Called Beto over the weekend to help repair a broken shutoff valve under the bathroom sink and install a new faucet. He didn't respond to the Yelp Quote Request so I called on Sunday, scheduling later an appointment the following day. I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well. So scheduling was not a strong suit for them but they did the job well, which is really what you want in a plumber. Thank you Beto! read more

Update: accidentally put wrong plumber's name on review,(thanks yelp). The plumber was " The plumbing guys" who over charged me a bunch, didn't finish the job, promised to return in two days but never happened. Never called Professional Plumbing but was asked to rate them as the plumber I used by Yelp. I apologize to Professional Plumbing as yelp tripped me up. This is the main reason I don't use Yelp. read more

I made an appointment, and they never showed up. They didn't call or text to say they weren't coming or to reschedule, very unprofessional! Response to comment: This was my communication with the company. All they said was "running behind schedule." And I never heard from them again. No calls or texts! See picture. read more

I'm sorry to say it but I wasn't impressed with Professional Plumbing. I don't feel like they were as professional as they could've been. The man I spoke to said he would show up between 11 and 1 the next day. He showed up at around 4! I was feeling under the weather so I almost asked him not to even show up when he finally called. No apologies or anything for reaching out so much later. I thought he was going to fix our toilet but unfortunately he wasn't able to. He used the snake tool and wasn't able to do anything. We had already done that before and it didn't work. He charged me $150 for this! He said he could remove the toilet to see if anything was under it for $600. Seriously?? The toilet isn't even worth that! We've removed toilets in the past so I guess we'll have to do this again. Between getting ready to remodel the house and waiting for company from out of town, this isn't what I wanted to deal with on a Friday afternoon. After reading all of the positive Yelp reviews about Professional Plumbing, I expected a better experience. I can't recommend Professional Plumbing. I like the name of their business but that's about it. I'm disappointed with this transaction! read more

They responded promptly when I asked them for a quote. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time and performed their job promptly as the workmanship was that of someone that knew what he was doing. You could tell they had many years of experience. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further. Will use these guys again. -RB read more

I contacted Professional Plumbing for an inspection on a remodeled house my husband and I were looking to buy. Beto was very punctual, reliable, & was able to fit us in last minute! He gave us an honest review, estimates, pointed out things that they cut corners on, & was able to spot things the General Inspector missed. Getting a specialized inspection definitely saved us from buying a home we were about to overpay for! Thank you Beto & Professional plumbing! read more

I've used them twice for a clogged kitchen sink. Each time they've been quick to respond and have offered fast, reliable service. I will definitely continue to use and recommend their services! read more

Expensive and poor quality work. Did not solve the main issue & did not adjust valve correctly. Had to call Jeff's West Side Plumbing to fix our toilet correctly. read more

This company charges 50 to 90 more just for a service call. They were late by 30 minutes. I was told there was no block, just construction issues in the neighborhood. I had to call another plumber that unblocked my sink with a snake. There was so much hair, it was still on the snake. Never again!!! read more

Often I find myself trying to do a carpenter's job, but most of the time it doesn't work out. I called Professional Plumbing and they were able to come out in no time to fix the mess I created. The team responded promptly to my plumbing issue. Reasonable prices. Great job. My refrigerator is working again.

Messaged this business on Aug 4th and still haven't gotten a response. Updated Beto reached out to me and was over at my home to give me an estimate very quickly once we got the miscommunication from the previous attempt fixed. He was extremely professional and was well dressed. Thank you for your help. read more

The first time we called Professional Plumbing was for a leak we had that sprang up near our water meter (on our side) at the curb. They came out quickly and made the repair very swiftly and didn't charge and arm and a leg like some of their big name competitors. A few months later, our water heater that came with the house when we bought it ruptured, and we needed a plumber again. Mainly because of the way the water heater was installed. Professional Plumbing was the first we thought of. We will call them for anything we need in the future anytime. read more

I called about the water valve for our dishwasher and they said to send them a photo of the valve and that they could have someone out in the next hour and gave me a quote. Not only did they show up earlier than an hour (within 30 minutes), but the quote was spot on and they even stayed to look at another sink in our house about a leak and didn't charge us. They charged us exactly what was quoted and I got a receipt sent directly to my phone. I would not call anyone else for plumbing work in the area. This should be your go-to. Absolute professionals. read more

