My issue at home was my water softener was leaking water in garage. They called and text and I was able to communicate quickly through text since I was at work. They told me someone could be out first thing this morning and gave me a 10-11 timeframe and even showed up minutes before 10 am. They quoted me before going saying no charge for assessment but the problem I had would likely cost me $125 and that's exactly what they charged. I didn't feel lied to or tricked and I felt like the communication was outstanding. They gave me options of what I could do (buy new system, change lines so system isn't used anymore, etc and let me decide. They were friendly and helpful in understanding all options. I will definitely use them again.
