I even tried using the start service approach in the hopes of getting some help, but regardless how I much I pleaded with them I was just dumped into the bottomless pit of a hold queue that is never answered. My appointments were rescheduled six different times, which made things difficult to coordinate. When the work was finally completed, it was unfortunately left incomplete, and the water softener system itself stopped working after about a year. Recently I tried reaching out simply to see if someone could stop by to look at the issue. I called multiple times and did not receive an answer or a call back. When I finally did get through, the call was ended abruptly, and shortly after it appeared that my number had been blocked, which made it impossible to continue trying to resolve the issue. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of disappointment. As a customer who paid for the service, I hoped for communication and a willingness to stand behind the work that was done. I sincerely hope the company improves how it handles customer concerns in the future, because good communication and accountability go a long way in building trust with people.

But lord and behold Angel came through and helped me out on shutting off the water main. On top of that he diagnosed my water heater is busted and immediate replacement was needed. They are quick to do a demonstration and then have you put down your information without asking you if you are interested in the product! They make you feel as though you are getting a great deal till there asking you for personal information and trying to get you a loan for there product they don't even require proof of income! Which is why this is sketchy how would you know if you can make the monthly payments and is it's a fixed rate. I would say be careful with these people they are very tricky.
