A younger generation of the Grays family is operating the store and does not care. SAD!

Repairman was friendly and professional and said we needed a new motherboard, so they ordered a new part and scheduled to come back on Tuesday. (Would have been good to get a little more notice, but apparently parts are delivered 10-11am so they really were seeing if the part would come in. ) Rescheduled for he next day same time. The repairman, Mark, was delayed by traffic and arrived about 2pm, but had called twice to give me updates on arrival time, so that was all very satisfactory. He came, fixed and was done in 15 minutes.

Having wanted a central vac system for almost 40 years since I first saw one in my college years, I have found it to be well worth the wait. I am beyond thrilled with how well it works & how easy it is to use - even several times in a day sometimes. I can pull out as much or as little hose as I need, vacuum away, then it self retracts inside the wall when I'm finished. Unbelievable. Wish I had not waited this long to get it. Steve really knows the products. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. He's so pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales. Quality installation. Wednesday rolls around and I decided to give him a call to check in and see which day the would be stopping by to look at my washer. There was no answer so I left a message. Thursday I decided to give him a call again around 4 and again there was no answer. It has now been 3 weeks later and I have still not heard from Kevin so I decided to take my money and business somewhere else. I would have appreciated a call even if he wasn't going to be able to make it until the following week. However I received no phone call and in my opinion that's just bad business.

As it turns out, the thermostat needed to be replaced, that's it, a $15 part ( that I bought from him) and I did it myself! This man could have easily came to my house, charged me a million dollars and took me for a ride but he didn't.