Fast, same day service after contacting for an estimate via Yelp app. After duscussing by phone at 805 am today, they arrived a little after 1030 am. Identified the water leak behind the wall quickly. Repaired the leak quickly and reviewed all repairs with me. Cleaned area and dried some walls. Very good experience. Accepts credit cards. Would highly recommend. You will need to build back the wall after they do the plumbing repairs, but that is typical with all plumbing jobs. read more

We had a plumbing emergency after our 2 small daughters flushed a lot of Clorox wipes down the toilet. They plugged up our toilet and Professional Plumbing came out the very next day (the day it happened was on Halloween) and they fixed our problem in no time at all. Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if we ever have another plumbing problem. read more

Had a great experience with Professional Plumbing! Requested a quote and was contacted within 10 minutes, quoted, and set an appointment. I was mostly impressed at how honest they were. They originally came out to check a clogged sink, turns out it didn't need any special attention, so we fixed a running toilet instead, that otherwise would have been addressed at a later time. Highly recommend for: Transparency Reliability Proactive outreach Efficiency We will be using them for all of our plumbing related needs! read more

I was replacing a toilet when I realized that the shut off valve wouldn't close. I did a yelp search and saw that Professional Plumbing was highly rated, so I requested a quote. They responded very quickly and gave me a reasonable quote, then told me they could be at my house between 12 and 1. They arrived at 12:15, finished the job quickly, and the price was what he quoted. Friendly, professional, prompt, I highly recommend Professional Plumbing! Their number is on my fridge and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs! read more

Overcharged. Be very careful. They claimed they performed a sound leak detection but I never saw the equipment. And there was not any reason to do one as they found that the toilet was running. They fixed that. The whole Shaba got took 30 min and they charged me 450. read more

It's been 16 days since I sent the photos of the bathtub work I needed. I called on a Sunday morning, but there was no answer. The website said 24 hour service. I called later Sunday afternoon. Ok so Friday the 13th came this month of April and normally neither my wife or I give it any thought but this time it came with a vengeance as our upstairs bathroom was leaking water and it was seeping through to the first floor. My wife called Professional Plumbing late that afternoon and they said they'd be over first thing Saturday morning. True to their word they showed up early and inspected the leak and found the source and were able to fix the issue as well as change over the shower hardware during the process and they were very courteous, respectful and professional. They did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing and making sure we were satisfied with their work which we are. I would highly recommend their services if you ever need any plumbing work done. read more

I called to have someone come out to service our water heater when the pilot went out and all of my troubleshooting didn't resolve anything. They picked up the phone immediately, had availability right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were transparent with diagnostics, cost of repairs, and the cost/benefit of alternative solutions. When Beto couldn't find a new part for me, he found an old valve and came back to install it within just a couple hours. Even better, when he went to replace it, he found a much easier and cheaper solution for me that did not require a replacement valve. He showed skill and integrity. Great customer service! I contacted them late at night to for help on replacing a current gas pipe that was stopping our stove from being against the wall. Very Expensive. He quoted me (without looking and the job and me supplying all the parts, disposal, and water purifier (there was a water purifier installed before so all the connections were already installed)) over $1200.00 dollars for two PUSHONS to be installed (so what does that take to cut off an old pipe and pushon a new connection), REPLACE a garbage disposal, and to reconnect a water purification system. Way over board! read more

Look, I won't deny they do good work. I've used them before as an emergency (on a weekday) and they were at my house in 10 minutes. But can you find the same quality elsewhere at a cheaper price? Absolutely. They take advantage of emergencies/urgent situations. I get it, there's an extra charge for the weekends. But to ask for $300 more than an already high price to UNCLOG A TOILET just because it's a weekend? That's ridiculous and completely taking advantage of people. If you don't want to work on weekends, don't advertise it. Go ahead and use them on a weekday and pay a higher price for them to get there faster (in some cases it might be worth it), but don't bother calling them on a weekend. read more

Called these guys up last minute, i'm doing a garage makeover in my fathers backyard, and the guys with the bobcat tore up the waterline. Anyways battle came out the next morning, and was on time. Again It looks great and I am very satisfied with their work, availability, and professionalism. I highly recommend them. read more
