My pastor tacos were dry and difficult to eat my experience with Pastor tacos in the past has been very juicy and full of flavor that was not the case today at this restaurant. My dining companion had an enchilada plate and said it was average and not much flavor Super friendly folks and average food. I visited with a friend who lives in Clovis and he raved about the food, so I may have just made a poor selection.
