Liberty Plumbing/Albert had previously done work for us and some family members before, and we were very pleased with their price, work and professionalism. Ever since then I have highly recommended them to anyone who has needed any plumbing services. Well, we needed their services again. Even though I have their number on speed dial on my phone, I went online to see their hours of operations, and it was great to see all the positive and five star reviews they have received since the last time we contracted them. We had a water leak in our middle bathroom, one of our sinks had been leaking for a while. One of the shut off valves had corroded and broken off and had been leaking for at least a week. Needless to say, there was water everywhere, especially underneath the vanity. So, I had to remove both the vanity and the sinks (we have a dual sink) and do some temporary plumbing repairs myself. Long story short, we decided to install a new vanity and sink along with some remodeling that is needed. We decided to do away with the dual sinks and just have one sink. I called Liberty Plumbing and like always Albert was quick to answer and a pleasure to speak with. I said that we needed to consolidate our water lines and drain lines into one. Albert asked me to send him some pictures so he could know exactly what he needed to do. After he received the pictures, he gave me a price and an installation date/time. And as always, Liberty Plumbing/Albert were on time and did a fantastic job! The price they quoted was the price they charged: no haggling. The work was clean and done in a timely manner. There are other plumbing companies and maybe different prices out there, but why chance it when you know the work that has to be done and the company that knows how to do it right! As before, THANK YOU LIBERTY PLUMBING, and Albert for the awesome service and attention to detail! *****5 STARS ***** read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ivan from Liberty Plumbing, and I must say, he truly exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did he fix my backflow system quickly and efficiently, but he did it at a fraction of the cost that other companies in the area had quoted me. From the moment Ivan arrived at my home, I could tell that he was a true professional. He was polite, courteous, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing to me in detail. His knowledge and expertise in the plumbing industry were immediately apparent, and I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. Throughout the entire process, Ivan was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was always willing to take the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand, and I truly appreciated his dedication to making sure that I was comfortable with everything that was happening. In the end, not only did Ivan fix my backflow system quickly and efficiently, but he did it with a level of professionalism and expertise that I have rarely seen in any industry. If you are in need of a plumber, I would highly recommend Ivan and Liberty Plumbing. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the level of service that you receive!Plumbing, read more

My Father's Kitchen sink became clogged worse than it ever was. There have been clogs in the past both my father and I have unclogged but this one we just couldn't unclog. My father is an elderly man but has been a Renaissance man for many years. Unfortunately his age prevents him from physical activity. I called Liberty Plumbing to assist us. They came out, assessed the situation, my father and I learned that there was tremendous build up that calcified and what grease does after a long period of time, but the plumbing was so old, it caused even more issues. These guys do their best to provide the best solution at the best price. We recognize when someone is trying to charge as much as possible. Liberty didn't do that. They gave us options. These guys represent what has been missing in true customer service nowadays! They communicated with me about everything from when they were going to arrive, how long it would take and exactly what they were doing! They finished when they said they would and installed a new sink my father got but never installed. Still did it within the time they said!! Very impressed!! I will always call Liberty Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward!! Great work Angel and Mike!! read more

I called liberty Plumbing because of all the 5-star reviews. I was not disappointed. Abraham arrived on time and diagnosed the problem; my water heater was leaking. He pointed out the problem and told me what needed to be done. No pressure sales pitch. He was very informed, and friendly. He quoted me their price for everything, no hidden or add on fees, very straight forward. I agreed to their services, and they even showed up one day early, because of a cancellation. The owner of the company, Albert, showed up on time as promised. He explained everything that was going to be done, and everything was done in the time frame that he told me. He and Abraham did a fantastic job, and they even are working with my homeowner's insurance company to get me a reimbursement from them. They went far and above for their services. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a dependable plumber. read more

I have had no hot water since Thursday and I've been calling around to see what I need to do to have hot water. One place I called said they would come to see what it is for $150, not even repair it. Another one came and said I had to replace the whole box where the status light shines. But today, I saw Liberty Plumbers, saw that they were military friendly and they don't charge to see what the problem is. He responded right away and was here within an hour. He fixed my water heater in literally 30 seconds after he saw the flame wouldn't ignite and showed me how to reset it in case it happens again at no cost. He offered services so that it doesn't happen again and I definitely took him up on those affordable services. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I don't think I would've survived another cold shower especially today read more

My water heater was leaking and caused some damage. I called Liberty Plumbing and they came to the rescue. I knew I had to replace it, this was not an option. I sent them pictures of the water heater and when they came to address the issue, they came with a new water heater!! NO WASTED TIME!! They were professional, quick, and explained the process to me. Before they left they asked me if I had any questions. Not many companies ask anymore. I am thankful there are still honest company's/workers out there that will not take advantage of customers. For any plumbing issues, I highly recommend them. I will definitely call them again or refer them to family and friends. Thank you so much. Veronica M. Carbajal read more

I live in Washington state and was having trouble contacting a plumber to fix the water leak at my mother's house in El Paso, TX. There was a leak in the front yard spilling water onto the street. I called several plumbers and nobody was calling me back to get an estimate for a repair. I found Liberty Plumbing on Anji's list and they promptly answered my call. I noticed they had many 5-star reviews. They went down and gave me a reasonable estimate to which I agreed. The repair was done including the concrete by a plumber named Albert with the approval of my brother on site. I highly recommend them. read more

Late review, but they deserve it! Had issues with our tankless water heater (would not heat up water) and called SEVERAL companies and people for get help. Nobody could or knew how to work on a tankless heater. Finally contacted Liberty Plumbing and right away assured me they could work on it. Albert came to our house and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and we waited for it. After some days, he got it, came to install it. Another part that also had to be replaced, Albert installed it at no charge! Super professional and all around nice guys! Highly recommended! G. Tapia read more

Aug 23: Albert (owner) has continued to grow and provide quality service, rooted with strong respectable employees (Ivan) who possess solid customer service attitudes. Ivan was out today to fix a minor drain leak under the sink and thoroughly troubleshoot some water pressure issues. He was very confident, respectable, and willing to answer any questions. After replacing the tubular pipes (I learned there is a difference from PVC, from him) he made sure that the leak was completely stopped. Another job well done, and would recommend them to anyone.
