracted because he forgot it too. He said he'd go get it after he put in our order. We ordered and waited and I finally flagged him down again. He did bring a bowl just as they arrived with my husbands food and my side of rice and beans. I guess the cook messed up and so after I finished the beans and rice my tacos arrived. They were very good and he did offer another plate of rice and beans but I told him I wss fine. My only complaint is that I felt they should have taken off a part of the meal or when they offered the beans and rice said it would be no charge. The food was good but the experience was a bit disappointing.

Fish was fried in cubes, you really couldn't tell what fish it was, but crunchy and a decent sauce on it. They do offer a little cup of green salsa that had a good kick. Not haute cuisine for sure, but for the genre they offer a good selection, a choice of corn tortillas instead of flour. Order at the counter and they bring it to the table. Restroom clean enough. I do want to say that the food was delicious, flavorful and fresh. Unfortunately, the service from our waitress, Avery, was really disappointing. After our food was dropped off, we asked for sour cream, which we never received. We also needed refills on our drinks, but Avery never came back to check on us. We sat there with empty drinks, and it wasn't until the check arrived that we were attended to. It's unfortunate because the food was excellent, but the lack of service really took away from the overall experience.

The two others had the scallops and were very impressed. One of our party has a tomato allergy and they were careful not to have it on the dish. Then came dessert time. I called ahead to make sure they had carrot cake because i had read great reviews on it. It certainly lived up to those reviews. One of our guests was too full for dessert, but managed to get a spoonful of both of ours. My friend had the Boston Crean tart, and we all declared this a winner also. They were very accommodating as I had booked for four and had to call them before we came in person's plane was delayed. When I asked, because of the reviews I had read, if they would have carrot cake that evening, and the gentleman said as long as I'm here we will always have carrot cake. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a delicious, well prepared and well presented meal that is as fresh as can be. The service is wonderful and we will be back.

I decided to go with the Korean bibimbap. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. I usually love bibimbap, but this version was extremely greasy and lacked the spice and bold flavor I was expecting. The gochujang sauce was pretty bland, and even after asking for more, it didn't make much of a difference. The rice had the crispy bottom you want in a bibimbap, but it still lacked that punch of flavor that makes the dish so satisfying. Overall, it felt like a very tamed-down version of bibimbap. The concept and menu are interesting, but this particular dish left me wanting more. Service was friendly but slow. I would still go back to the is place and give it another try.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. My cali turkey burger came out perfectly cooked and deliciously topped with guac, salsa, chpotle purée and cilantro. Easy ordering via the app as always. This continues to be one of my favorite burgers of all time. It went through a few iterations over the years - the salsa had corn in it for a while (gross), the turkey burger was replaced with a turkey-mushroom burger for a time (yuck), but they went full circle and brought it back to the original. Its the hazards of a rotating menu. I drove over an hour so i could cash in my rewards balance for a free order of fries. The location i used to frequent near one of my company's office locations was turned into an Annas Taqueria which is another brand owned by the same parent company. Now they seem to be down to only Cambridge MA, Concord NH and Portland ME. If im in Concord, I wont hesitate to stop by but the brand is becoming a fading memory unless there is some sort of comeback effort.

I'm a Die Hard fan of the Quesorito myself, and someone who I'd had access would probably have one for lunch every single day, but Taco Bell refuses to recognize this and has you order it through the app. This location specifically will lock its doors to the dining room early so you can't come in and pick up your mobile order. Which causes you to wait in line because they won't make it if you aren't there. This is such a pain in the ass every time and the consistency on this item has gone down severally. In the past 3/5 times I've been here the rice has been uncooked in this specific menu item. I had 1 time where I had to order one 5 separate times in arrow to get the rightfully made Quesorito.
