We had a leak that was coming from our toilet to the kitchen ceiling. Juan responded the same night I sent the message and came out the next day within an hour of calling him. He was kind and explained our options very clearly, giving us all the details we needed to make a decision on how to move forward. He had the leak completely fixed and cleaned up within 2 hours. Woke up this morning to garage full of water and discovered a broken water heater. Called Juan (owner) and he came immediately. Replaced water heater and as he was checking faucets throughout the house, he also discovered that kitchen faucet need replacement and garbage disposal was leaking. He replaced kitchen faucet and installed a new garbage disposal in a timely fashion. Juan is very thorough, easy to understand the type of work he'll be doing and cleans work area.
